I have stayed here several times and always find it to be a nice stop. It is near my delivery site and is clean and safe. The property is older but has been remodeled. The carpets are in need or cleaning, but the beds are comfortable. This was our free night and that was a great blessing. Wish the breakfast had fewer carbs though.

This is a great hotel if all you need is a place to crash. As I was attending all day conferences nearby, I only needed a place to sleep and clean up. The room was small but served my needs. It was raining I had to walk up two flights of stairs that were not protected from the rain the roof run off poured down the stairwell and soaked me and the clothes that I was carry for work the next day. They would let us into the lobby to check. I had to check in at an outside window. Like the title says, I won;t stay there again !!!

On the positive side, the location of the hotel is convenient for me. Guest service is fine. The rooms are very clean. On the negative side, the air system in the rooms is poor (the rooms are very stuffy). The space inside the rooms are way too small. TV channels selection was very limited.

The first night I stayed in a room that had a noisy heating/ac unit. The next day I asked to have another room and they were very accommodating. I moved into a new room and the new unit was much quieter allowing me to have a more pleasant sleep. It is very close to the main strip of shops and restaurants. It is close to I-5 and suprisingly is not that […] noisy. I would recommend staying perhaps in the middle of the hotel or closer to the other end , further away from I-5 and facing the morning sun. The Rooms are OK, clean but a bit small. The location is good for the price and if you stay on the 3rd floor the view of the area not bad

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. its v.ery convenient to the highway and other restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again

By far the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, noisy, refrigerator kept us awake, stained and worn upholstry and rug. Management was nice, decent continental breakfast.

Room was fine, hotel is dated some noise. The breakfast is weak. Bottom line you get what you pay for here.

This hotel was great for the price, close to Legoland and the beach! Perfect for our family vacation!

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Days Inn in Encinitas. It was close to the the beach, shops, restaurants etc... It included a nice breakfast and the rooms were tidy. The freeway is nearby so if your a light sleeper-bring some earplugs. All in all an exceptional value, I'll be back.

You can't read a book by it's cover! This hotel doesn't look great from the outside, but the inside was very clean and nice. The area surrounding was very safe. It is conveniently located next to a Denny's, Wendy's, Subway, and Little Caesar's. The beach is just a few minute walk away. Great place to stay!

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Great value. Room was very clean and staff were polite and professional. Close to the beach, legoland, and a short drive to San Diego.

Its was nice and in good condition

I simply needed a place to stay in order to be near an early morning appointment. Seemed clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly.

Cost effective, clean and close to the beach. The rooms are pretty basic, but the service is very accommodating and awesome.

This hotel was conveiniently located just west of I-5, half a mile from the beach,15 minute walk to shopping and dining. Grocery stores near by, beautiful park with playground across the street, Denny's in the parking lot, it was perfect for us. Hotel is old and in decent condtion. Can't expect 5 star condition when you are paying less money. We had no issues with it. Everything was as expected

We visited our daughter who lives just a mile away. The hotel was great as a base. Very comfortable bed - clean room - warm cookies upon arrival. Denny's is right next door (it was ok) but there were any number of restaurants in downtown Encinitas that are great.

I have stayed several times at this hotel and it's always a great value - just a good, clean, basic room. It has the amenities I like to have - coffeepot, microwave and mini-fridge. this inn was very comfortable and clean, more than we expected it to be. lots of parking, it was definitely a bang for the buck! friendly service.

Days Inn, Encinitas was a real find. Friendly, helpfull staff, spotless, well decorated, comfortable room. Great location to Hwy, main streets, shopping & The Ocean! &..... The price was so reasonable for such a great place. I highly recommend Days Inn, Encinitas CJ from Gilroy

If you are just looking for a place to sleep, this is a good hotel. Close to freeway but not so close as to be noisy. Denny's nearby so breakfast is easy and the shower and bed were actually pretty good for the type of hotel. Great price and quality. Easy access to beach and right off freeway.

This is my third or fourth stay here. Unfortunately, my visit has been for medical reasons and not for fun, but the motel is right off the I-5, the beach and Leggoland.

Encinitas is just north of the VERY PRICEY La Jolla and Del Mar communities. We needed to be near the Scripps-Green Hospital and this Days Inn fit the bill. We only needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep for two nights.
