Very happy with our stay. Desk clerks were VERY pleasant. Liked having a bar and restaurant on site. One main reason for choosing this location. Close to most activities.

While the hotel and our room were very comfortable and convenient to our needs, the complimentary coffee brewer in our room was not very clean and, in fact, had an odor that prevented us from even using the machine at all! We could not get past the odor to even attempt to use it or clean it. Probably not an item that is attended to by the housecleaning […] staff. I remark upon our departure that everyting was fine with our room, with the exception of the coffee maker......that it needed to be taken to a car wash and thoroughly cleaned out! もっと読む

Although we only stayed overnight, we found the roon and the staff to be very pleasant.

Had to call for 2 trash cans. Didn't have any, and water ran all night in tub. Maintenance wasn't called until pm of next day. Finally moved and room had refrig, which was lacking in 1st room.

There should be a warning sign about this hotel. Construction is going on and it could even be dangerous if you have kids.

Room was clean and comfortable, no problems at all. However, this hotel was under construction and the pool and jacuzzi were closed. I would otherwise had booked another hotel had hotels.com listed that this Holiday Inn was under construction.

The hotel was in great shape room very comfortable. The problem we had was the skateboarders doin their thing in front of the entry. I had one yelling up to me on the 4th floor for a cigarette.

Well kept Hotel, pool area nice. Parking lot got full early, some trucks taking up 3 or 4 parking spots.

I travel often and am on the road 10 months a year almost twice a month. I am well qualified for hotel rating. This hotel is a great business hotel. Location is great if you have a car, very close to downtown Phoenix. My room was clean, the hotel has somewhat of a date desert / Indian motif but it didn't bother me. This hotel was a decent stay. Not the typical Holiday Inn it was dated but they are in the process of updating. We did have an issue around 11pm at night where the toilet wouldn't flush any more and maintence was gone for the night but they quickly moved us to another room. It was a little inconvient but it all worked out and the staff was very nice […] about the issue. Wish the shopping center that was on the map was a real shopping center and not just a grocery store. We were actually only in our hotel for about 12 hours, but it was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. In fact, my wife asked if she could purchase the sheets and mattress pad. The room didn't feel inviting when you entered. only a partial roll of toilet paper. Needs improvement.

Aufgrund von Renovationsarbeiten die noch bis Ende August 2011 andauern, können Pool & Fitness nicht benutzt werden. Restaurant & Bar wurden in einen Tagungsraum verlegt. So etwas sollte bei der Buchung angezeigt werden. Personal freundlich.

Cet hotel est tres bien vraiment. Belle chambre ( literie geniale ) ,salle de bain nickel ,internet gratuit ( prenez les forfaits 24H gratuit ),il y a une petite piscine ( sympa pour se prelasser qlqs instants mais la deco autour est sans interet car que des murs autour ,ca manque d'arbustes ! )dans l'hotel il y a meme un bar . pratique aussi le parking […] vraiment grand ou l'on trouve tjrs une place ( gratuite ). l'hotel est formidablement bien place car il est situe à 200m de l'entree de la highway ce qui est vraiment appreciable ,une fois sur cette route on va ou l'on veut tout est idealement indique. Etant à Phoenix pour voir un evenement de catch ( wrestlmania 26 fin mars ) je voulais un hotel pas trop eloigne des endroits que je voulais visiter . Ainsi j'etais à 10 miles d'un cote pour l'university stadium et 10 miles pour Us airways stadium ( match NBA ) .dans une zone de 10 miles tout autour vous avez tous les centres commerciaux possible ( soit 15mn en voiture max )Parfait donc. Ensuite autour de l'hotel il y a un BURGER KING et ca le soir pour manger un TRIPLE WHOOPER ca vaut le detour ! bien entendu il y a plusieurs autres resto ,face à l'hotel à 200m sur la route principale il y a un super resto pour le petit dej avec des pancakes terribles etc.... もっと読む
