There was no room service available due to a grill issue. They have no grill so they can't make anything? The point of staying in hotel near home is relaxing and not having to get up and leave.

From outside you would think it would be nice. Rate was great. Hotel wasn't. To say service was bad was a complement. Front desk gal was nice but bar and restaurant employees were put out to help you. Food was bad. Go to Ameristar.

Love the cabo beach bar & the apps. were great, so were the specialty drinks.. The room and bed were very comfortable, casino was fun, they got my money.. But they let me play a long time...would stay again

It was really good that the hotel is down from the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. It was easy to go to a concert and then head to the hotel afterwards. The front desk help was amazing and understanding when I got list trying to find my room. Stayed there during the week. Ate at their buffet good food but over priced. Casino is nice parts of it were under construction so was confusing to get around but they are improving it for the better. As casinos go it was very average at best and and well overpriced. The only reason to stay here is to gamble at there casino yet the overcharge. There are no shops or entertainment. If you have other destination options than here take them instead.

The walls are a little thin so getting to sleep for me was difficult. The bed was divine! The tub was made for soaking and relaxing, towels were thick and snuggable Room service was prompt and courteous. Checked in two hours early without problem, Check out in the morning was expeditious.

I enjoy staying at this location, but I did not understand why my $50 deposit, that hit my charge card when it was swiped, did not credit me with the same urgency. They told me at the desk it would take 5 to 7 work days, really! That sucks! My room had used kleenx beside my night stand on the floor.

Nice hotel and casino. Rooms have nice flat screen tv's and are comfortable. Casino is being renovated and has areas of construction as part of the change over from Harrh's to Hollywood Casino. A nice place to stay and play, just not as upscale as the place across the river.

Not too good for families with teenage children. Restaurants dont open round the clock for whole families. Some areas need upkeep.

Didn't get the smoking room i reserved. Didnt try to accommodate me. You have to pay for their "free" wifi. And to use the keyboard for their tv. It rained that night and the tv had no signal. Nice hotel. Not much directly around it, but it is close to the Verizon Amphitheatre where our concert was. No shuttle to there, but a quick cheap cab ride. Lots of dining choices in the hotel/casino. Fun place to stay.
