定番のビジネスホテルタイプ。部屋は全室シャワーでバスタブはないが、合理的で十分なスぺース。 高速道路、Taxi、地下鉄、バス交通の便よし。 中華街他、食事の選択肢多し。ダウンタウンの観光スポットも歩いて行ける距離に多数あり。

色々なサイトで見て、お手ごろな値段と評判がよかったので選びました。総合的に見て満足なホテルでした。受付の人や朝食の対応をするスタッフ、ルームクリーニングの人も、どのひとも感じがよかったです。朝ごはんは、コーヒーとパンくらいですが、クロワッサンがおいしかったです。マイナス点は、大通りに面した部屋なので、うるさいこと。また、隣の部屋でお風呂を利用しているととにかく水の音が響き渡るほどにうるさいことです。常識ある時間にお風呂をつかってくれればいいのですが、そうでない人にあたるとつらいですね。あと、チェックアウトは、時間に余裕をもっていかれるようにオススメします。１人しか受付にいないし、日本とちがってゆっくりノンビリと一人一人に対応するのでとにかくまたされます。。。

帰国前日宿泊、ホテルは近代的で非常に清潔 浴室はシャワーのみ（バスタブの部屋もあるかも？）早朝空港へのシャトルもOK 夕食のレストランは無いが近くにシェラトンがあり便利 空港利用者には特にお勧めのホテルです

"星評価よりは低めの実感でした"
チェックインして部屋に入ると、（工事等で使う様な）大きな扇風機が室内に置きっぱなし状態。この扇風機いったい何のためだったのか。。。（結局その日は扇風機を取りに来ることもなかったです） ベランダつきの部屋と言うことでしたが下層階(４階)だったせいか、上層階から投げ捨てられたものと思われるタバコの吸殻が散見されました（因みに部屋は禁煙）。 ホテルのフロントは対応が悪いわけではないのですが愛想はありません。 ロケーションは便利ですが、繁華街にあるため夜はそこそこの時間まで騒々しいです。 ホテルは結構古めです。星の評価よりは低めの実感です。ロケーション重視で選ぶのであれば良いのですが、ホテルの設備等に期待をかける方にとってはコスパが見合わないかと思われます。Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

We only spent one night - then we found out the the Hotel was closing. You would think that the service might be not so good and people with bad attitudes, etc. My wife and I found just the opposite. "Goodbye to an outstanding, elegant hotel"
This hotel stay was one of my most enjoyable stays ever. Unfortunately, the hotel is closing in about a week to make way for new condos, and a new hotel. The Hotel de la Montagne is / was an elegant hotel with lots of class. The room was huge, about double the size of your newer hotel rooms. The bathroom was huge as well with a separate shower, and […] bathtub. The bathroom was also one of the cleanest bathrooms I have used in any hotel, new or old. The decor was old, but chic, well maintained, and as indiated above "elegant". The service was outstanding which was particularly impressive since the employees, many of them with the hotel for 30 years or so, will be unemployed next week. I felt sad when checking out after an outstanding week's stay at the hotel knowing the Hotel de la Montagne would be closing within a week, and facing the wrecking ball soon. I consider myself fortunate that I had the opportuninty to experience this fine hotel before it closed. Another sad note is Thursdays, one of the nicer clubs on Crescent St, is also closing since it is connected to the hotel de la Montagne. "Pool was a disappointment"

We heard they are closing the hotel, tearing it down and rebuilding a multi-function complex. This is suppose to take place in Sept. We believe this may have been the issue with our stay.
