Will never stay here again. Very dirty, Bad service. Bad neighborhood. Service was rude and never available.

Guess it was okay for the price we paid.

room was ok, clean comfortable ect. No coffee pot in room. Breakfast bar had only sweets. sugar coated cereal ect. Coffee was so weak, we threw it out and went to a convenience store to get some.

I booked hotel online and when my wife and arrived we were completely surprised to what we experienced. The surrounding neighborhood was very unwelcoming, the clerk was on her cell phone on a personal call while I was checking in. When we got to our NON-smoking room, we were taken back on how bad it smelled of cigarette smoke. I called front office […] and they moved me to another room. As I walked to the new room I walked across the pool area and noticed dirt at the bottom, along with rocks and patio furniture as well. Upon arriving to the new room it smelled slightly less like smoke but had another aweful stench. I then refused to stay at the hotel. My wife was getting hives from first hotel room and we left to another hotel downtown. Manager was not around to speak to and have had no success contacting him/her since. もっと読む

The staff was great, they were very helpful, understanding. Would go back if I need to go back to San Antonio

The room was nice & clean, the only problem is that no one went 2 take us more towels nor toilet paper nor take out the trash. It's a little isolated from some places but its about 5mins away from splashtown, & 10mins from downtown. Their is plenty of fast food restaurants near by. It's a nice peaceful hotel. Overall satisfied.

Go anywhere else, please. Wierd stains, ripped lampshades, hard mattress, obvious smoke smell in a non-smoking room.

At check in was told my smoking king size bed room was not available and had to settle for a two bed one. FYI I paid ahead of time so I want what I paid for. It was a clean comfortable place to stay. It was located close to many of the sites we planned to go to. The breakfast was decent and pretty awesome to make your own waffles instead of them being […] frozen! The hotel is a bit dirty on the outside, but very clean on the inside. Initially, there were no towels and soap supplied in the room. But the desk attendant supplied them when we requested. The breakfast was satisfactory (nothing great).

The room wasn't very clean. The microwave had food in it and the sofa was very stained.

This hotel suited our needs. It was close to our destination and the staff was helpful and friendly. Will stay here everytime I need to stay in San Antonio. Price was also great.

Bad Neighborhood, Hot water not so Hot, Clean, Comfortable, helpful staff.. Great Internet connection.. but I need Hot; Hot water.. Everything else was great.. Bkfast not so good, but really great cheap place 2 doors down..

I know I would not waste my money going back to this hotel. I got there and the office people were so rude. The pool had all kinds of trash such as empty beer cans and all kind of tree debris floating around in it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Le hace falta mas variedad al desayuno, por lo demás nos gustó mucho el hotel, las camas muy cómodas. se descansa muy bien
