Thanks for a great stay. At the end of the second day of travel with three kids under 4 years old, we appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality of the hotel and staff. The location was very convenient, and staff were informative and helpful.

It's a typical Courtyard, newly renovated I believe as there was still some carpet offgassing when we were there (Dec 2012). Comfortable beds and reasonably large rooms. Window heating/AC units so these could be a bit noisy (we were lucky and didn't have to run them). Service in the bistro is a bit slow but the staff is friendly.

We went for a Family reunion there in Florence (everyone traveling in from different states) that Sat afternoon and four of our families including ours all chose this hotel to stay in together because of the location and past reviews. Upon arrival for check in at 5pm (keeping in mind check-in begins at 4pm), none of our four rooms were ready and we […] were quoted an estimated 30 minutes before we could check in. One room was ready by 5:45, the second was ready by 6:15; the other two werent ready until 7:00!!! For the cost of this room you would expect to be able to check in when it's advertised; we had to cancel our dinner reservations due to not being able to check-in when we arrived to shower and dress. Staff was friendly and tried to explain and make the best out of the situation but at that point it was too late. Had a good night's sleep--bed was AMAZING(only good thing about the stay). Woke up at 9:30am (1.5 hours BEFORE check-out) with the fire alarm going off--ended up being a false alarm but by that time had been off 3 separate times interupting our last bit of sleep before having to check out. Hotel was nice but the overall experience was disappointing to say the least. Will not book here again especially with so many other decent named hotels close by. もっと読む

Hotel was clean, comfortable and chock full of all the amenities I could imagine wanting. Service was impeccable and more than one hotel employee went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate our needs.
