以前、便が欠航になってしまった際、日本語のﾒｰﾙで丁寧に対応してくださりとても頼もしかったです。部屋も広く快適でした。残念だったのは、観光地へのアクセスが便利な場所にあるのに、親切に教えていただけなかったこと、またチェックアウトの際に、スタッフが2名しかおらず、ともに電話応対をしており、大分待たされたこと、その後割り込みした別の方から対応をしたこと、空港までの送迎をお願いしていたのに、おいていかれたこと（こちらは全く遅刻していない）、また送迎がこないことに対して、こちらからアプローチするまで何の説明もしていただけなかったことです。

Good for me for three day stay. Quiet clean room at only two-story flats with enough space friendly staff. The location of the hotel is good if you have a car, close to a tram station, supermarket, high way, shopping mall. I prefered the safe admosphere in the foot of a small hill, not in the middle of town. I would not recommend for a big family, young students, tourist group, duty free shoppers, gangs, slumber/beer party. I am a non-american visitor.

2013年1月26日（土）Copley Symphony Hallで行われるJackson Browneのライブを見るためにサンディエゴを訪れました。 空港とのシャトルバスがあるとの事でしたがタクシーを利用。 チップも含めて20㌦以内で着ける近さでした。 ライブ会場まで歩いても全く苦にならない距離。 ガスランプもホートンプラザ、サンタ・フェ駅、ミッドウエイも徒歩圏内。 正直アメニティは最低のレベルでしたが、部屋は快適。 １階にあるバーもとってもフレンドリーで、近くに何件も7-11がありとても便利です。「４．５」以上は間違いないです。

If you are on a budget than this hotel is for you. Easy access to highway. Neighborhood wasn't great but wasn't bad either. Updated rooms but could use a little work. Decent Continental breakfast. It was a decent room. Their was a weird noise coming from the door like a clicking noise. And the ice machine was broken.bed was a little hard to but other then that we just were there to sleep so for the price it wasnt to bad.they also had a basic breakfast. "Very centric, close to Plaza Bonita"

I felt so comfortable and welcome here. There was just 'something' about the attitude of the staff that let me know that they were there to make sure my needs were met.
