Next time I stay in Phoenix, I will definitely stay here. This is my new hotel for the Phoenix area. Everything was excellent!

Located right off I-10, clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly service. Great stay

Upon arriving to check in at 5:00 PM I was told the room was not ready and it would be about 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and then saw a couple that came in 20 minutes after me, pick up their bags and obviously leave for their room. I went up to the clerk and asked what was going on and he said he though the fellow was me! He then assigned me a room. […] The next day I came back to the hotel around 5:30 PM and my room was once again not cleaned! I said I'd go to the fitness room and work out but expected it be done within and hour. Getting to the fitness room the TV wasn't working but I discovered the cable lead was just pushed into the back of the set but I finally got that to work. Hotel is close to the interstate. Housekeeping is very slow but good value for the price. Pwerfect if you're in town for the weekend.

Beds were great! Stayed 5 nights and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very tasty, especially the homemade waffles. Staff was nice. Good to have fridge & microwave in the room. The carpet was a little worn when I first entered room. Overall, the hotel was a steal for the price. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Me and my family really enjoyed our 3 nights 4 days stay at the hotel. When we first got there the system was down and we had to wait five minutes to check in but the clerk was very friendly and great even under the circumstances. We were in town for my son's medical appointment and the clerk gave us an extended two hour check out as courtesy. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The area seemed very safe. Really liked the hotel.. had an easy time getting around phoenix from this hotel.. breakfast was simple but really good

I had a nice stay. The ice machine on my floor was broken but everything else was great. The price was great and I'm looking forward to staying there again!

This hotel was great. Close to very where I had to go in Phoenix and probably had the most confortable beds I have very slept in. My 2yrs son slept all not w/o moving inch and my wife and I fell asleep faster then it took us to put our pj's on. And since I came from out of town, being able to eat breakfast for free was great

no housekeeping in the afternoon when i needed toilet paper. also housekeepin did not put new beadspred and sheets on my second day of stay/; same sheets were put on

The reviews on this hotel were mixed so I was unsure of whether to stay there or not. I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was beautiful and clean, the front desk staff was professional and courteous. The breakfast was great with lots of choices, eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal etc... very cozy

I booke this hotel weeks before my stay. I arrive at the hotel, the receptionist literally took 30 minutes to check me in. I run out to the car, so I can grab my stuff then when I walk back in he stops me and tells me that there is a problem. The room key he gave me is occupied by someone already. So he gave me a King bed, with a pull out bed, there […] was 4 of us staying in one room. It was horrible he said they can only hold the room until midnight. Location is great for my business purpose. All aspects of the hotel are satisfactory for my need, but the beds are in need of upgrade. "Sore back specials" right now. Room is fine, no issues if they upgraded the mattresses.

Would enjoy staying there again.

This hard-to-find hotel was a 1-night stop. Future visitors should use the Carl's Jr as a landmark after exiting the interstate. The hotel, while appearing to be a clean and functional facility, is located in an industrial area near the interstate. After reading some reviews of this place, I was a bit apprehensive about staying there, but it was completely unfounded. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The furniture was solid and beautiful, classy. Yes, one bureau's drawers were not "real," but it was to use as a luggage floor. The dresser had ample drawers. They and the night stand drawers […] all opened. The entire room was immaculate. There wasn't even a speck of dust in there. The bedding was plush and comfortable, facing a 42-inch, flat-screen, HDTV. The hotel has been listening to reviews. One person said breakfast should start at 6 a.m. instead of 7 a.m. Now it starts at 6 a.m. One said the breakfast buffet should have apples and oranges and not just bananas. Now it has all of them. The breakfast buffet was exceptional: maple oatmeal, make-your-own Belgian waffles, cereal, flavored cream for coffee, teas, pastries, muffins, bisquits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, toast/bread, jams, juices, etc. I was very impressed with it. They do need to remove the "coming soon" sign from out front (since they are already opened), and they need a light to shine on the sign because at night, it's hard to find the place. They have a guest laundry room. The bathroom has an arc-styled shower bar and they provided shampoo, two bars of soap, conditioner, and lotion. There was a personal coffeee maker with Columbian regular and decaf coffees. The location was great, right off the I-10 at 51st. Other hotels are around it. People have to remember that this is Phoenix, not Nebraska. There is a very diverse population, but there are three locks on the door. I felt very safe. Those who found one ice machien that worked, you were lucky. All of them were broken when I stayed there 10/29/11, but the cold drink machines and snack machines worked just fine, and they provided a good-sized refrigerator and icrowave in the room, which most hotels charge extra for. Our room had no a/c, then 2nd room was smaller with a horrible smell coming from the refridgerator, then 3rd room had no top sheet and we were told they had no extra clean king size top sheets so we went back to the 1st room with no a/c and took the top sheet off of this bed and made up the bed in the 3rd room. Okay after this!

The hotel was clean and well kept. The workout area was nice as well as the pool areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like to see changed is the breakfast start time. The breakfast starts at 7:00. I would like to see a 6:00 breakfast

Although it is a nice hotel recently converted from a hampton within the last 6 months, the neighborhood is a slight concern. Great place for 1 night if youre just driving thru. otherwise it seems like the east side of town is a better choice.

We booked this room on a whim, and I found it very cheap! Pulling up to the hotel, it was not well lit, so I was concerned about whether or not it was even open. However, the room was very nice and the staff was great too. The breakfast was good and overall, a good place to stay.

Very nice beds. Very comfortable beds and room. Nice HDtv's.

as i was parking a couple was having sex in the pool. many gang member looking people some just very poorly dressed others looked just scary none of the ice makers worked brekfast is served way late it looked like a hotel just for sex. The room was amazing! For the price I paid, I was expecting to find a dingy carpet, retro colored linens, cracked tiles BUT no way! The furniture was all new, the carpet was clean, the bathroom was HUGE and had all new up to date fixtures and clean tile. The A/C worked great, there was an LCD TV in our room, a desk with comfy work chair, new all white […] linens...WOW! The lobby was clean, up to date and we ate free breakfast and I'm not talking about a free donut and muffins! It was an actual breakfast...sausage, eggs, waffles, juice, hot chocolate...the works! Not a very clean room. The pics are deceiveng. My wife and I both woke up with bug bites all over us. Honestly, we had a great stay there with only two exceptions. The first being that the breakfast hostess called in sick, or so we were told, yet there was no one else that could do her job correctly. Very good value. The staff was helpful and the rooms comfortable. The location was my only concern.

I was very impressed with this hotel the room was very nice the staff member was friendly and I was allowed to check in early at no inconvience what so ever. The price was great I plan to stay there again.

I have to say this hotel was actually nice..I had doubts about it but the rooms were clean, comfortable, and big. Staff were freindly and helpful. The only down fall was breakfest. Their walffer maker did not work as well as the juice. Over all I would consider staying here again. The price was awsome..
