乗り継ぎに利用。十分な設備をもつ清潔な部屋。ベッドの寝心地も良い。

次の日の朝の国際便に乗るためシドニーに前泊した際に利用しました。 空港からに近く、歩いていけると思ったのですが、空港の真ん前といった訳ではありませんでした。 夜に空港について、土地勘もなく雨も降っていて、子供と一緒に歩いて行けるといった感じではありませんでした。 シャトルバスの案内も既に終わっていたので、１０時ごろ空港からタクシーに乗りましたが、タクシースタンドはDisney landのアトラクション待ち状態で寒い中並んで待ちました。タクシーは次々とやって履きましたが。 乗ってからはタクシーで約５分くらい、値段も１０ドルちょっとでした。 ホテルのフロントは感じが良く、部屋も快適でした。 翌日はシャトルバスが出ていましたが、一人６ドルだと言われたのでまたタクシーにしました。 今度は国際線だった […] ので１０分くらい掛かりました。料金は１５ドルくらいでした。 もっと読む

夜シドニー空港に到着し、空港からホテルに行くバスがよくわからず、タクシーに乗ったら、これで近郊のホテルの客は4人目だと運転手が愚痴をこぼすほど、空港から近いがちょっと歩いて行ける距離でもない。翌朝は早い出発なので、空港までのバスサービスについてフロントで確認し、問題なく空港までいくことができた。部屋は広く掃除も行きとどき、室内の設備も十分で申し分なかった。飛行機の乗り継ぎで空港近くのホテルを探しているならお勧めです。

This should be an acceptable airport hotel, but little details make it unacceptable--something hotels should be more aware of. First off, it's not in the center of the city but they charge $15 for parking, and the parking lot down in the basement level is a confusing and very tightly packed place--I spent 10 minutes looking for a spot in there when […] I just wanted to get to sleep. Then the internet--they charge for internet which is infuriating enough, but they also limit your date use, so a 2 hour session comes with 50MB, after which there's a whole of confusing things that happen. This just feels cheap. How much does a MB really cost the, and is it worth losing the good will of the customer? The room looks nice enough, but somehow it's not that nice. The bathroom has garish white fluorescent lights which would make anyone look awful. The main room has these lights too but at least there are alternatives so you can just leave that light off. There aren't enough power outlets (a constant problem at hotels). And something was wrong with the television so that every channel looked like an analog signal from the 1970s. On top of this, the hallways had an ugly dim light in them, and the lifts felt rickety. With a few of these details fixed, the hotel could be absolutely fine. But clearly those running this hotel don't know what makes a hotel good or bad. As a final insult, the hotel does the Australia-wide thing of adding on 1.5% to the bill. Fine place to stay if you're just there for the night... the outside of the hotel is very modern but our room looked like something out of the 1970s. Bathroom fixtures and room furniture looked like it belonged in an old James Bond movie. Other than that, train is less than 2 blocks away and it is very close to the airport. Pro: Close to airport, great staff, 1 block away from train station (20 mins ride to downtown for about $8 round trip), free Internet (under 200MB), pretty big room Con: Can be noisy when the plane flies over, carpet is bit dirty, not many eateries around the place

The Holiday Inn at Sydney was a clean and comfortable place to stay prior to leaving on our long flight back home. The only negative was that the breakfast buffet is expensive ($25) and there are no other options nearby. It would be nice if you could order something less expensive (e.g., a nice bowl of cereal and toast!)

Easy shuttle service from the airport and being only a couple blocks from the Mascot metro station make this a great location for getting into the city for the day then back to the hotel for an early flight.

WE ASKED THE DUTY CLECK TO ADJUST TEMP., BUT NOTHING EVER HAPPENED.

The hotel was very convenient for a 1 night stay prior to flying to Dallas. The beds were comfortable and the room service breakfast was fabulous. The "take in" dinner was also excellent. Shuttle bus to the airport for $6 per person.

For an overnight stay with flight from Sydney airport the next day, the Airport Holiday Inn is ideal - only a few minutes drive to either the domestic or international teminals.

The hotel itself is very pleasant, smells great, the staff are courteous and efficient and it's the perfect bolthole for easy and efficient access to both the international and domestic terminals at Mascot. The $6 shuttle bus to the airport is a bonus and runs very regularly (it was $6 to the domestic terminal, it may be more to the international; […] hotel staff can assist and book your seat/s). A hearty hot buffet breakfast is served till 10am and the bistro/ bar on the opposite end of the lobby serves good quality meals. The lobby is very comfortably furnished if you have to wait for anything there. There's a public bus stop right outside the hotel to take you to local shopping centers (catch the 400 to Burwood on the same side as the hotel, or go directly across the road to catch the 400 to Eastgardens Westfield shopping center). My only gripe with this particular hotel is the size of the beds. They're touted as being queen sized but they're not. They *are* queen length and really quite comfortable, but they're definitely not queen width. If they have king sized beds, book those. Overall, the Holiday Inn is a great choice for weary travelers. The beds notwithstanding, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there's no noise from outside (our room was on the 7th floor, facing onto O'Riordan St, a very busy, main thoroughfare) and the shower is good and strong. Everything is at your fingertips, there's no need to even leave the hotel if you don't want to. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel. もっと読む

Very comfortable for overnight stay before long journey. Better than expected.

At the airport you stand in the hot sun waiting for the shuttle bus to the hotel. There is a fee to use the shuttle bus.

We stayed one night at this hotel at the end of our vacation before heading back to the U.S. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A welcome respite between our flight from Cairns and the long trip home to Chicago!

Does what you need it to - it is convenient for Sydney airport if you have an early flight. Staff were helpful, telling us about shuttle bus etc. Room was on 1st floor up so bit noisy given foyer/atrium below. Can't imagine anyone really wanting to spend more than one night. If your flight is not early in the morning and want somewhere to go for dinner […] then you could stay in Sydney and get a cab (less than 30 minutes) to the airport. もっと読む

very convenient to airport, has shuttle, great, friendly staff

The Holiday Inn is a great choice if you're flying in or out of the domestic or international terminals in Sydney. It has the typical Holiday Inn amenities and the staff were helpful. It is pretty easy to get to the main road into downtown Sydney and is about a 15 minute drive from the Opera House.

Very nice facility. Tasty bar food for late night arrivals. Convenient for airport but is 10 min walk to restaurants on weekend when their restaurant is closed. Continental breakfast is a pricey $17.50 - walking 10 minutes to Mr. Espresso saves $10.

I chose the Holiday Inn for a 24 hour transit in Sydney. It was extremely comfortable to get to in the morning after my flight. Unexpectedly I was allowed a check-in at 11 am without even requesting it in advance. The staff were very helpful in checking me in and then giving me advice on where to go in Sydney. After a long day spent walking around, […] I took the train back to the hotel around 9 pm from Circular Quay. The train ride took less than 10 minutes, and the train station was 2 minutes' walk away to the hotel, just as advertised on the website. I spent a comfortable night in the room - they were nice enough to give me a double bed instead of the two singles that were available when I booked - before my 30 hour flying saga. In the morning I took the shuttle to the airport, which was timely and cost-effective at 6 AUD. (The train would have been around 12 dollars for the two-stop journey) My only quip was that the internet service in the business center was expensive at 5 dollars for a half hour. I think that at this day and age big chains like Holiday Inn should be able to offer free internet in the business center -- that would have been much much more appreciated than the apples and newspapers for grabs in the lobby. もっと読む

設備好實用，好似在家裏的擺設。

Angenehmes Zimmer, sauber, grosszügig. Die Lifts und die Hotelgänge sind allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Morgenessen genügende Auswahl. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für 1 Nacht kostet AUD 15.--. Das nächste Mal nehme ich das Auto mit aufs ZImmer!

New and modern from outside.. Old inside. Old furniture and old design for the rooms. Non smoking hotel but rooms smell cold tabacco. Not a great hotel
