For the amount that we paid, there should have been a better choice for breakfast.There was not much offered.

My favorite place go stay I'm the area.@

Rom, location, amenities are exactly what I expect.

Easy access from the Interstate. Convenient to many restaurants and department stores.

I must admit I was greatly disappointed in this hotel. Having stayed in other Hyatt Place Hotels, they have always been excellent. This one was mediocre at best. The staff did not appear professional. The room was not ready at check in time. The first room was totally unacceptable. Even though the hotel bills itself as smoke free---our first room was […] wreaking with cigarette smoke. To their credit, they gave me a new room. But this hotel just seemed "tired"--not fresh. had to turn thee knob at the bottom of the toliet to flush each time i had to dispose overall i would return.

Great price, location and quality of hotel. We really liked it and will definitely stay there again. Breakfast buffet was limited and just okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was an easy access to all in Franklin and right off the highway.

This hotel simply worked. Staff, room, amenities and location were absolutely perfect for a business overnight in that area. Will stay there on all future trips.

This was a great hotel! We had plenty of space in our room, beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was very limited - fresh fruit, creal, bagels and toast with juice, coffee and tea to drink. Our room also occasionally had a musty smell, especially when we returned after being away for the day. Very Nice room. Large, spacious and very comfortable. Location is close to shopping and some restaurants. Will probably stay here again when I have to travel there.

We paid for 3 adults and 2 of us had to sleep in the same double bed because they didn't have blankets for the sofa sleeper.

The hotel was very good, the staff went out of the way to be accomodating, Unfortunate for us there was a soccer tournament and the kids were very unruly. The breakfast items went quickly and the staff was not around to fix the problem Otherwise it was a good stay

the breakfast left something to be desired. I have had a better breakfast at a Super 8. No pastries, eggs, meat, or waffels. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

We had a great experience. Our room was very comfortable and the continental breakfast that included some great fresh fruit was a great way to start the day.

nice place to stay

We were so pleasantly surprised by the Hyatt Place in Franklin. We had a 50" flatscreen TV, an office space, a kitchenette, a sectional sofa and a wonderful King Size bed. Very nice room, breakfast could have had more options, but it was free.

My daughter and I had a shopping weekend and the hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much and the staff was extremely friendly. We will stay there again.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. While I was drying my hair to go to a wedding the hair dryer stopped working. The hotel looks new, hip, love all the extras! Enormous TV, oversized room and perfect location!! TONS of dining options as well as great shopping nearby! Would stay here again for sure.

If you are skeptical about how awsome these rooms look your eyes are not playing tricks on you, there is a huge living area, a kitchen/bar with an office desk, a huge king size bed, with a privacy wall that seperates the living area from the bed, and a huge HDTV on a pivot that you can swing to either be viewed from the living area, the bedroom, or […] both. This hotel is in a great location convenient to Franklin and Nashville. All of the staff we encountered were very nice and wanted to make sure everything was going great with our stay. (we didn't have any problems this just seemed to be a care they wanted to address with the visitors.) The room was clean and very inviting. We normally stay at Marriott's […] but decided to stay here instead we are glad we did the quality of this hotel was very comparable to the Marriott's maybe just a little better. The hotel was quiet (although full), provided a comfortable bed and couch, and was priced at a great value. This hotel is in a prime location for visiting the Cool Springs Galleria area with many great restaurants close, yet out of the traffic. We will stay here again.

Usually stay at another hotel and decided to try something different and very glad I did. The stay was very relaxing, quiet, and enjoyable. Would stay here again.

great staff

An excellent location in the heart of Cool Springs but off the roads and quiet. Basic breakfast included. Other things available for purchase. King bed is firm and has an el arrangement with separate sitting area. Very large flat screen tv and good wifi

We stayed here on our way to Florida. Quick check in, check out, great price and able to accomodate my family of 6 in one room. Would stay here again

Good location! Bathrooms were partially cleaned daily. I noticed hair on the bathrm floor several times! Other than that everything else was decent! Loved the wifi for free and continental bkf was free also!

Although not busy at check-in, no baggage cart could be found. The closeness to Cool Springs Mall and other shopping/restaurants is a plus. The big living area with its big couch was a nice surprise. The Cont. breakfast is minimal, but OK. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Good deal.

Excellent Value for this hotel in this area. Would definitely stay again. Great for families or busniness travelers.

Stayed 2 nights over the Christmas Holidays. Hotel was modern and room very spacious. We were across the hall from a Sleep Disorder Center that was very quiet. A good hotel we will probably stay at again.

The staff was exceptional. The continental breakfast was accompanied with some pay for items, reasonably priced. Had a small wet bar with wine and beer that was very nice. TV"s all around for football weekends. Place we wanted to stay was sold out but good find. WILL BE BACK

AWESOME! Best room I have stayed in in a long time.
