Hotel was in a good location for my needs. Got in late took shower and had a good sleep for my trip back home. Only issue was the shower dripped all night and could be heard from bed. We wanted a clean enexpensive room for one night and got what I paid for.

All night there was people on motorcycles coming and going, revving their engines and leaving the parking lot at full throttle. People outside on the balconies having loud conversations all night long. A group of teenage girls where screaming and laughing at the elevator at 4:30am. The outside appearance might be drab and make you second-guess your decision to stay here, BUT don't let that sway you. Our room was excellent for its purpose: a crash pad to catch a quick bite and a couple hours of sleep while catching a bunch a spring training baseball and the NCAA Sweet Sixteen. The appliances were clean and it was an excellent way for us to save some money on our trip (though we were also hitting up the local ballpark fare as well). We request rooms are non-smoking. They didn't do it. It is like second hand smoke. It smill very bad.

Has a nice kitchenette, shower, large tv, very comfortable beds. The only thing that frustrated me was waiting for checkin and the fact that the air freshener that was used in my room irritated my allergies. Pretty good deal for the price.

You get what you pay for.

Service was good but the room was run down. Everything was old and worn out. There was what looked like a blood stain next to my bed. Hotel was booked solid, so I couldnt switch rooms. It worjed for a place to sleep, but thats about it.

Just a basic needs hotel. WIFI was free and it was close to a supermarket 2 blocks away. It is very close to I-10. Very good value for the money.

The room was clean, but pretty run down. If all you're looking for is a place to sleep, you could do worse. Also, if you're a cat lover, there's plenty of those running around the property.

In short, got to the hotel after a long day working and found it to be in a rough area with not so savory of characters hanging around. When ready for bed, found the tv remote was not working so called front desk to ask for replacement and was told I would have to bring it to the front desk, I asked if someone could bring one up and was told " no I […] am the only one here" being I was already in my sleep wear, I just turned off the tv. During the night found toilet was not working, and was almost overflowing so I could not flush it. When I checked out, I informed the front desk of the condition of the room and was told I would be receiving a complementary one night stay in the mail. We will see if that really happens. もっと読む

Carpet was dirty. I wiped down walls and doors with paper towel. Heat worked but then got too hot and we used the a/c the last night. Had to ask for towels and dish soap, etc. Fan in bathroom was so loud it drove me nuts. Asked for it to be fixed, but couldn't tell any difference. Staff did try to help when asked about things. Wasn't in the best neighborhood. […] Other guests kept us awake two nights in a row by running by our room and hollering and carrying on. Told the staff. Said those people were leaving. The kitchen was so tiny that we could barely make a pot of coffee and tea in it. The fridge was small too. The microwave worked and all of the other appliances. Only two hardbacked chairs to sit on. The room was adequate. However for a few dollars more, one could probably find a better place to stay. I chose this hotel because it was close to the freeway and was "pet friendly"--problem was, the pet fee was $25/nite--outrageous. Room smelled strongly of cleaning fluid and it was not a pleasant smell. People coming and going all night with doors […] slamming. Dirty spoon in the drawer. The price was right. Hotel was nice. Aireas not so good

the bed was hard they had roaches and silver fish when i turned back the bed covers take this hotel off from hotels.com

For one of the least expensive hotels in Phoenix, the hotel was satisfactory. Bed was clean and the bathroom was adequate. No hair dryer, lots of nicks in the paint, but otherwise, ok

The woman at the desk was very polite that is about the only nice thing i can say about this hotel. The mattress was so OLD and it was pretty much FLAT, i seriously considered going out and sleeping in my car! as far as shampoo and conditioner, i had to go to the front desk to get them because even though they weren't in my room, like every other hotel […] i've stayed in, there was nobody available to bring them to me. もっと読む

Called front desk and requested 7:00 am wakeup call. Told by front desk that wakeup call was confirmed. Woke up at 7:00 because person providing me with a ride to the business function was banging on my door. THERE WAS NO WAKE UP CALL! I called the front desk to complain and they just scoffed at me, telling me that they do not have wakeup calls! They […] could not have cared less, and hung up saying they would inform the manager when he arrived later that day. Needless to say, this was not the way to start the day of an important meeting. Great price, not!! Bad neighborhood and HORRIBLE cleanliness. Sure it has a kitchenette, but the dishes are dirty when you get there and you have to go and get your own dish soap and such. Plus some of the lights were burnt out; the maintenance guy did bang on the door at 7am and didn't understand that it wasn't my apartment, just a place to crash for […] the night and that he was going to have to wait the two hours for me to vacate. One of the beds was missing a blanket and the chairs at the table were computer chairs that were nasty with white stains everywhere on them. This is the recap of our second room, we had to move rooms because the toilet seat in the first was disgusting, and not to mention the floor was worse. I have stayed at this hotel twice and would return. The room was clean and a good value. The small room included a kitchenette and had plates, glasses, coffee cupts, silverware, bottle openmers as well as a small stove/cooktop and a microwave. If you are looking for an inexpensive option on the Est side of Phoenix, this hotel will do the trick.

We got a great rate on this hotel for the BCS National Championship game (it's about 20 minutes from Glendale and Scottsdale). When booking I did realize that this is an extended stay hotel - no daily cleaning service unless you pay extra. This would have been nice to know, although not a deal breaker. This hotel was ok. I didn't have any complaints. The neighborhood isn't good though. I traveled alone and I'm a male so I had no problem but I wouldn't recommend the location for a single lady or family to travel to this location. The hotel staff were great, very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk check-in was speedy and cordial. The value was outstanding.

For the price they have it at is ok but the room I had was small with a full bed, smaller then most hotels I've stayed at. The freeway noise was unbearable and hard to get your rest due to the fact that the access to the rooms is from the outside where people are free to roam around. Stair way was dirty and poorly lit and the mini fridge in my room […] didn't work. A few small cockroches in room due to to cooking facilities.

Decent hotel for a cheap price. Don't forget to take earplugs.

Clean, friendly and inexpensive. What more could you ask for?
