"service were great, hotel itself not so exciting"

"Too far out of town"
Hotel was further out of town than we hoped - we had no car. Staff didn't know about bus service. Hairdryer didn't work in one of our rooms. Showers were cold, manager not receptive in person or on the phone. It was a packed hotel so they really should have turned up the temp on the hot water heater. "Clean and comfortable."
I stayed in the jacuzzi king room. It was clean and overall, my stay was relaxing. It seemed pretty quiet. It did take me awhile to check in (there was a line and the computer seemed to be going slow and there was only one girl behind the counter) and that was a little annoying. The parking lot had a few potholes and there were some tears in the wallpaper […] in the room. But it seemed clean and secure. The hotel room was sub par at best. Even though we informed them after our booking by phone that we required the roll away, they informed us at check in that it was an additional $10. My family and I were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Baymont's usually rate high in our book and this one did not let us down. Staff were very friendly and helpful; especially at our late hour check-in when the desk staff were struggling with their printer. Although I visited over the Christmas holiday, I was somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. I had to ask for clean/dry towels on more than one occassion, request kleenex and toilet paper from the front desk, and have my room key card reprogrammed twice.
