"Good for the money"

I really love this hotel, have been staying there for over 15 years when in town. The rooms are becoming a little old and outdated. The check in staff was excellent, the breakfast was great, the room was very clean but the beds were terrible! The bed pad keep bunching up everytime you moved and the fitted sheet was a flat sheet so it keep coming out. Seriously? You could put a fitted sheet? Our room was old, paint chipping, wallpaper peeling. It was also small; the furniture barely fit! (The tv armoire covered half of the mirror.) We also had an end room on the ground floor, which may have been smaller than the others, I'm not sure. The breakfast was better than the average continental buffet. IN an excellent area...right near the Maine Mall (SO MANY places to shop and eat out. SOOO many choices) Arrived and was greeted and welcomed in with an excellent staff. My room is clean (i WAS Worried because in the past, when I have gone to hotels across the u.s. that allowed pets, the rooms were awful) This room was spotless, smelled fine and looked […] nice. Went to the pool. Hot tub is being worked on but the pool was heated and the little guys loved it. I will also have a shuttle to get me to the airport tomorrow and free breakfast. internet is free and works great from second floor.
