部屋も清潔で居心地良く快適でした。 クラブラウンジの朝食、カクテルタイムの食事も美味しかったです。 また次回もロサンゼルスに行く時は利用したいホテルです。

I urgently need to check-in because 15 minutes later, I had to attend the phone conference. The front lady was kindly and promptly processing with check-in and internet connection and I could reached my room 5 minutes before the conference. とても快適に過ごせました。 コンビニもホテルからすぐのところにあり、便利でした。治安も良かったです。 ただ、枕が少し臭ったので、タオルをかぶせて寝ました。

ダウンタウンのメトロの駅に近いので、車を使わないで済むと考え、このホテルを選びました。たしかにメトロの駅は近いです。ホテル自体も質が高く、サービスも良いと感じました。またフロントの一階上から外に出ると、すぐに「ファミマ!!」というコンビニがあり、日本のものも手に入ること、夜２時まで営業していることで大変満足できました。部屋とベッドは少し狭めですが質はいいです。一点だけ難点を挙げると、一番近いメトロの入り口は公園の一部になっており、そこにはホームレスの人が何人かいましたので、女性だけで宿泊される方にはすすめにくいと感じました。以上、参考となれば幸いです。

部屋：十分に広く、清潔感はある。 サービス：対応が遅かった時もあったが、頼んだのが深夜だったのでそれを割り引くと適切といったところか。 近隣：歩いてすぐ（隣のビル）にファミマがあって使い勝手が良い。ただ、夜10時までなのでそれ以降は少し歩かないとコンビニが無い。（１０分弱か）食事処も１０分くらい歩かないと無いので注意。ただ、夜の散歩も厭わなければリトル東京にも行ける（１５～２０分くらいか）ので、行動範囲が広い人には問題ないと思われる。 交通：駅から歩いて行ける。徒歩１０分くらい。ただ、道路の起伏が激しめのため、地図上は次の通りに向かって歩いてるはずなのに交差点に出てみたら２～３個先の交差点である場合がある。周囲を歩く場合は迷わないように注意。海辺に行く場合はサンタモニカ行きのバスが徒歩 […] ５分のところから出てるので便利。コンベンションセンターにはタクシーで１０ドル。歩いて行くには少し遠すぎる。 価格：独立記念日の割引を適応した（３０％引き）ので、そういった割引を使えばかなりお得。割引が無くても泊まって損は無いレベルかと。 もっと読む

２泊（1日目・4日目）滞在しました。快適に過ごすことができました。Hotels.com から予約し通常より安く宿泊することができました。 ウエルカムドリンク・フルーツ（りんご）もありました。 キングサイズのベッドも部屋全体も広く洗面台も広くて快適で使いやすいものでした。 部屋にわ、コーヒーマシンがあり近隣にファミリーマート、スタバもあり便利です。 スタッフの対応も好感がよかったです。 プールは利用出来なかったのは残念ですがまた泊まりたいと思います。

1泊だけの短い滞在でしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。 2ベッドの部屋はさほど広くないものの、狭く感じさせない間取りです。シャワースペースはやや手狭ですが、別にバスタブあり。洗面台は広くて使いやすいものでした。 スタッフの対応も好感が持てます。 建物自体はやや年季が入っているように見受けられましたが、清潔さはバッチリで気になりませんでした。 また利用したいと思わせるホテルです。

思った以上にオフィス街の中にありました。でも隣に「ファミマ！」やスタバがあるので、便利でした。また、バスや電車に乗るにも利便性が良かったです。 Hotels.comで予約したので、とてもリーズナブルな料金で（円高だったせいもあると思いますが）泊まれたので、good valueだったと思います。

総合的に見て、初めての方でも安心できるホテルです。特に、ファミマがある点は心強いと思います。試しに0時を過ぎてミネラルウォーターを買いに行きましたが、そこまでの通路も明るく、安心です（と言っても夜は基本的に出歩かないことが原則です）。価格的に連泊が無理なら、最後の日はこのホテルを利用する、などのメリハリをつけると良い思い出で帰国できるのではないでしょうか？

I booked this hotel for five nights at the beginning of our trip to the USA, and then 1 night before we left. Serive at this hotel could not be faulted. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were spacious and clean, all the amenities that you'd expect was there. Location […] wise, it was literally across the road from the Disney Concert Hall, and a convience store was very close by. Unfortunately, as this hotel is in the Downtown LA area, it's probably more suited to business travel if you don't have a car. We enjoyed the staff, indoors and outside. The food and comfort was wonderful.

Hotel was great for our purpose, being close to Downtown La and the Staples centre. The hotel is much nicer on the inside than the outside, staff goes out of their way and nothing is a problem. Very nice stay, recommend.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent service as always; everyone I dealt with was very helpful. The town car service in particular is a real plus.

The hotel is in the downtown area and so there's nothing around the area in the evening. There are no parking options other than valet parking so I thought $40 weekday rate was too steep. Waay too steep. You do have the unlimited in/out privileges but that means a few bucks each time you drop the car off and again a few bucks when you pick up the car […] so I end up spending another $50 each day on parking and tip. I think you should take that in to consideration. The only restaurant choice for dinner is Noe restaurant located inside the hotel and the food is good. It is Japanese fusion, expensive, and the portions are small. The portions are so small you walk away hungry unless you order several courses. The service was good and the food is tasty but I wasn't happy about eating there for two nights in a row. Our dinner for two came out to $90 and we don't drink. We also ate breakfast in their cafe. We came so late in the morning that the place was pretty empty and the wait staff was changing the table setting for lunch. In fact, one waiter was setting up the table right next to us. He was shaking and snapping the table cloth next to us, bebind us, all around us, sending puff of dust all around our food. Enough to settle white lint on my black pants. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he offered us 15% off of our check which was a nice gesture but i would have appreciated a dust free food over 15% any day. We were almost finished with breakfast anyways...The room was nice, clean, no frills. Bring bottled water with you, the ones in the room will cost you $6 a pop! The rooms are ok, the baths are kind of dated and in need of maintenance (to make them cleaner and nicer). The swimming pool is TINY and not too clean. The real problem for me was the fact that the room was DUSTY. Dust on windows, carpets, furniture, you named. We stay at the hotel for the convenience of going to the entertainment center. We LOVED it. We will stay at the hotel chain again in the future.

If you are in LA for the WD Concert Hall, Dorothy Chandler or MOCA this is the perfect locatin.

Never fails to be a pleasant experience. Always my first choice and a disappointment when it is unavailable. Good restaurant, downtown location, and great accommodations.

First night, loud and rowdy people next door, second night, starting at 2 am, they started moving furniture on the second floor- restaraunts and lbar area. When we called to complain, we got no acknowledgement of such a thing. It continued for hours. We stayed here for 3nights -short vacation-standard of the hotel is very high,generally could not fault it in any way,the metro is close,and used it to visit Universal studios and Hollywood on the red line. This hotel is a business hotel,the only drawback is the hill up from the metro station and downtown. Would stay here again.

This hotel is the most incredible hotel and the only one that I stay at when I go LA. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. The staff are welcoming by far the most accommodating out of any hotel I have stayed at. I travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels, but the Omni is my favorite hotel. Everyone has one and I'm sure it will be yours too!

I booked the hotel as part of our vacation to LA and San Diego. What a terrific hotel. The hotel is kept Immaculately clean and in a nice part downtown LA near the Walt Disney Symphony. I recommend this hotel if you have children. My 11 and 7 year olds enjoyed the in room cookies and milk before bed that was sent over without us asking. What more can I say? The restaurant (Noe) is not the best, but with so many good restaurants in the area, from joints to mid-range and high end, it just doesn't matter.

Very disappointed..for this to be a 4star hotel the amenities very poor and parking fee was outrageous.

Although it is up the hill a bit (by the courthouse), this is by far the best option for staying in downtown LA. Beautiful hotel, comfortable, contemporary and modern rooms, staff unbelievably helpful. I have stayed at a few of the other downtown LA hotels and this one is head and shoulders above the others.

I have stayed at The Omni in San Diego and it is far superior to this LA location. I'll break it down for you in a list of pro's and con's. Pros's: Quiet Clean complimenatry apps, cocktails and breakfast on the Club Level. Well located for downtown good views Con's No vanity in any room. If someone is getting ready in the bathroom there is no place […] to get ready outside of the bathroom. No mirrors. The pool was closed and had no water in it No hot tub No pool bar I masseuse in the spa but no spa ammenities like steam, sauna, showers. The room was 280 square feet not 400 + as advertised for club level. Parking is $40 during the week and $20 on the weekends. shower knobs were on backwards. Car service was very inconvienent. We were dropped off 3 blocks from our location and had to wait a half hour to be picked up. Hands down the best hotel in downtown LA is the Ritz- J/W Marriot at LA Live. My husband and I had to go to L.A. for a couple of days and chose to stay at the Omni Hotel for the first time. The staff was very friendly and courteous, the bar/restaurant were gorgeous (beautiful courtyard off the bar), the bed was comfortable, and we were pleased that the room had a large flat-panel TV with a good picture. At least at the special rate we were able to get, this hotel was great value for money. Our surprisingly spacious corner room overlooked the Museum of Contemporary Art, and we were within a very short walk of the Disney/Dorothy Chandler/Mark Taper complex; a few very good restaurants; and historic downtown.
