"さすがシェラトン"
カジノ場のボードウォークまでは距離があったものの、ショッピングモールには近く、立地的には悪くもあり、よくもあり。 １歳の子供連れであったので、帰り際に子供向けお菓子セットのプレゼントがあり、感動しました。 また、シェラトンベッドは非常に寝心地がよく、価格の割にはシェラトンサービスの高さレベルが保たれており満足。 建物は多少築年数を感じるものの、付属トレーニングジムのマシーンの種類も豊富、プールも屋内、室外ジャグジーなどもあり施設的には満足。 また、２００６年までミスアメリカ大会の開催地であったアトランティックシティならではで、シェラトンロビーには過去のミスの衣装などが飾られて、見ごたえがあった。 朝食はついておらず、もしホテル内で食べるなら２０ドル。近くに朝から食べるレストランなど […] も見当たらなかったので、前日から用意するか、２０ドル払うかの選択肢になるだろう。 もっと読むHotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"Excellent customer service"
I was very pleased with the customer service that was provided to me on my check in and out. The staff was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and check in was a breeze. "Overpriced, loud, dirty, never again."
Loud patrons, thin walls, outdated rooms with stained carpets, dingy walls & cigarette-burned chair in room, pillows like pancakes, air conditioning impossible to control, constantly heard the LOUD flushing of the toilet in the room above us. Not worth the $$$ money they have the audacity to charge for being way off the boardwalk. "New, clean, comfy, & close to everything"

"housekeeping takes its time to clean the room"
Overall, we liked this hotel. It is located close to all shops and restaurants. We arrived about 1 pm and the room was ready for us, and there was no line to the check-in, which was nice. The hotel has a nice fitness center, and a pool. The pool was small, but enough for the kids to play around in, especially that they were the only ones there! We had […] to switch our room the first time, because even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, there was a strong cigarette smell when you entered the room. The second room they gave us had a pleasant smell. My only complaint is that the housekeeping would take a while to clean the room. We would come back from breakfast, and the room was not cleaned. Everything was great. Hotel is close to shopping and walking distance to boardwalk and casinos. Hotel is beautiful, clean, up to date, and staff was pleasant. Hotel has great location to everything, but the hotel is nice, but not worth more than $ a night. Better can be had for that money.
