Urine in the elevator...Rooms need to be updated!!!!

I had next door residence that thought that they were in their own home. They had an adolescent daughter, a small baby and both parents in one room. They kept me awake until 3am with banging, baby crying, talking and just unsettling noises. I will pay a little more for a different place next time.

Nothing else matters more that a good night sleep when traveling.

This hotel is perfect for those family members that are staying a large amount time. The hospital for va ( my father in law was there) is literally 4 min away. They have awesome rooms with a full kitchen, yes full!!!! Laundry, everything! We loved it.

This hotel is awesome, great food surrounding, a quick drive to see family @ the hospital. I really enjoyed staying there.

Overall the room was acceptable - I was told all rooms were getting a makeover and that's a GOOD thing. The kitchen "stuff" was pretty bare bones and cheap. Six to eight of the TV channels had a loud buzz and were unwatchable. I was very graciously offered another room but the TV in it had the same problem. I stayed one night and could not stay another. The staff was fine but the carpet in the room stuck to my feet. It was nasty

NEED MAJOR UPGRADES

The hotel that my wife and I stayed in was very clean. It had a squeaky bed and a broken recliner, but overall, the room was nice and clean. The hotel is right off the freeway.

The floors were extremely filthy. My daughters feet were black with how disgustingly dirty the floors were. Need a good shampooing obviously. Everything else was okay I guess. Laundry cost a fortune just to do one load was $4, quite a raquet for the poor souls staying there long term. I would recommend to someone who doesn't care about these things […] I guess. もっと読む

Just and OK place to crash. Wont stay there again. No bed bugs. But no shampoo or conditioner, Old food left in microwave. Funky, mystery stains on carpet. No inside hallways.

The room was clean and the front desk people were helpful and pleasant. The room had (0) zero frills. It was like an old apartment I moved into in college. For an extended stay type of place, it needs to be a place where you want to come to after work, not to go to the bar and then come home to pass out. Would I stay there again, yes. This place was adequate for a place to crash, but I would not recommend it for spending any time there. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Location was convenient. \

The staff was great. The rooms were decent, including a kitchenette and full size refridgerator which could save you a lot of money on food when you're on the road. But they suffered from the same problem that most low price hotels suffer from, really dirty carpets. Overall well worth the money.

We had really old beds with noises and holes (looks like a cigarette burns) and gums on the floor.. I was disappointed. This hotel looks decent outside but wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Nice clean rooms, contemporary furniture, comfortable. Toilet paper somewhat rough. wireless internet works well, nice pleasaing landscaping, no breakfast included. Elevators work well, quiet environment , great for business travelers. However rooms are not available at short notice. Price is reasonable for queen sized bed in rooms.

I liked that hotel was very convient for my family and I.

The first room they gave me was not cleaned since last occupant...dirty towels on the floor, unmade bed. The 2nd room they gave me was queen instead of king bed, had no shampoo, no hair dryer, only one large towel, smelled like smoke even though a non smoking room and didnt have extra pillows. I checked in after 11pm and I was still be to able to check. The desk clerk was very helpful. I've stayed at a location in Utah and by far this was the best one. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the room itself was well maintained.

Call me a hotel snob, but seriously? Run. Run far away. This place is absolutely disgusting and they're completely unapologetic about it. We rented several rooms for the night and the majority had something wrong. Upon check in one of the rooms wasn't even made up so we had to go back down to the lobby for a different room. I don't think the employees […] know the meaning of the word empathy. They didn't care one bit. The replacement room had dirty towels in it, dirty and stained sheets on the beds, and we wouldn't even walk in the bathroom/take showers without flip flops on. Another room had dirty towels in it and trash left on the nightstands and window sill. Our full size bed also only came with one pillow and when we called to ask for another one, the front desk refused. Yes, I used a balled up sweatshirt to sleep on that night. Upon check out when asked how our stay was I told them we were pretty disappointed (being much nicer than I felt like being at that point) and again, no apologies or offers to correct the situation. Honestly, if we weren't staying for just one night, and we weren't so exhausted by the time we checked in, we would have stayed elsewhere. The hotel was close to the Metro link for downtown Sacramento. It was near downtown Rancho Cordova, and about 2 1/2 miles from Nimbus State Park. The hotel was nice. My room was next to the maitenance room and it was VERY LOUD. I was not happy with that. The bed was TOO HARD. I requested a non smoking room. Yet somebody had smoked in the bathroom and the room STUNK.

Good value for the money. Safe area. Adequate kitchenette - no stovetop. Clean. Free wireless - worked well. Get a room away from the highway side if possible. Noise on highway side is reasonable. McDonald and other restaurants within a short walk. I will stay there again.

Clean

For the price we paid,I expected better. Our hotel room was NOT CLEAN at all. There were water bottles in our window, shoes under the bed, as well as used tissues and a bag of cookies. There was also used straws under the console of the tv. It seemed like they only 'surfaced' cleaned. the room was clean it did not have that closed up smell. the curtains were not as wide as the windows so it let the light from the parking lot in the window all night long. the towel bar in the bathroom was loose. wish it would of had a trash can for the main room maybe near the desk. Over all good value for the money in a clean room.

Bed was uncomfortable like sleeping on cement , no turn down at all!
