歴史を感じさせる内装は一見の価値があります。部屋はきれいで掃除が行き届いていました。フロントの対応もとてもよかったです。駅から近く、観光に便利です。もう一度行ってみたいホテルです。

サンタルチア駅に近くとても便利。 部屋もバスタブ付でシングルで申し込んだのにダブルの部屋でした。

夜ヴェネチア空港に着いてバスでローマ広場へ行きそこから歩いて行けるホテルです。 鉄道の駅もヴァポレット乗り場も近くアクセスは文句なし。 部屋が狭いのを除けば ほぼ満足です。 お風呂はレビューを見ていたので覚悟して使いました。 バスタオル以外はタオルではなく、ナプキンなのでタオル持参の方がいいかもしれません。 朝食のパンが美味しかったです。パンを焼くいい香りが漂い果物の種類も多かったです。 インターネットもフリーで、スタッフも皆親切でした。 ヴェネチアに旅行するなら、きっとリピートすると思います。

空港からバスで移動したためローマ広場に着きました。 そこからホテルまでは大きな橋を越えるか、ヴァポレットに乗らなければなりません。重い荷物を持っている場合は鉄道駅近くのホテルをお勧めしません。 鉄道駅からは歩いてすぐの路地にあり便利です。 ホテル自体は古いもののきれいに清掃されています。 ただ、シャワーブースにカーテンや仕切りがなく入浴は大変でした。また、エレベーターがないため、部屋までは階段です。荷物はポーターさんが運んでくれました。ホテルの方々はとても親切です。

お風呂場は改装したようで清潔でしたが、部屋の物入れはアンティークの為かギイーギーの音、鍵をしないと開いてきます。 でも、駅の真近で出発まで荷物をあづければとても便利です。　 また、中庭を挟んで隣が教会であり、元修道院の面影が廊下、食堂に残っており雰囲気はあります。

終着駅から徒歩5分。 ヴァポレット乗り場から3分と、極めて近いし、ホテル前には上海寶館という中華料理店がありますので、イタリア料理に疲れたお腹には優しいかもしれません。

フロントもフレンドリーで、室内も清潔です。 バスタブにカーテンがないため、シャワーの水が飛び散り、入り方に工夫が必要。 朝食は種類は少ないが、この程度でいいと思う。 中庭に面している部屋、路地に面している部屋、いろいろあるようですが、路地に面していたため、少し残念でした。ロケーションは、大きな荷物を持っての移動をしなくてよい位置にあるので、Ｇｏｏｄでした。

This hotel is a bit old, but the price is reasonable! Location is perfect, breakfast is so so. But everything is fine, not bad at all at this price.

Conveniently located near the Santa Lucia Railway Station with the Bus Terminal (P. Roma) a few minutes away. Agree with some reviews that it was rather difficult to find as its entrance was in a small alley. We had no problems after having checked its exact location via Google Map before arriving. We arrived late afternoon and our room was ready with a baby bed in it. Rather impressed as we did not specify for one at booking. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. Check in and check out was also a breeze. Only downside was the breakfast which was rather adequate. Not to worry as theres plenty of restaurants and pizzerias around. Note to Halal concious travellers:- There is a pizzeria (can't remember the name, but i think its QB) near the hotel that sells Halal kebabs. Turn left as you exit the alley that leads to the hotel. Bed was not comfortable No shower, only the tub..... not convenient.

This is a nice hotel.The hotel was great, good breakfast, and clean nice rooms.

Very convenient n u need not taking your luggage up n down expensive waterborne. I must say service is warm but not elevator is definitely a shortcoming. There was false alarm in the midnite n really annoying. If no false alarm, the experience is quite good. Breakfast is good too.

The location of the hotel, excellent. That was the high point. A fire alarm woke us about 5:45 am, all the guests wandered out and congregated in the central lounge area. The person at reception, said nothing! God help us if it was real. The alarm was eventually turned off and everyone went back to their rooms. The early morning fiasco may have had […] an effect on the electracals. At breakfast, there was no hot water, for coffee or tea, again, no apologies or explanation. The waiter who was the reception person seemed upset and brusque in dealing with the clientele. Hotel was nice. Room was great... Ours was larger than most and very warm. Free breakfast was good. Most of all the staff were helpful, warm, and friendly, unlike the rest of Venice.

My husband and I stayed here for 1night the hotel location is perfect if your taking the train,the room is very clean and comfortable .brekfast is great and plenty I will recommend this to family and friend and if I come back to Venice I will definitely stay here again.

Tucked away off the Grand Canal, this is a surprisingly delightful hotel with a fantastic, helpful, engaging staff. The Hotel Abbazia is a very clean, safe and affordable hotel. It is within a block of the train station and local bus station. The location was great and the hotel service satisfied us. It has a small beautiful garden and the breakfast was ok. Not good; It provided no computer in the business center, so that we had to find an internet cafe outside the hotel.

Tucked away down a narrow street, the size of the converted monastery can only be a surprise. Wonderful lounge area, which was a peaceful place to drink, talk and relax. Lovely little hotel close to the train station, but off the main street. Nice room. Good breakfast. Comfortable mattress. One night stay before a train trip to Florence. Worked very well. Would recommend.

This was a charming old hotel that used to be a monastery. The location is right beside the railway station and near the port. Everything about it was great. Highly recommended.

Staff were very welcoming upon arrival and informative regarding tourist information. The hotel is very quiet. Breakfast is excellent . we would definitely recommend the hotel.

An excellent hotel. One of the quietest and sound proof room I have ever stayed in. Location verry central with markets close by as well as resturants which are reasonalbly priced. Staff very friendly and make your stay very personal. Excellent continental breakfast and great coffee! A must stay if you are in Venice!

Very close to train station but up a side street. Lovely historical building with relaxing courtyard. Breakfast fine, room small but clean and comfortable, didn't spend much time in the room. Would stay there again.

The hotel was a lot better than many other 3 star hotels. Others have mentioned that it wasn't close enough to sights but the Vaporetto stop is right at the end of the Street and it's only a 20 min ride along the Grand Canal to get to St Mark's Square. How bad can that be! Highly recommend.

We stayed in room #214. Of the four hotels we stayed in on our two week Euro-trip, this was by far the worst (and all were in the same stars / price range). The people at the front desk were the least friendly of all the hotels and the room was dark and dingy (terrible dark red wallpaper in the room from top to bottom) and it smelled terribly of smoke. […] I'm not sensitive to smoke (both parents smoked in the house growing up), and this room gave me a headache. Also, the air conditioning (which barely worked to begin with) was mysteriously completely shut off after our first day there, so it was super hot in the room and we couldn't open the window because there was no screen and the mosquitoes would come in by the dozens. Also - and I know this isn't the hotel's fault - but there are ridiculously loud church bells right next to the hotel that ring at odd times like 7:15am and 9:30am (I'm guessing on the times) and they ring over 100 times each time they ring (I literally counted 105 bell rings in one ringing session!). It's really almost comical how long and loudly they ring. The location is about 100 meters from the train station, which was amazing for us because we took the train into and out of town. The city is super tight and crowded, and the water taxis are ridiculously expensive, so we were very happy to be a 30 second walk from the train station. The hotel is about as far as a walk as you can get from the epicenter of the tourist area (San Marco Palace area), but it's walkable from the hotel and we did it almost every day without trouble (FYI - we live in a major US city and are used to walking a lot every day). The Hotel Abbazzia is hidden up a side street, which initially seems a bit seedy, about 3 minutes from Venicia.S.L station. THE HOTEL HAD A VERY GOOD BREAKFAST BUFFET INCL. WITH ROOM, ROOM WAS NOT LARGE BUT SUFFICIENT, WALKABLE FROM CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL, WALKED TO SAINT MARK SQUARE TWICE AND RETURNED. ALSO RODE THE WATERBUS, VERY EFFICIENT TO MURANO. vENICE IS EASY TO GET AROUND IN JUST FOLLOW THE PEOPLE TRAFFIC. HAD A GREAT TIME.

This is a pleasant hotel, converted from an old monastery, within walking distance of the train station (no bridges to cross) and Plaza Roma (one bridge to cross). If your sleep is easily disturbed by light, you will want to bring eye-shades as the window shutters did not completely block the light in our room. Free WiFi (get login information at the front desk) and a nice breakfast (continental) is included in the room rate. The Ponte de Scalzi bridge across the grand canal and the Ferrovia waterbus stop are within 150 yards of the hotel entry. Beyond the hotel's control, but of note to travelers, are the men who want to help you with transport your luggage on the bridge between the Plaza Roma and the Cannaregio section of the city. They will grab your luggage and take off quickly, so you must either firmly and frequently say no, or tell them what you are willing to pay. If you don't do this you may find yourself in an agruement over the value of their service when you reach the opposite side of the bridge. もっと読む

This hotel is a concern when you first walk down the alley, however, we discovered that there are tons of "alley's" in Venice. When we were greated at the desk, those concerns melted away. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We left our bags with them in the morning until check in, and when we returned, they had even taken them to our room […] for us. The beds where exceptionally comfortable.. the AC perfect.. and the breakfast fresh and delicious. The bathroom was newly updated and beautifully tiled. It felt like stepping back in time to a warm, friendly inn. This hotel is very, very convenient to the train station, but not very convenient to the sites. TINY rooms, TINY bathrooms- but super-friendly staff.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay in the Hotel Abbazia to celebrate my 60th birthday. We have stayed in this hotel before and would definitely do so again. We stayed 2 nights pre-cruise at the Hotel Abbazia. It is very close to the train station, easy walking distance even with luggage. We took a van from the airport which left us at the Plaza Roma, not very far from the hotel, but we had 2 persons with wheelchairs, and there is a fairly large bridge to go over. Walking was out of the question, so we took […] a water taxi to the Ferrovia stop, which is right by the train station and walking distance to the hotel, even with wheelchairs. As to the hotel, it is an old converted church/monastery, very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were air conditioned, and we even slept with the windows open one night. The breakfast was very nice, with fresh rolls,toast and croissants, cheese and ham, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, orange juice, etc.. It was very nice to just go downstairs and eat breakfast, and not have to look around the neighborhood for someplace to eat. We had a minor problem with the showerhead not working properly, and it was fixed promptly. If you are a late sleeper, there are church bells right next door that WILL wake you up at 7:15 and 8:15 am. There is also a bar/coffee bar that was open for a glass of wine or cappuccino in the large sitting room/living room area. And there is a very nice courtyard where you could also eat your breakfast, or sit out in the evening and relax and talk. I highly recommend the Hotel Abbazia and would definitely stay there in the future. Hint: Get the water bus/taxi 24 or 48 hour pass and take the water taxis all around Venice. You can get on and off as much as you want, and can really see several different neighborhoods. They were very helpful, recommended great restaurants, gave perfect advise on local attractions and made our stay perfect. Close to absolutely everything. Charming room with friendly staff. A/C wasn't to be turned on for another week, so they got us a fan and we were set. Across the bridge from the train and bus station, but across the world in atmosphere from them. When you cross the bridge, you enter a new world. Loved our evening walks when we were too tired to do much […] but walk around the canal, shops and restaurants by our hotel.
