ビジネスでの利用でしたが、親切なマスターと充実した朝食を楽しみました。部屋は十分に広く、refurbishされた調度品も目を楽しませてくれました。周りは少しさびしいエリアですが、中心部まで問題無く歩ける距離にあり、近くに大きなスーパーもあるので、数日ゆっくり過ごす際の宿として申し分ないかと思います。今回は隣が空室でしたので問題ありませんでしたが、バス・トイレは２部屋で共通（それぞれのドアに鍵がかかるのでプライバシーは問題ありませんが、時間が重なると少し面倒かも）でした。難というほどではありませんが、とても小さな宿で地元でも知られていないので、タクシーの運転手に説明するのが少し面倒かも。

キッチンがついていることが、なんといってもよかった。 そのキッチンの設備も冷凍庫あり 鍋やまな板 食器がフル装備で 冷蔵庫も大きかったので料理を楽しむことができた。ボストン ニューヨーク ヘルシンキ ベルリンといろいろなアパートメントホテルに泊まったが ここが一番 コストパフォーマンスが高いと思った。冷蔵庫があっても冷凍庫がない（21世紀なのに信じられない思いのベルリン だからアイスクリームを買えなかった。日本と違って 一人分のアイスがないので 食べてみたい面白フレーバーのバケツのようなアイスクリームを前に とても残念だった。）換気扇もばっちりでした。大きなキッチンタオルが備え付けでしたが アルミホイル ラップはないので持っていく必要があります。ボストン NYと違って毎日部屋の掃除 ゴミの片づけがあったのも ポイント高いです。 アマゾンで購入したものも保管してくれたし 次回もぜひ泊まりたいです。トレジョもあるけれど ジャイアントの方が近く 品物も豊富でした。

部屋は広く清潔でしたし、デザインや雰囲気も良かったです。スーパーマーケットが近くにあるので食材の買い出しにも便利でした。ワシントンに来るなら、またここを利用したいです。お風呂好きの私にはシャワーしかないことが唯一の不満です。料金がリーズナブルだったことを思えば満足度は高いです。

今回は近くの国立公文書館に用があり１週間程滞在しました。シャトルバスが出ているので、最寄りの駅までや公文書館まで行くのにとても便利でした。周辺エリアは、決して便利な場所ではありませんが、レストランやファーストフードが何軒か徒歩圏内であるのでよかったです。スーパーにお土産を買いに行くときもシャトルバスを出してもらえて助かりました。フロントの人たちもだいたい親切で雰囲気もよかったです。ただし、部屋のWi-Fi状況があまりよくなく、しょっちゅう切れていて使い物にならなかったのが残念です。部屋にノートパソコンを持ち込んでインターネット接続し作業しなければならないのであれば、何か対策を考えた方がいいかもしれません。（フロントから近い部屋にするとか）一度苦情を言いましたがほとんど変りませんでした。それ以外は、総じて満足です。

It would be worth it if you spent the extra $50 to stay in the Embassy Suites just around the corner. I had to ask to be moved because the hotel was mainly full of loud, rude, construction workers. The rooms (both the first one and the one i was moved to later) had a rancid smell. Since I arrived only on business I was praying that my clothes and hair […] didn't smell like the cheap hotel. VERY disappointing. The first room I was assigned overlooked the "courtyard" dont' be decieved. The "courtyard" was a place for the drunk, rude, profainty speaking construction workers to unwind. Anyway, I could not get the door to open, so I had to drag all my belongings back to the car and drive around to the front again. They put me on the first floor facing the courtyard...again, loud and noisy. On the 3rd attempt to accommodate me (and I give them credit for trying), my room was on the 3rd floor, much quieter, however, the inside door lock was broken.
