Nice and quiet.We were in a handicap room???? but there was no refrigerator. Loved the pool. We used the Metro.

My family and I just got back from a wonderful weekend stay. Our room was ready early as requested and very clean. The indoor pool was a little small but very warm. The coffee machine in the lobby was nice, but I couldn't get the coffee as strong as I like, and this Courtyard doesn't have a free breakfast. Overall, for the price and location, it's hard to complain.

Not far from the mall. Walking distance to bars and restaurants in DuPont Circle. Short cab ride to Adams Morgan. Metro close by. Good for couples, friends, probably too much going on for families with young kids.

It was a beautiful hotel, very clean and the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Biggest drawback is that they don't advertise that their valet parking is not free, and it was really expensive. If they're going to charge for valet parking, they need to let their customers know.

Great Room, Great Price, Great Experience!

Affordable and great location to many places in DC. Loved my stay.

Great location.......accommodating and friendly staff right down to the cleaning personnel.......car available promptly when requested from valet....very clean room! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting D.C.

Room very large for the area, and quite comfortable. Amenities are everything looked for when traveling on business. Desk clerks were very friendly and helpful in finding appropriate dining establishments.

Good location, clean and quiet.

Hotel is in a safe part of DC and is about a 10 minute walk to the Farragut North Metro stop - it's a really easy walk. The staff was courteous, room was clean, and the 24-hour tea/coffee station is a bonus! The only negative comment I could think of is that the comforter was quite thin. Overall, a nice hotel which I will try to stay at again.

The sink had a mildewy smell that was very overpowering every time I used it. It was on a busy circle in an area without a lot of restaurants nearby. I was overcharged at the hotel restaurant. The website specified that the rooms had jetted tubs, but the desk clerk told me they had no jetted tubs. We had reserved a "Deluxe King Sized Bed Room". Very good hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel is a couple of blocks down from dupont circle where there is a metro stop and is also only 4 blocks from the white house and georgetown only a 20 minute walk. I thought the price was pretty good for the location, but I didn't expect everything to be in shipshape like it turned out to be. The self-serve cappucino machine was the icing on the cake.

I cannot say enough positive things about my stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful over the phone in my conversations leading up to my stay there, as well as while I stayed in the hotel. Several times they went out of their way to look out for the safety of our group (young women celebrating a bachelorette party!) and called cabs for us […] while we waited inside the lobby. The Courtyard Marriott Embassy Road was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful, and gave great restaurant recommendations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The citrus water and coffee machine in the lobby was an added bonus!

Lovely staff at check in, my grandson thoroughly enjoyed the pool and staff were very nice to him, too. Very convenient for my business in DC and my husband and grandson to see the sites which were very familiar since my husband was born in DC. Thanks very much for a lovely 2 night stay.

The Marriott was perfectly located between Dupont Circle and the White House! The surrounding neighborhood seemed safe and lots of people out enjoying the restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend while in DC for a wedding. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, and its proximity to a metro made it easy to get around. The hotel itself is fine but it is not for young kids. The resturant is not for young kids. We brought two kids under the age of 5, it was not accomidating. We walked to restaurants. Boys loved that the embassies were near by.

Courtyard provided a very clean and attractive room at Scott Circle just blocks from the White House and Dupont Circle. Adequate street parking on a holiday weekend meant I didn't have to pay to park my car. Several nice restaurants were within walking distance. A metro stop was a few blocks away. We were in Virginia for a conference and extended our stay by getting a room in Dupont to visit friends. I am disappointed with the Courtyard Marriott !! all of the Courtyards that I have stayed in the past have had hot breakfasts and great beds to sleep on. I really liked the look of the hotel and the location. It was convenient to the places I wanted to see. My main problems were the temperature of the room. It was always cold and I could not make it any warmer. Worse was the internet. It would go in and out and was really slow when it was in. It prevented me from doing work since I was there on business. […] I was very frustrated. I went down to tell them once and the internet was working fine in the lobby so I think it was just the location of the room (top floor all the way in the back).
