Even with reservations the only room they had was handicapped. Te bathroom floor had hair on it and there was splattered toothpaste and white specks all around the bathroom mirror and wall. Everything was wonderful. The only glitch we had was trying to get our room keys to work. It took 3 trips to the front desk to get one that would work. Another guest passing by commented they had the same issue. After the third try we were told not to put our cell phones near the keys because it would deactivate it. Two sets of the keys were not put […] near our cell phones, but we still had the problem. The staff was very attentive in trying to fix the problem. Love the room design.
