バーボンストリートから一本入った立地は、繁華街に近いながら静かで快適でした。 部屋の広さも清潔感も必要十分です。 レセプションは愛想のない人もいますが、気になる程ではありません。 レストランや治安状況についてもアドバイスもらえました。 次回滞在時の第一候補です。

バーボンズトリートに隣接し、フレンチクォーターのほぼど真ん中に位置しているため、利便性はこの上なく良いです。 建物は写真の通り趣があり、テラスでのブレックファストは至福の時間になること請け合いです。 私たちはバルコニー付の部屋を選びましたが、通り自体は通行人が殆どですので、あまり意味は無いかもしれません。 ホテルの従業員さんはとてもフレンドリーで、出鱈目な英語でも一生懸命理解しようとしてくれました。 有料駐車場は出し入れ自由ですが、２泊程度ですと預けっぱなしでフレンチクォーターを満喫出来ます。

I was shocked at the sight of the room when we checked in. The pictures on the website DO NOT at all reflect what the rooms look like. I paid over $300 a night and had a musty smelling room with no blanket on the bed and a small window with a torn window treatment. There was only one elevator and the stairwell was questionable to take as it was dark […] and grimy. The staff was helpful and courteous, for the most part....but not one person ever asked us what we thought of the place or if we were enjoying our stay. We were locked out of our room for almost 24 hours. The electronic key system failed (on our door) and instead of spending the evening enjoying Bourbon Street, we spent the night trying to get our door unlocked with the maintenance man. The hotel was OK. Good location, friendly staff, basic room, very basic TV, VERY small window. As I was early for check-in they said that they would call me when my room was ready, they never did. The thing that stood out the most for me though was the fact that when I checked in, the city was having a water problem. We found the hotel to be charming, conveniently located and clean. We loved the balconies and open courtyard. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Peeling wall paper, stained carpets, badly in need of a paint job. Ice machine only on first floor, no blankets (!), very expensive coffee shop ($30 for 2 coffees and breakfast sandwiches). Tub did not drain properly - we requested it to be repaired but it still drained slowly. The hotel is sorely in need of updating. $35 a night to park at hotel.

We wanted to be near Bourbon St and this was the perfect place. Not noisy from the street. The hotel interior walls were the only con. Noise from adjacent rooms and from the hall was a bit disturbing, but only momentary. Staff was friendly and helpful in booking tours.
