clean room, great price no shampoo unless you ask at the front desk, no dishwasher either...

This room is not worth it at all. The stay was horrible I would never stay here again. I couldn't believe they denied me clean towels! The staff was not helpful at all. It's not worth it at all I was very disappointed.

Arrived to sign that said back in 15 minutes. No one answers phone. No shampoo or conditioner (and no one to get any from). Non-smoking room is not the same as taking a smoked up room (and floor for that matter) and spraying chemicals. That just doubles the smell. Hotel was average, pretty much what I expected. The bathroom was small- you cant shut the door unless you move to the side of the toliet. Bed was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. Found hair in the clean towels. Staff was friendly and helpful & the hotel was reasonably close to the gwinnett center, which was the reason I was going. My main reason for staying in an extended stay was for the kitchen. I wanted to be able to cut down on food expenses. The room had 1 pan, not enough to cook with. There was no dishwasher. There was no sofa bed. I actually was placed in a Queen Suite.The bed is NOT comfortable.. it was hard, no pillowtop. I asked if the king had all the features described […] on Hotel.com, they said no.. the same as the Queen Suite and the same price. Would i stay again, NO.. I stayed to cook.. Also room service is on your 3rd day, so because my 3rd day fell on a weekend I had to wait til Monday (i checked out Tuesday/checked in Thurs). So you have to walk towels and sheets to front desk and they will give you clean ones.. For just a $100 more I could have stayed in a better hotel.. next time i will just pay.. and eat out.. もっと読む

Since I was at a service station purchasing gasoline, I decided to contact Hotels.com to identify a room for the night. I was on a long, streeful road trip to interview for a job and really pushed back when Hotels.com suggested Extended Stay, but I was exhausted and the hotel was right across the street. Its a hotel. It has a room and small bathroom with no soap or shampoo. It does come with toilet paper. It has a bed which was a little hard, but I slept well enough. The room backs up to I-85 and is not well soundproofed. It would be a nice place to stay for a week or so if you had to be there.

I was traveling alone and felt completely safe and cared for by the friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again. Great value.

The staff was excellent in all areas. We got in late, the room was waiting, very clean and well furnished.

Hotel staff was not professional. This location does not offer continetnatl breakfast though advertized it does. When the hotel staff was asked about the time of continental breakfast, the response was, "whenever you decide to get up and make it." Beds were not good at all, more like summer camp bunk beds than hotel beds.

They Extended Stay America was a great hotel. The people were kind and very helpful. The water pressure was sufficient but could have been better. Because our stay was extended, I wish there would have been more access to the amenities at the Extended Stay Deluxe. They don't include shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or many of the other niceties you've come to expect from a hotel stay. No big deal--bring along the stuff you stole from the last hotel room and you're all set. There's a drug store not too far away if you forgot. Great location, very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Good value. We would stay here again.

When we got there at 11:30 pm, our room had not been cleaned. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the desk clerk to "clean" it. When we got up to the room, the toilet and sink had throw up all over it and the bathtub was dirty with hair everywhere. If that wasn't enough, we had NO blinds or curtains on our window.

You get what you pay for. Good price for a single stay. Nice to have the fridge in the room, but if you're not planning on cooking or storing any food, it's a waste of space. The smell of the room (kind of like hair wax/palmade) got to me at first, but I got used to it. This hotel is full of nothing but rude staff. It is an unsafe place as well, every time I left the rooms I smelled what I believed to be marijuana smoke in the hallways. I have no complaints about my stay. I stayed for 2 nights. The only thing that could remotely be considered negative is the fact that if you stay for less than 3 nights, then you don't receive any housekeeping. But I am a clean person, so this did not pose a problem for me. Other than that, it was quiet and comfortable.

This hotel was very nice and clean. I believe I got more than my money's worth

We have always had a good experience while staying here. This past weekend was the exception. There was hair all over our "clean" towels and all over the bathroom. Disgusting. Dr. G-E

This was probably the most awful stay I have ever had in a hotel in my life. My fiance and I checked in very late and as soon as we checked in, the lady at the front desk left for the night. It was rainy and we didn't feel like going out to find something to eat and decided we would just get a drink and a quick snack out of the vending machine, but […] that was behind closed and locked doors that we couldn't get to. So we had to leave the hotel to find something to eat and in the area that the hotel was to get back to it, there was alot of cop traffic and to turn back off the main road to get to the hotel was impossible except for coming from one direction and one direction only as no U-Turns were allowed. So it took us forever to get back to the hotel. The room smelled terribly like cigarette and cigar smoke to the point that I had a headache the entire time I was there and it was supposed to be a "non-smoking" room. We couldn't tell the front desk about it and get moved to another room because she left as soon as we checked in. The bed was awful. The sheets weren't the cleanest and I think plywood would have been more comfortable and softer. When my fiance and I each took showers in the morning, the shower head made an awful, high pitched, ear screeching sound the entire time. I woke, I attempted to make coffee... The pot in the room had never been cleaned out from the last guest. It still had moldy grounds in it.. I rely on my coffee in the morning... So it was a bad way to start the day

received an excellent rating on my 5 point scale.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room exceeded my expectations. However, the walls are a bit thin. We stayed on the second floor out of 3 floors and we could hear the person upstairs walking around. Other than that, great place to stay!

The front desk staff was rude and unknowledgeable of their work place. They couldn't find a plunger for the toilet until after I drove to a gas station to relieve myself. They couldn't find an alarm clock for the room. 3 day stay.

Very clean, no problems, near the malls and car dealerships.

This hotel provided basic accompdation at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the bed was reasonably comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep. The kitchenette anemities need improvement... no meal sized plates and a lack of regular cuttlery. Also, there was no housekeeping service provided even though the hotels written material stated stays […] of less than 3 nights would receive no housekeeping, implying that 3 or more nights would receive at lease 1 housekeeping visit... ie no coffee or toiletries replenishment. The bed was hard on the back. Otherwise the hotel was really nice. The sun shown through and was really bright to the curtains but it was the back room. Overall the room was good.

Convenient location. Clean room. Need a few more kitchen utensils. Internet should be free. I would still recommend this hotel to others. Dr. G-E

The room had a nice kitchenette area, since it was designed for "extended stay." The floor could have been cleaner, and there was no shampoo (you have to ask the front desk). One thing to note is the check-in desk closes at 11pm, and we arrived later than that, so we had to get help from a security guard to get in. Hotel was modern, clean, well maintained. No frills like pool or weight rooms. Kitchenette allowed for flexability in providing meals. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

My only complaint!!! I asked for an late check out which was as we all know is NOON and they denied it. I was NOT pleased with that...

I probably was an unusual guest because I stayed for just one night. The Extended Stay is (as their name indicates) spezialised on guests that stay for at least several days. Pros: very friendly staff, clean and big rooms, kitchen in the room - Cons: I couldn't find any Cons... Just a great hotel for a good price.
