9泊しましたが、最初にあてがわれた部屋がフロントの横の部屋で、シャワーしかな部屋でした。 最初は、安かったし仕方ないと思ったのですが、夜シャワーを浴びた後、バスルームの床を見ると水浸しに なっており、歩けたもんじゃありませんでした。その水が 部屋の方にも少しこぼれてきており、早速苦情を言いにフロントに行ったら、今日は空いてる部屋がないので、明日交換します。とのことでした。 恐らくですが、フロントに言いに行ったら驚く様子もなく すぐにわかった様子でしたので、フロントはそうなる事を 知っていたのではないでしょうか？ 次の日からは、別の部屋に移れて問題なく過ごせましたが、最初の１日の事があるので、次滞在する時も同じホテルに滞在するかは、難しい所です。 また同じ水浸しの部屋に通されたら・・・と思うと […] 。 ただ、場所は非常に便利な所でした。それだけに残念です。 もっと読む

ダブル又はツインの申込みでシングル扱いの部屋をあてがわれた。

This is more of a 2 star hotel. The rooms are very, very small. Smoke and musty odors on my floor and in room. Close to the Louvre and shops, but there are other hotels that are just as convenient, cheaper and much nicer in the Latin Quarter. Would not stay here again.

We stayed one night at Pavillon Louvre Rivoli on our way home from Rome because it was so close to our dinner reservations at "Le Grand Vefour" (highest rated resturant in Paris). The check-in process was smooth the woman was very plesant and helpful with directions. The hall way to the room shows a little wear as well as the room but the place was […] clean. The bathroom was to american standards great water tempature and good pressure. Our Check out was great too as the Taxi we took from the airport was to return at 8:25 AM but was a no show the clerk called a replacement cab. This hotel is in what I feel to be the best section of Paris close to the Louve as well as the best shopping and to the subway system that can get you to almost any point in 10 to 15 minutes. The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to most of the must-see sights. The only thing I donot like about this hotel is the room is super small!

The hotel's location is pretty good and convenient. There are, however, several problems: 1) The attitude of the staff who first greeted me was abhorrent. After the typical overnight flight, I arrived to the hotel at 11:20 AM. I was told check-in wasn't until 1:30 PM and I'd have to wait. While there were other rooms available, the room to which I […] was assigned wasn't ready and neither would the desk clerk phone housekeeping to clean it or assign me to a different room. Only 90 minutes later when there was a more congenial person working the desk did I get a different room and was able to go up. 2) Internet doesn't work. It is limited only to the lobby but on the several occasions I tried to use it, it failed. 3) Breakfast is not included. At the rate charged this seemed extraordinary. Room was very clean and comfortable for a single. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. FANTASTIC LOCATION a 2 minute walk from the Louvre, very near plenty of boutique shopping and restaurants. Although the hotel had wireless internet available in the lobby sitting room, I was not able to get on (potential unsecured network issue and security settings […] on my computer?) Excellent location ,within walking distance of all the sights. Comortable quiet hotel, bedrooms and bathrooms are compact and clean Reception stall friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend hotel to others

Small room, simple, clean and well-located at a very reasonable price! I would recommend it to budget-conscious friends and would stay there again.

this simply means that europe is not the u.s... rooms are small...the hotel needed our reserved room-for-two for "a couple" (I was with my mom) so they gave us each our OWN smaller room at the same agreed total price..so a very nice bonus...rooms next door. each room unique, cozy and best of all...spotless. staff was nice. arranged our van to CDG the […] night before. they are moderately fluent in english and i am in basic french...so we worked it out on the communication thing. if you try (french) they are flattered at the respect(it IS their country after all and french is the language). close to metro and the stuff i needed to show my mom. if youre looking for a megahotel better spend more and go chain hotels youve heard of but this was a very cute place. and CLEAN! もっと読む

NO AC, no towels..

I booked this hotel for myself and three others. This hotel is very small and is in ned of a little TLC, however the receptionists and other staff were very friendy and helpful. The location of the hotel is great for the sights and to access the metro. We had a great stay!!

Good points - Very good location for the centre of paris. great location to use as a base to see the city. The room was cleaned both days that we stayed at the hotel, to a high standard. Receptionist spoke English Bad points - Room was very small, but it was what we were expecting realy. On leaving the hotel we had to hand our key into reception then […] it would be given back to us on our return without us having to prove our identity. This worried us slightly as our key could have been given to a complete stranger. The hotel should install a key card system. We were very happy with the service the employees that run the place are very nice and helpful, the room was very clean. You have to pay for breakfast, but it is worth the price. They have a great selection of good items, you can eat all you want and be satisfied for the rest of the day until dinner.

Hormis le personnel d' entretien des chambres et le personnel le matin au petit déjeuner, nous avons été assez mal accueillis. De plus, le soir où nous dormions à cet hôtel et nous sommes sortis pour diner à l'extérieur. Aussi, l'agent de l'accueil nous a réclamé la clef de notre chambre ; à notre retour, après le diner vers 23 h 30 - 0 h 00, un autre […] agent avait pris ses fonctions à l'accueil, mais celui ci était dans l'incapacité de nous rendre notre clef (il ne la retrouvait plus) il a même du téléphoner à son collègue ; C'est tout juste s'il voulait nous ouvrir la porte de notre chambre, alors que nos effets personnels y avaient été déposés ! il a donc continué ses recherches, en nous disant même que nous avions gardé notre clef. ...Au bout de 20 mn environ il a enfin trouvé la clef et ne s'est même pas excusé de nous avoir fait attendre tout ce temps ! ni même aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé (ex : 1 petit déjeuner gratuit). hotel comodo per l'ubicazione, ma vecchio,camere piccole e manutenzione inesistente. consigliato per chi ha poche pretese e desidera solamente un appoggio in posizione centrale.

Jag skulle INTE rekommendera detta hotel. Vaknade sista natten av det kröp djur på mig. Hittade därefter gamla blodfläckar på lakanet. Fullt med svarta fläckar i taket och på tapeterna (typiskt tecken på vägglössens spillning) Såg också att det kröp vägglöss i sprickorna på tapeterna. Pas de connexion wifi qui fonctionne - TV cablée où l'image est saccadée - Pas de canal+ - Une trop forte odeur de parfum à l'arrivée (obligé d'aérer en grand)... Il y a surement mieux pour le même prix ou moins cher dans ce quartier. A éviter.

Hotel 3 étoiles d'un confort très correct mais qui a besoin d'un rafraichissement et d'un peu de rénovation pour un décor et des couleurs plus modernes. Très bien situé pour la découverte de PARIS (à côté du Louvre).

Sijainti erinomainen, lähellä Louvrea ja Opperaa. Palvelu keskinkertaista. Huone erittäin pieni ja siellä ei ollut lainkaan pistorasioita ja ilmastointilaite ei toiminut ollenkaan. Huoneeseen oli ilmeisesti sen takia tuotu mekaaninen tuuletin, mutta sitä ei voinut käyttää pistorasian puuttumisen takia.

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhed, men derudover er der ikke så meget positivt at sige! Vi blev tjekket in på en forkert reservation, så vi fik et enkelt værelse, to mennesker, og selvom vi gjorde opmærksom på at det var meget småt og en lille seng, blev der ikke gjort noget ved det. Dagen efter da vi kom hjem ved aftensmadstid efter en fantastisk […] da i Paris, spurgte personalet lettere irriteret hvorfor vi ikke havde tjekket ud imorges. Så fortalte vi at vi havde reservation tre dage mere. Det kunne de ikke se, så vi sad i receptionen i lang tid, mens de fandt ud af, at de havde tjekket os forkert ind. Men de havde ikke noget andet værelse til os før dagen efter, så vi måtte gå tilbage til vores enkeltværelse, hvor køleskabet til minibaren ikke virkede og der løb toiletvand ud på toiletgulvet hele tiden, så der STANK! Dagen efter fik vi så et dobbeltværelse, der var okay. Alt virkede, men der var godt nok en del mug i loftet på badeværelset. Min mand gik ned i receptionen og sagde at vi gerne ville have en del af prisen refunderet, når vi halvdelen af tiden ikke havde fået, hvad vi havde betalt for. Det kunne damen rigtig godt forstå, og hun skulle nok tale med manageren, så kunne vi snakke om det, når vi tjekkede ud. Det var rigtig fint, så det regnede vi med. Da vi så skulle tjekke ud, nævnte de det overhovedet ikke, så min mand måtte bringe det på bane igen. Men så var de meget affejende og sagde, at det kunne de ikke gøre noget ved, vi havde jo betalt, hvis vi ville have noget refunderet, måtte vi snakke med Hotels.com. Trois étoiles : surfait ! Pas très professionnel dans l'ensemble

Helt ok Hotell eller Gjestehus. Hyggelig betjening og sentralt. Og billig. Kan anbefales til de som ønsker rimelig og grei overnatting. Skal vi til paris senere kan jeg godt bo på dette gjestehuset som er en bedre beskrivelse av stedet.

Hyggeligt lille hotel med super central beliggenhed. Seng lidt for hård, men ellers en positiv oplevelse.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ein grosser Pluspunkt. Touristinfo ist ganz in der Nähe. Louvre und Bus ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Hotel bietet jedoch keinen Komfort. Die Zimmer waren sauber doch sie rochen muffig, der Haartrockner war unbrauchbar, kein Teekocher auf dem Zimmer, es gibt entgegen dem Beschrieb auf der Homepage keine eigenen Parkgarage, […] das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich. Godt lille hotel, som ligger centralt i forhold til alle seværdigheder og transport.

Om du är ute efter ett lite mindre, mysigt, billigt hotell med absolut bästa läge i Paris - då rekomenderar vi (pappa och dotter på 11 år) varmt det här.

Godt hotel med god service, centralt beliggende meget tæt ved operaen. Roligt kvarter, så ingen nattestøj. Små værelser, lidt "brugt" udseende, nusset omkring kontakter, et par revnede fliser på badeværelset, men kan varmt anbefales til andre der kun skal bruge hotellet som sovested.

Dette hotel lever ikke op til de stjerner det har. Værelset var meget lille og badeværelset ligeså. Sengen var hård som en sten. Ingen udluftning. Når man åbnede vinduet kom der ingen luft ind da vinduet var ud til en lille tæt gård.

Good marketing, the room was a little smaller than expected. Aircondition broken in whole hotel. We had a problem, thought we had booked a double room (through hotels.com) but actually got a single-deluxe room for an extra charge. Would call this a 2 star hotel and not a 3 star.

Terrible room, broken light by the bed so impossible to read and the only light that worked was hanging out of the wall. When I arrived the lift was not working and my room was on the 6th floor but I was not offered help with my bags.
