Tracy at the front desk was very accomodating!!! The rooms did not have microwaves or refrigerators so she let all the families store their leftover pizzas in the employee break room. She was so great to us! We had a large group and lots of kids and she was more than helpful!!!

Everything was fine. The room was clean and the staff was helpful when needed, however, our room cards were deactivated before check out and we were unable to get back in the side door and the room after taking bags to the car. We secured the room with a business debit card and upon arrival asked the clerk to use a personal credit card instead. Two […] days later we discovered that not only had our business debit card been charged but our personal card had been charged twice. Attempts to reach the manager for days has been futile. The clerk plugged us into the manager's voice mail and the manager did not return our repeated calls. I'm still waiting three days later, and am skeptical that it will be resolved. I had to disputr the charge through my credit card company which could take more than a month. Not a happy person, here. I would suggest that anyone traveling in Danville, Ill., to bypass the Fairfield Inn on Lynch Road, Buyer beware - pay in cash!! もっと読む

The whole weekend we stayed at this hotel there was an overwhelming smell of pine cleaner all over the hotel and 24 hours a day. It was so strong it would wake you up at night. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever experinced, very small and very hard with tiny pillows. The rest of the hotel was pretty much unremarkable.

The room was adequate, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities were very limited, only shammpoo & conditioner, I was counting on the lotion, but there was none. Extremely small pool. Would have been nice if there was tea available in the rooms also, not just coffee.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. Even though it was fully booked for the night, our room was quiet. The rooms are very modern and clean. The breakfast had everything we needed.
