センチュリー プラザ ホテル & スパ (Century Plaza Hotel & Spa)格安予約

3月下旬に5泊しました。このホテルにして正解だったと思っています。またバンクーバーに行く機会があればここに泊まりたいです。 【部屋について】 webで予約する際、「上の方の階を希望」と書いたのですが、希望をくんでもらえたのか22階にしてもらえました。部屋の向きについては希望を書かなかったせいか、私は南向き（山が見えない方）の部屋に。マウンテンビューを希望する方はその旨書いた方がいいかと思います。ですが、南向きでも夕日や夜景が存分に楽しめたので私は大満足です。 すぐ近くのスーパーでサーモンなどを買い、部屋のキッチンで調理して食べたのも良い思い出になりました。新聞も日曜日以外は毎日無料で部屋に届けてもらえました。広い窓から入る朝の光の中で朝食を食べながら新聞を読んだりテレビのニュースを見たり […] 、たまに飛んでくるカモメを眺めたり...。正にバンクーバーに住んでいる気分が味わえました。 暖房もちゃんと効いていました。お風呂のお湯もしっかり出ます。調理器具や食器も一通りそろっています。備え付けのドライヤーの温風も弱くなく、威力があります（笑）。歯ブラシはないので要持参です。部屋のデザインはシンプルですが、落ち着けるので私は気に入りました。神経質すぎる人でなければ全く問題無く過ごせる部屋だと思います。 シャンプーなどはホテル付属のスパのものが置かれていました。特に女性には嬉しいサービスかもしれません。 【立地について】 ロブソン通りやスカイトレインの駅からも想像以上に近くて驚きました。旅行前にGoogleEarthで駅からホテルまでの道のりを辿ってみたところ、人も多そうだしスーツケースを引きながらは自分（女性）の脚では大変かなと思ったのですが、実際歩くとあっという間にホテルに。出発日は早朝の暗い時間に徒歩で駅まで向かったのですが、ホテルの前やロブソン通りはイルミネーションも多く、同じく空港に向かうと見られる旅行者っぽい人たちが結構歩いており、あまり危険な感じがせず、徒歩で問題ありませんでした。 病院の隣という立地ですが、5泊の滞在中は救急車の音に悩まされることは全くありませんでした。その他、繁華街の音なども聞こえず、静かでした。短期間の宿泊であれば騒音は気にする必要はないと思います。 ホテルのすぐ前にUBC行きのバスが止まるバス停があり、UBCやキツラノなどへ行く際に便利です。 【スタッフ、サービスについて】 ホテルのスタッフの方々はフレンドリーで感じの良い方々でした。私がホテルに足を踏み入れて「フロントはどこかな～」という感じで左右を見ていたら、ちょっと離れた場所にいた一人のスタッフがすぐに私に気付いて「チェックインですね！」と声をかけ、誘導し、チェックイン作業をしてくれました。あと、なんとなくですが、英語が苦手な人にも親切にしてくれそうな気がしました。 ハウスキーピング不要の札をドアノブにかけておくと、ホテル付属のレストラン／カフェの割引券がもらえます。なお、ハウスキーピング不要と申し出ていても、2日に一度、ゴミの回収とアメニティグッズ補充がされていました。 もっと読む

誤ってキッチンの備品を壊してしまったのですが、 ハウスキーパーさんがすぐに替えの備品を持ってきてくれ、もしまた何かあったら呼んでくださいね、と言ってくれました。 次の日エレベーターでばったりそのハウスキーパーさんに遭遇した際にも、とても感じよく話しかけてくれました。 部屋からの眺めもとてもよく、快適でした。 またバンクーバーに来ることがあったら、ここに泊まりたいと思いました。

前にも一度泊まった事のあるホテルでしたが、 フロント周辺がリノベーションされており、更に きれいに高級感のある雰囲気になっていました。 お部屋もキッチン付で、リビングルームの他に ベットルームがあり、二人での滞在には十分過ぎる ほどの広さでした。 場所も便利で家のようにくつろぐ事のできる最高の ホテルです！！

Very nice hotel ! The room was spacious and nicely accomodated. I love the kichenette. The shower was good enough. My son and I stayed there for 4 nights and no complaints ! However the only drawback-free access to the internet (wi-fi ) would be greatly appreciated.

一か月ほど滞在しました。 キッチンなどもついていて便利でしたが、湯沸しポットなどが少し汚く感じて買い揃えました。 炊飯器もないので同じように買い揃えました。 長期滞在の日本人には必需品なので。 シャンプーとかについてはあったりなかったり一定していなかった。 リクエストしても強く言わない限りは返事はいいですが持ってきてはもらえません。 横の連絡は悪いので強く主張した方がよさそうです。 全体としてはおすすめのホテルと思います。 来年も行くようでしたら使うと思います。 ただ次回は事前にリクエストを出しておくつもりです。 それから高層階がおすすめです。

4人家族（子供2人）で1週間滞在しました。 こちらに赴任したため、住居探しの間の仮住まいでした。 部屋が広くキッチンがついていたため、朝食や簡単なパスタなど部屋で作って過ごしました。 またランドリーもついているので洗濯もできます。 立地はダウンタウンのほぼ真ん中で、外食場所も多く、また前にセブンイレブン、スーパーも近くにあり、買い物には不自由しません。 施設は古いのですが、きちんと掃除もしてくれて、特に困ったことはありません。 フロントはみんな大変親切で良い印象でした。 空調がきつくて、暑くてかなり乾燥しました。 全体的に見てまずまずではないかと思います。

場所がとにかくいいです。ロブソン通りも近くほとんど主要なところに徒歩で行けます、そのため夜は結構うるさいです。ホテルは古くヒーターも壊れていて代わりの物もおよそ使えない。あまり寒くなくてよかった。換気扇が初日は回らずホテルの人に聞いてもわからない。。と。部屋の掃除も日によっては夕方に戻って来てもやってない日もありました。安いから仕方ないですね。

キッチンも付いており、食器やスプーンなど、軽い食事をとるのに必要なものがそろっており、とても便利でした。ホテルのレストランでの食事サービス券が付いているなどのこころづかいがうれしかったです。部屋は広くて清潔でとてもよかったのですが、目の前の病院に救急車が入るとか、すぐ向かい側にあったので、カーテンを開けていると丸見えのようなのが少し気になりました。日本のようなレースのカーテンなどがあるといいなあとおもいました。でも、また泊まりたいホテルです。

部屋は１５階でした。２０階以上の建物が多く隣接していましたが、隙間からはイングリッシュベイやノースバンクーバーの山々。ダウンタウンの夜景が見えとてもステキな部屋でした。７月中旬でしたが夜は窓を開けて寝ました。クーラーは必要ありませんし、町も静かでした。

ダウンタウンやサンセットビーチ、スタンレーパークには徒歩で行けます。お部屋は広くて、快適です。 スーパー、コンビニも近いです。キッチンがあるので、外食で不足しがちな野菜、果物を朝食に多くとりました。 隣が病院で救急車が来るのと、病院のスタッフがホテルロビーを通過するのが気になります

My stay was very brief but the time I spent there was good. Comfy bed, clean room, no noise and friendly staff. I never ate anywhere at the hotel so I can't vouch for the restaurants.

The room is a bit tired and needs some repairs and new carpets. The bathroom looks like it was fixed up recently. The one bedroom suite had a small kitchen with microwave, stove dishes etc. Staff were very good and we were allowed to check in early as there was a room available. We have been here 4 times before and will return again.

Excellent great staff ,nice clean comfortable rooms .Only complaint i would have is the TV was small with so so reception .Love the view of the downtown area .I would stay there again .

The service was terrible, I couldn't get a movie even after calling the front desk three times. The condition of the room was poor, the taps in the tub didn't work properly and all of the finishes in the room were old and damaged. It was an old hotel. My room was noisy and you hear the sirens all night. But has a pool and spa which you can enjoy. A good restaurant with quality food and wonderful breakfast

There was some confusion with the room that we asked for. We wanted a king and got two twins. The wonderful customer service of the staff quickly and painlessly corrected the problem. I just think that the communication between Hotels.com and the Century plaza need to be a bit better. Otherwise everything was great!

Centralized hotel, very clean, friendly staff, reasonable priced. Definetely recommended.

When coming up on the hotel, it's not much to rave about but then you walk into the lobby and it's really mod. So I was expecting the rooms to be the same. They are very sparsly decorated and there is nothing on the walls. The living room area is pretty bare. And the bathrooms are quite small.

I stayed here for a conference for almost a week. My room was perfect-a suite on the 29th floor with an amazing view for the right price. This older, remodeled hotel was close to everything, clean and staff were very friendly! Didn't try the restaurant but the coffee shop and Comedy club were great! Could use more pressure in the showers. I would definately stay here again.

My very first stay at century plaza was for medical, and ever since then it is always my choice as it is close to places I frequent while I am in Vancouver..room rates are reasonable and the rooms are clean.The staff are very hospitible. I recommend the hotel to my family & friends.

The hotel is okay but nothing to rave about. It's definately seen better days and needs updating, but it appears they are in the process. The area served by the spa is nice as is the bar/restraunt. The room was adequate, clean but much too hot and needed air conditioning to cool it down. No balcony, only basics in the bathroom, and very noisy location. Ended up sleeping with a pillow over my ears. Staff were polite but not at all friendly to me or my kids. Would not stay there again.

The hotel is somewhat dated and the room certainly are however for the price you pay in downtown Vancouver the hotel is centrally located and offers all of the services one needs for a short stay. It definitely is time to update the hotel rooms.

Very impressed with Guest Services Supervisor - Amin Himani as the room we booked wasn't available so we got up grated to a better room & it was very quiet, beautiful view. The only problem we had with our room was we didn't have a coffee table or kitchen table or utensils to come back to our room to eat & relax & put our feet up. We had a 2 day vacation in Vancouver and this hotel is located in a great location. We traveled by foot to Stanley Park, Gastown,Chinatown and also to Grandville Island. We also rode the free bus to Caplione bridge, which was located aprox 4 blocks from hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, efficient and most helpful! Great room suggestion!! Amazing panoramic views of city and beyond, out great big glass sliding doors and windows!! Perfect for letting air in ! Suites roomy and self contained; perfect for extended stays, or feeling more homey and comfortable!! Decent rate for parking compared to other hotels within the area. Nice that it's not valet only! the century plaza hotel in vancouver is very convenient to everything and centrally located. the lobby of the hotel is very contemporary but the room i stayed in although very comfy was in need of a reno. i would stay again

Great hotel in a great location. Shared a one bedroom suite which came with a nice view a large queen sized bed and a pullout sofa. Very clean! only 4 blocks from granville street.

Room not so great... very strange set-up with only bed and night tables and small desk in very small room, kitchen and bathroom were old and almost grungy, would have expected more from a high end hotel. Parking was ridiculous, no access to hotel from parkade, unless you are lucky enough to park in the 6 available stalls on the elevator level. Century plaze is located at the edge of downtown. The service is very good and the rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious!

good downtown location. staff were extremely helpful and courteous, knowledgeable about all attractions and gave great suggestions to make our trip more memorable. i like the fact that if you skip housekeeping, you get $5 voucher towards the cafe or restaurant downstairs.

lobby of hotel and resturant were very nice, rooms were nice but were showing there age even through the face lift. good views and good comedy club in the basement. ten dollar cab ride to all the main actractions . will stay here again

You can walk everywhere within about 20 min! Yaletown was my favorite location- amazing restaurants and cool shopping. Plus close to all the bars on Granville. There's a wonderful cafe in the lobby that serves espresso, sandwiches, gelato, etc. Great for on the go people like myself. The location was right and the lobby is beautiful , but who hangs out in the Lobby of the hotel they are staying at. The room was very hot even when we turned off the heat. I guess this is why there were several plug in fans in our room from past complaints. The only snack and beverage machine was on the parking level of the hotel wich is not great […] when you ate traveling with small children. My major shock was we stayed on the 15th floor with young children who wanted to look out at the view but to our surprise there were no locks on the windows or safety features that could prevent a fall.
