was not pleased with parking - hard to see, as we had a late check in, and there are 2 signs into the establishment. Beds were horribly uncomfortable... and the toilet clogged, and no one fixed it. Not to mention the continental breakfast was VERY SPARSE. and we were down there by 8am...

I stayed in this hotel March 23-25th. I found it to be a good deal for the money. Both the building and the room itself were clean and in good repair. The room had a microwave and fridge, which was very convenient. There's also a business room with Internet access off the lobby. The shuttle between the hotel and the airport was actually free, as advertised. […] The hotel is pretty close to shopping and has a nightclub inside (which I did not visit so I can't comment on it). I've stayed at several super eights in the past and for the most part I've been satified with the quality of the experience. This super eight was not a quality experience. To begin with I arrived at the place after midnight (had a reservation) - it was about 25 or less degrees outside. In my room it may not have been that cold - but it was cold enough […] that even with my down parka on under the covers I was cold. The room heater worked very poorly and even after 3 hours I was still cold. In part it's my fault because I didn't complain - but I'd been flying all day, it was after midnight and I had to be back out at the airport the first thing in the morning. The hotel was fine for a overnight stay but the room was rather small and the towels that were provided were extremely small. The bed was comfortable though and the room was clean.

GOOD LOCATION FOR SHOPPING AND MANY PLACE TO EAT.... HOTEL WAS PRETTY CLEAN AND QUITE...

Room very small and fan in bathroom was very noisy. Room not cleaned after first night and we requested another room which was a little bigger and not so noisy. Lot of small items in room not repaired and room not very clean. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired, Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel is in bad need of upgrades, hallways are dirty and smell horrible, once inside the rooms it doesn't get much better. first room we got the chair was soo dirty I woudn't even want to put my shoes on it, it smelled musty & we pulled back the sheets to check the cleanliness of the bed and was not surprised to find the sheets were also dirty. effiecient and clean, shuttle service to the airport quick and shuttle drivers extremely helpful. breakfest bar perfect for early flight.. Great value for the money and very convenient..would definitely do it again..

Clean and quiet. Conveniently located off main roads and near NYS Thruway. Within walking distance of a several restaurants and a microbrewery. Overall happy with the stay.

Our overnite stay was very good. Hotel staff courteous and helpful. Great to know that your car is safe while you are away. Shuttle service also efficient. Would recommend this newly renoved motel when travelling..Close to the airport.

Check in was easy though it kind of censured me the didn't ask for a photo ID or credit card to verify I was the person who made the reservation. Rooms were small and didn't appear to be finished with a remodel. Bathroom tile was loose and room numbers were on a piece of paper taped to the door. Wireless didn't work at first then was in and out. Tv […] only had half the channels they advertised, was told after 2hrs that it seemed to be just my room and offered to move me to another room as I was getting ready for bed. Good value for money. Pretty nice. Only problem - undergoing renovation when we travelled in August 2011. Breakfast was great! Bathroom was spacious, but there is room for improvement if cleanliness is considered. Thanks!

This hotel is one crappy place. My experience with Super 8's have been pretty decent - but this one was way pathetic. The entire hotel seems to be under construction, and there is an unbearable stench everywhere. Rooms look very very old and the A/c's are antique (but they atleast work). I travel a lot, and this super 8 is worse than other super 8s. My friend's fingers still has rash due to the motel cleanliness. If next time I have to stay at williamsville. Will try Microtel.

The room itself was OK, but the hotel is pretty run down. I arrived at 3:30 pm, but had to wait 20 minutes until they go the room ready.

As we walked in, we were greeted with a waft of carpet cement, or something along the lines of a potent construction odor. They were installing new carpets--with no apologies. We asked for a room switch, and there were no elevators to bring our stuff to the second floor so we had to stay where we were. We made a rule to never turned on the bathroom light especially at night. The hotel was very close to restaurants and the airport. We were only ther for a day so it didn't really affect us that much. I was coming in town for business and was expecting to get some sleep prior to my work assignment the evening I checked into the hotel. The airport shuttle was very timely, Check-in was quick. This hotel is perfect for my travel needs.

A bit of a run-down place. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Breakfast pleasant. No complaints, really. Good hotel for short overnights or if you what stay within a budget, when traveling with a larger group.

What can I say. It was a horrible experience.

place is run down and stinks. hot water trickles out of shower. toilet has no pressure and barely flushes. person across hall had a yappy dog barking all night. next time even if its raining out I would rather sleep on my harley.

I suppose the saying is true. If you just need a bed and will probably sleep in your clothes, this was just fine as a very reasonable stay. However, after noticing a lamp and dresser light inoperable, a marijuana bud on the night stand, and returning to a smoke filled bathroom (how they did this I have no idea), I may have sprung for a hotel upgrade. […] They could not change my room because they were sold out and of course since it was booked through hotels.com they could not is count the room for my inconvenience. This hotel was bad, under remodel both times we unfortunately stayed here but that was 3 yrs ago and we hoped it had changed --Not !!! The hall ways smelled awful and were dirty!! You could not understand the desk clerk over the phone from the airport or in person!!!

The rate was fair. The hotel shuttle picked me up within ten minutes. Check-in took less than two minutes. I think this hotel is great!

I wouldn't consider staying there again until the renovations are completed. The hotel itself was dated and in need of repair. The room was old and in serious need of repairs.

very satisfied with hotel location, and services. the people running the hotel were very accomadating and friendly, which was greatly appreciated. i would use the hotel again, and intend to.

Will not recomend this hotel, for sure will never go back .
