Staff was very helpful and friendly! Free continental breakfast was convenient and had something for everyone. We were very pleased with our stay there.

the overall up keep of hotel need to be update- carpet worn but clean.

Hotel front desk and manager was told of childern running up and down the hall ways, banging doors and being very loud. Noise continued until about 11:30 pm.The soundproofing is non existent in that building.

Room was clean but the hallways and common areas were atrociously dirty. The walls are thin and the floors are thin. You can hear anyone in the hallway regardless of how far away from your room they are. Would recommend for overnight stay but wouldn't make it my hotel for any extended period of time.

We were just looking for a hotel to stop for the night. We got a really filthy hotel. The floors were stained with who knows what. The pool water was green. In the photos of the hotel there is a hot tub, but there is not. The front desk during check in was not so pleasant, and my key worked only about 1/2 the time. The breakfast was good, and the morning desk people were much nicer. OK hotel for purposes of staying over night somewhere.

The staff was friendy the indoor pool was well maintained and heated to the perfect temp. The room housekeeping staff isn' the best but the front desk staff more then makes up for it. Great WiFi reception.

The hotel is amazingly located. A short drive to several of the local caves. The temperature in the pool was great, (a hot tub would be nice) but everyone had a blast swimming. Comfortable and clean. As good a place as we have ever stayed for the money. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff! Everyone there are very nice. Thats why I continue to stay there when I'm in town. :)

The pool was clean, the from desk area was clean but our room had a horrible musty smell, and just looked old. the bathroom was small closet size at best. Would not stay there again.

Nice hotel; didn't care for how strong the chlorine was in the pool, and needed more towels at the pool.

A fine place to lay your head for one night. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Reservations were easy and check in was fast. Not a 5 star place, but decent and acceptable. I would stay there again if I was passing thru town.

decent for a quick over night...nothing special. No complaints.

No real problems. The second day there I had to go to the desk and complain about someone's barking dog they left in the room. Although it was the daytime, I didn't want to try to sleep through the night with the rudeness of someone's not wanting to take care of their pet. Problem was taken care of. The hotel was reasonably priced and was close to where I needed to be the next morning. The breakfast was just that of continental but it had an indoor pool and cookies in the lobby which I walked past number of times and didn't realize to morning. The were accomodating as well.

This hotel is located in a smaller community, so there is little noise and it is near neccessities (food, gas, store.) Room was clean, plenty of towels. get what you pay for. no big beds. small breakfest. safe and not to dirty. nice pool. wi fi in lobby only.

We chose this motel due to price and proximity to Mammoth Caves. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited but good. The only problems were a broken ice machine on the 2nd floor and weak wi-fi (which was probably due to our end location.) Overall it was a good place to stay and met our needs just fine. I'd recommend it highly.

Room was old and small. Bathroom to small. Found a roach on bed clothes when leaving next day.

No soap, shampoo, etc. was provided in room and when we went to the front desk to get some, they told us they had no soap. So we found shampoo in our luggage, and washed with that. Also, the remote would not work on the tv, and we asked for new batteries but that didn't help either. It was a pain to constantly get up to change the channel.

I liked the price. Beds need updated. Maid came in to do a cleanup while we were out and apparently smoked out on deck and left the butt. The hottub was not working and after walking from sun up to sun down wanted to relax. Pool was shut down and drained on last full day we were there very annoying for the kids.

Hotel clerks were not very friendly nor were they very helpful. When we were checking out of the hotel, the desk clerk wasn't very friendly, nor was she helpful in answering my questions. This hotel wasn't great nor was it horrible. The room and hotel were clean and in good condition. Pool was small and the hotel was not conveniently located. I took my son to the Mammoth caves and the hotel was farther and more difficult to find than I would have liked after driving six hours.

The room was very small and the floor needed vacuuming.
