友達の口コミでこのホテルの便利さを聞き、旅行の前泊に利用させていただきました。翌日は早朝のフライトだったため、空港近くでシャトルバスもあり、朝食も5：30から無料で食べられ、ありがたかったです。何と言っても旅行中にずっと駐車でき、駐車料金が宿泊料に含まれているというのが魅力です。子供２人がいて4人で利用しましたが、クイーンサイズベッドが2台あって快適でした。

ホテルはとても利便性の良いところにあり、食事、買い物などにとても便利です。部屋は快適ですが、連泊の際の部屋の掃除が行き届いておらず、やや不満でした。プールもありましたが、冬のせいかとても寒かったです。しかし、全体的には満足でした。

朝ごはんは、ご飯と味噌汁もあってホッとしました。日経新聞もあるのでオススメ。近くにも別のハンプトンインあるみたいだけどサービスは同じかどうかはわかりません。

チェックイン時間より早く到着したが、すぐに部屋をアレンジしてくれたフロントのご婦人に感謝。しかもリバーサイド側の、デトロイト川の向こうにデトロイトのダウンタウンのビル群が素敵に見える部屋だった。部屋の設備はまぁまぁだったが、景色がすべてを許せる気持ちにしてくれた。レストランもリバーサイド側の席に案内され、夜景をも見ながらの食事だった。寒かったので、温かいクラムチャウダーが美味しかった。ホテルのすぐそばにバス乗り場があり、交通の便も良いと思う。

This one was difficult to find and the staff seemed more interested in talking to one another than assisting their guests with the exception of the young man who immediately changed a burnt our bulb in our room. Hotels are made or busted by the staff. EVERYONE associated with this hotel was first-rate: pleasant, helpful, took care of their business and courteous.Rating could have gone above 5 (not possible in survey). My stay included free breakfasts, both mornings I was charged for breakfasts and had to go get it removed from my bill. My family always stays here when visiting family in Detroit. Disappointed that after checking in at 1:30 am my grandkids could not return to swim after church. We have stayed at many courtyards and this was by far the most disappointing. Service was not friendly at all. Our room was to have a crib set up and a be a suite and was not.
