最悪でした。 スィートルームに4泊しましたが、ラウンジの利用ができませんでした。問い合わせたところ、予約でいっぱいだとの回答でした。 またキッチンがついているにもかかわらず、お皿 、グラス、フォークなどのカトラリー、が全くなかったのでフロントにお願いしたところ、追加料金を取られました。 ベッドの下からは前人者の物で思われる使用した靴下が出てきましたし、掃除も行き届いていませんでした。 ダウンタウンに近く便利と思いましたが、ホテル前を通る列車の音が大きくうるさかったのと、ベイサイドに建っているので景色を期待しましたが、海は少ししか見えず全てにおいて期待外れでした。 おススメしません。

遠くからホテルを見ると高層で立派、ロビーに行くと天井が高くこれまた立派な印象を受けるが、部屋に入るとまあ普通のビジネスホテルという感じです。でも特に何が不満ということもなく場所は便利ゆえ総合的には合格点です。

Premium Vw Doubules –Bed Roomを予約したが、部屋の窓からの景色は、半分が街中だったので大変がっかりした。

The hotel seems to be gorgious, and actually the lobby is (little space to sit). But the room facility and the service is not very good.

非常に格調の高いロビーに高級感と洗練さがあふれているホテルです。 お部屋は、クラシックで可愛らしいインテリアで大変満足できました。窓からのハーバーの眺めも最高です。 スパを利用しましたが、サンディエゴ・ハーバーの輝く静かな海面を眺めながらのプール＆ジャグジー（温水）は、本当に洗練されていました。スパは有料でした（一人25ドル）。 プールのほうはタダで利用できるようでした。 ホテルがシーポートビレッジに直結していて、朝食や軽食などは、ホテル内のレストランを利用しなくても、リーズナブルな価格で楽しめました。 お部屋に備え付けアイフォンのスピーカーがあり、持っていった音楽を楽しめました。 コンベンションセンターも至近距離で、その点も非常に便利でした。

We wen't for a "Stay-cation" and we loved it! The location is beautiful! The hotel is immaculate & the service was impeccable! I've stayed in a lot of hotels & I think that this may have been the best one yet! This was an awesome end to our 10-day road trip! Relaxing, beautiful weather and room. Everyone we encountered was friendly and extremely helpful and accomodating. Will definitely stay here again.

I lived in San Diego for 14 years, and I stay at the Hyatt whenever I go back. It's definitely one of the nicest hotels in SD. Beautiful lobby, great pool area, and nice big rooms with great views of downtown and Coronado. the service is also excellent and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

The Hotel is beautiful and perfectly located - on the Bay and just a few blocks from the Gaslight District with its Restaurants, Bars and Dance places. I WAS TRULY AMAZED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE HYATT PROVIDED FOR ME. OPEN DOOR SERVICE, I HAD A HANGOVER AND THEY PROVIDED ME WITH COMPLIMENTARY CRACKERS AND A SPRITE & WATER FOR MY PARTY, EXTENDED CHECK OUT TILL 1PM AND VERY GOOD SWEET ASSOCIATES WHO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST ME.

The hotel is beautiful and every single member of the staff that we encountered was amazing, professional, and helpful. As a light sleeper/insomniac, I begged for a room as far from the elevator, ice machine and supply closet as possible and got exactly what I asked for. I chuckled when the train started wailing early in the morning, as I was told at […] check in that we were high and facing away from the track and would not hear the trains. It was like the scene in the movie "My Cousin Vinny." It wasn't an ongoing issue and was even entertaining. The bed was uncomfortable, but I do have a lower back issue and it may not be problematic for normal backs. The lack of a ventilation fan in the bathroom (which probably explains the peeling wallpaper) was a minor problem. We used the blow dryer a lot to defog the mirror. On the very positive side, the location was spectacular. We enjoyed walks up the coastline to have fun at tourist attractions and shops, and appreciated the brief walk into the historic Gaslight district for amazing restaurant experiences every night. This is great hotel! I had my two children with me and they loved it. Room service had a kids menu and all of the staff were very friendly to my family. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice location but two big issues. A group of guests loudly entered their room around 3am. They were shouting and slamming doors and being so loud, they woke my daughters and me. We called the front desk and while we were told security would come, they did not. My daughter had to bang on the door and tell them to shut up. I would rate everything about my stay at Manchester as a 5 stars except that the windows need to be washed more often as it does obstruct the amazing view it is facing.

was a great location. great spa and pool. rooms fine.

I recently stayed in San Diego over Easter weekend and this hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. The pictures on line do not match the reality of the hotels appearance!! Outdated. My room was dusty and not properly cleaned!

we have stayed there three years in a row and the services has declined in the last year. Maid service was not as good as before and overall service just seemed to decline.

We were downtown San Diego for two nights...we live in La Jolla and thought it would be fun to stay and explore downtown and the Gaslamp district as well as catch the Padres season opener...it was great fun and the Grand Hyatt was a true 5 star accommodation. Nice hotel. Biggest down fall is the 26$ parking fee. That is such a rip off. Loved the hotel though.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel... Couldn't ask for better service.

Very nice hotel right on the bay and walking distance to the gas lamp district. Beautiful pool area and nice meeting rooms. Everything was great - no complaints. I was even surprised with free wireless by signing up for Hyatt rewards.

I made a one night reservation at the last minute - and checked in with my kids. We had a lovely room on the corner with huge windows and wonderful view. The bed was soft and luxurious. The concierge was great - helped me find a late night open restaurant that would have both good microbrew beer and good kid oriented food.. so just what I needed.

Overall good hotel, good location. But the rooms need some minor maintenance.

I wanted a day and night of comfort, room service, and pampering. The Manchester Grand Hyatt went above and beyond excellent service

Wonderful hotel. Employees top notch and friendly. Arrived on a weekday as my weekend away from work falls during the week. A few conventions taking place. Suits and ties everywhere. Not too much of a bother, we just felt under dressed. Corner room had a fantastic view of the ocean and the Pacific Fleet. Unable to receive Wifi from the room but Cellphone […] 3g speeds were good. Nice big screen TV with all the channels. Wife forgot her swimsuit and workout cloths. Gym was top notch and pool / jacuzzi area was clean and not very crowded with a Roman them. Very nice. Fire pit near the pool area was cozy. Pool layout between the hotel towers was impressive architecture. About 10 yards west of the hotel (to the rear) is Pacific Village. A quaint shopping center crafted by Disney architects, I believe. Or that is what the tour guild said. Great fast food Italian spot near the shops. It was the busiest restaurant so we stopped for the Lasagna. Quite delicious and big portions. A early morning jog on the boardwalk before breakfast and checkout was a perfect end to the stay. Recommend getting upgraded room with a view. Best views of bay and downtown San Diego.

Close to the water and Seaport Village. Also 10 minute walking distance from downtown San Diego. Nice and quiet neighborhood overall. Beautiful view of the coastline. A great location to go to other places such as Coronado Island or the Zoo. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent facilities like the pools and jacuzzi and tennis/basketball courts.
