古い建物です。２階建てでエレベターはなく、外の階段を利用しました。値段、広さ、静かさ、無料送迎など大満足でした。夕食もすぐ近くにデニーズ等あり心配いりません。

フロントの対応も非常によく、部屋もきれいで満足です。ただ、部屋のコーヒーがいまいち美味しくなかったのが残念です。 安い部屋でもきれいでしたし、全体的には満足のいくホテルと思います。

"浴室のにおいが気になる"
米国在住の者です。ここのホテルはフロントと各部屋が別々の建物になっています。部屋はクイーンベッド２台の部屋でしたが、部屋はあまり広くなく、お風呂も狭いうえ、臭いが気になりました。おそらくペットも受け入れているからと推察しますが、ペットの尿の臭いではと思っています。ただ、カンバーランド島へのアクセスは良く、車で10分ほどでフェリー乗り場に到着できるのでその点は良かったです。また、隣にCVS薬局やウェンディ（ファーストフード）もあり、朝食も標準でついてくるので特に大きく困ることはありませんでした。ホテルはともかく、カンバーランド島の景色は圧巻ですので、そちらはかなりのオススメです。28kmも続くビーチときめの細かい砂は一生の思い出になりました。Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ
Our room was above the laundry and worse than that it was next to dirty noisy backyard of a fast food outlet. Old motel, but quiet & friendly with a good breakfast. St Marys, GA is at the end of the road about 5 miles away. It has B&B's, upscale touristy restaurants and the ferry to Cumberland Island (which we had been to before and highly recommend!). Loved staying here for our weekend away. Great location, very friendly staff. We had a beautiful upgraded room that was very clean with lovely fixtures and amenities. Room was not as clean as it should have been. There was visable grime on door handles and light switches, which makes you a little concerned about what can not be seen. We also had to defrost fridge to be able to open freezer door to freeze ice pack for our day trip to Cumberland Island. This hotel has roaches. On the last day of our trip i noticed two live cockroaches on the counter area, and found one dead on the floor. When returning home i did not even want to bring my luggage into our house. We left them outside over night. When i opened my luggage the next morning there was a small cockroach in my luggage. "Nicely Updated Older Motel But Some Service Issues"
Had a nice stay overall. Motel is older, but rooms have been maintained and upgraded nicely. Good bedding, good TVs, lots of channels. Like many older motels, the buildings sit in a sea of pavement (parking lots), and the only real green space is off to one corner by the screened in pool. But the real attractions are Cumberland Island and St. Marys […] anyway, and they are very easy to get to from here. Only issue was that maid service still had not made up my room by 6:15 p.m. the second day when I returned from a long hot day on Cumberland Island. I contacted the front desk clerk, who advised that the hotel was full and made a number of other excuses before admitting that they were understaffed. He never apologized, showed concern, or offer any solution, and when pressed, claimed he couldn't even contact housekeeper to see how much longer I might have to wait for service. The motel has been refurbished and the rooms are nice looking. The television was bolted down in a manner that prevented it from being able to twist so it could be viewed from the chair. We were given a room on the second floor but there was no mention that they did not have elevators! Also, the hotel is only 85% smoke free. "You get what you pay for"

My only complaint was thast the desk person said the only handicapped room was a suite and would cost us more. I was willing to do this but she said she could not upgrade us because we had booked thru EXPEDIA,( which we had not). The only reason we booked with Hotels.com was that was what came up when we booked. We did not choose or join Hotels,com Over […] all, the hotel was very nice in spite of the neighbrhood.
