The staff was very helpful and I was very satisfied with the room. I definitely will stay there again if in the area.

Met up with some family and friends for a concert at Alpharetta Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and couldn't have been happier with our room. The hotel is within a couple of miles of the venue and they even offer a shuttle to and from the event. The staff went out of their way to provide a trouble free check in and stay. first things first the view was awesome. second the location was awesome not too far from downtown and parks. prices of the rooms were great customer service was great smiling and willing to help me with anything I need. and the breakfast was supper not just banana and coffee but a full meal that is awesome. thank you

Very nice hotel.

The hotel was great. Nice staff, great room, and wonderful breakfast. We slept 6 comfortably.

This hotel is way too noisy. You can hear every footstep above you loud and clear along with the noisy fridge.

It is always a scary expereince when you take the whole family to a hotel and hope that the hotel is up to par because of so many peoples opinions but the hotel staff was awesome, the kitchen in the room was nice to have because we were able to order some pizza and drinks and eat like we were at home. the bedroom was clean and there were not any funky […] smells. breakfast was better than most hotels because they offered hot and cold. we stayed on a weekday and having the option to eat dinner (which was included... fish/chicken, mashed potatoes, peas and hot bread) and also they offered wine and beer (yuengling) so we rated this overall a 5 because we all left happy (all 5 1/2 people) もっと読む

We stayed for 2 nights. The suite was large with a full kitchen. Very quiet. Staff very helpful. Continental breakfast quite adequate with hot dishes.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the Hwy 400 and close to restaurants and shopping. It's clean and comfortable and a good value.

this hotel was more than adequite for me and my family as we traveled to and from florida. My sisters stay in the Atl area so we got a chance to have dinner with them right down the street at a fine resturant PasppaDuex! would stay there over and over! the breakfast was just what we needed to get us through the drive.... thanx

I LOVE THIS HOTEL. EVERYTIME I VISIT ATLANTA I STAY AT HOMEWOOD IN ALPHARETTA. IT FEELS JUST LIKE HOME. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. THE MANAGER PATRICK IS JUST TOTALLY AWESOME I LOVE STAYING THERE AND WILL ALWAYS BOOK MY STAYS AT HOMEWOOD NO MATTER WHAT CITY I GO TO. TOP RATING AND FIVE STARS FROM ME.

We had a good time at the hotel. The rooms were big and clean. They gave us a double bedroom suite as the room we had asked for was unavailable. The rooms were clean and maintained well. Just one problem was the TV and the channnels and the picture quality. It was grainy and the channels were not clear at all considering it was an LCD tv

Was only staying at the hotel one night on a business trip and wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities but the room was comfortable and I would stay there again. Great hotel. The only problem was that the garbage disposal didn't work, but how many hotels have a garbage disposal?!!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice tv's.Hot breakfast that we could take up to our was really good. I would stay again anytime I am in the area.

Great price, great ammenities, great calm environment, great location & great staff!!! Please slackers, brats and knuckleheads out there dont disrespect this hotel. It's a good one!

We travel alot and I think this is our new favorite Hotel chain..Will definately stay at other Homewood Suites. Everything was new and it had a beautiful full kitchen and living area. This hotel is definately a bargain for the price.

suite easily accommodated 5 folks. 2 adult and 3 children. Excellent full furnished kitchen. Great to spend couple of day in this type of rooms where you can make quick meals while on family vacation.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I choose it for my mother's day over night retreat and it was a great choice. The room was spacious, clean, and the breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely be coming back.

Nice hotel and good location. No complaints.

Positives: friendly and very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and free beer & wine in the evenings! Negatives: While the lobby and common areas appear to have been well-maintained and/or recently updated, the rooms leave much to be desired. On arrival, our bathroom had a very strong sewer smell. Still this one had almost no water pressure in the bathroom sink and the ice-maker rattle in the fridge woke us up a couple of times at night. In addition, the rooms were somewhat dated and the wallpaper even dingy and dirty. Also, this is not a non-smoking hotel so - even if your room is non-smoking - the smell is strong in the hallway. Stayed one night for a concert at nearby Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre. Had time to enjoy the pool, exercise room and indulge in complimentary food and beverages before we were shuttled to the concert. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and a balcony. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel itself was very nice. But there were some little gnats or flees that were in the room and dinning area.

It was a very nice hotel. We got a great deal. The desk attendant was very pleasant. When we got to our room all the drawers, cabinets, and couch cushions were open/over turned so that was strange. But overall a good experience. I would definitely return.

Two rooms and the a/c didn't work in either one. When we contacted the desk for yet another room we were told "we'll try, but none of the rooms will get that cool." 68 degrees...really?
