It was just fine for over night. It is near a heavy travelled roadway and we faced the road. We were on a trip to Kansas City and this was a sleep over.

This hotel was not at all what was expected from Hotels. Com, it was very, very dirty and smelly. The linen looked as though it was it beginning of this hotel existence and never, never changed. Where I was located in the walk way ther was a HOLE in the roof. I was truly disappointed in this hotel. It was NASTY!!!!!

The maintenance of the hotel was the main problem. The toilet handle was falling off and it had what looked like hard water stains. The tile had rust in the corners of the bathroom, the entrance door to our room would stick making it hard to get in and out, the carpet was dirty looking and needed to be changed. Our room was clean and the fridge was nice to have. We had no problems with the room. The breakfast was cold cereal, bagels, frozen waffles and toast. Not a lot to choose from, but it was good. Had a nice yard for the kids to play in.

Girlfriend and I stayed two nights here. There was no dvd player and the cable was not very clear. The room was very clean when we got there and bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

As a person who grew up in Sikeston...I was ver disappointed with this hotel...very dated, room had a1990s TV with a 1980s radio...bathroom had dirt in corners. If my family and I had planned on staying more than one night, we would have gone to another hotel.

As a way point on a pretty long trip, this location was adequate. It is located near some restaurants and retail locations that makes it a bit more attractive. The breakfast is very basic.

Terrible. The room was filthy and in disrepair. Holes, cracks, dirty walls and stained carpets. The bathroom was disgusting. TV service was poor and wi-fi was barely useable. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Our first room needs to be updated badly...the air-conditioner did not work and the room had cracks in the walls. The next room was better. but the air never get really cool. (in 100 degree heat).For a over night stay it was ok...clean....

Two night stay was comfortable enough. Litter on the property needs attention. Large dog waste was evident. Maybe the $10 pet fee could include a couple waste bags so people would be made aware that they need to clean up after their best friends. I carry my own bags for my little friend. This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed at on a trip! The front desk had no clue what was going on with the rooms there. We checked into a king, nonsmoking room #300. The bathroom had been smoked in, the water was brown when you flused the toilet or turned on the water in the sink. The AC did not work so the room was hot as all get out. The […] bed lets just say really, really needs a new mattress (springs were worn completely out.) We called the front desk for a fan which we were informed they do not have, but offered a different room. When I went to the front desk to get the room key changed I was told by the desk clerk she did not know which ac's worked & which did not because they were all old. We were put in room #307 which was not much better. The room was hot again & it took till 2am to cool off from 8pm. The bed was in just about as bad of shape as the one that we transfered out of only it had a pad to keep the springs from sticking you. The water atleast was not a brown color, but we would not drink it just the same. The shower was the funniest part of the room. It has on stream of water that came out like a water hose and it went from warm to hot to freezing cold so it never stayed the same. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! This hotel is really showing it's age. It is time for a make-over. The rooms are ok but many of the features could use a serious update. Cracked faucets, water spots on the ceilings, cracks and crevices in the driveway. For a mid-priced hotel it's so-so.

After reserving rooms in advance, the two rooms were not adjoining as requested. Between the trucks and buses, not to quiet. Ants were found in the bathroom and the TV didn't work. If you pass by, keep going!

This hotel is rundown and needs lots of work. The pool is drained and out of service. The room was large but the ceiling spackle was loose and falling onto the the floor and the beds during the entire night. Mold on the walls in both the room and the bathroom. Staff was very friendly.

For the cost of the hotel room, I would have been willing to pay up to $10 more for a cleaner and better maintained hotel. I have stayed at a hotel in Sikeston for $20 less per night and this hotel was just a notch above it.

Great location. Stopped to catch some sleep before driving home. When my sins started crying because the Mosquitos, I moved rooms. The second room wasnt any better. You could see hundreds of them flying around. We left. I'm still nursing the bites. Stay away

The hotel was beside a Sonic and Mexican Restaurant and just across the street from the local Wal-Mart. It was located on a main roadway. Cold continental breakfast. No ice at breakfast, but a vending station just outside and down about 20 yards from eating area. Good value for the price.

We have stayed in this hotel several times before, but since the last time we stayed there it seems it has not been kept up. Our room was awful. The one outlet in the wall for the laptop and phone charger was so delapidated that the plugs kept falling out. The towel bar by the mirror fell down when I pulled a towell off. The refrigerator did not work. It was 90 + degrees outside. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The door was so nasty I would have cleaned it would I have had cleaning supplies. The walkway by the door was filthy and littered with cigarette butts and a huge piece of plaster fell from the ceiling onto the walkway during the night and nobody bothered to clean it up. I asked for my $11 pet deposit back because doghair would have only made the place better. The lady at the front desk said she would credit my account, but so far she hasn't done it. First, let me tell what positive I can. The king bed was very comfortable. A fridge and microwave in the room was a nice touch. It did have wireless internet...some of the time. That leads me to the cons. The condition of the hotel is fairly deterioated and the sidewalks were not even swept. There was spray foam filling cracks and gaps in exterior walls. […] There was barely enough water pressure in the bathroom to make the shower work. The "Deluxe" breakfast included soured apple juice. The juice carafs do not appear to be kept in cooled holders. The pastry I tried was hard and stale. When I asked about the intermittent wifi, the desk man said that they just have one router and he didn't know anything about it. The bed was made in such a way that when you pulled back the covers, the sheets came loose. After we remade the bed, the sheets did stay put. There were two small towels for the bathroom.
