他の大都市にあるHYATTのイメージでは全くありませんが、比較的こじんまりした落ち着いたホテルです。そうそう正面玄関は実にホテルらしくないです。フロントスタッフの対応も早くチェックインにも時間はかかりません。ボストンといえども大都市なので部屋は狭いと思ったのですが、比較的広く快適。バスタブも比較的深い。ちょっとびっくりはアメニティーに歯磨き粉だけがあったこと。ボストンは比較的小さな街で徒歩で結構動けるので、どのホテルも不自由さはないかもしれませんが、このホテルは地下鉄駅から５分ぐらい、サウスステーション（アムトラック・バス）にも１０分と非常にアクセスが良いです。コンビニは５分～１０分ぐらいのところに７－１１がありました。

ハーバード大学に行くときはいつもこのホテルを使いますが、清潔感もありアメニティも良く。特に不満はありません。

治安が良く、観光地や公官庁もとても近く、地下鉄の駅にも近いなど、利便性も高かったです。軽食がとれるバー？のようなところがあるのもよかったです。それと、食堂、フロント、ベルボーイなど、みなさん非常にフレンドリーでやさしいです。知っている単語を並べていけば、わかるまで根気よくきいてくださるので、あまり英語はしゃべれませんが、滞在中、不自由に感じることはありませんでした。日本人の感覚なのか、部屋で仕事をしていた身としては。もう少し部屋が明るければなぁと思ってしまいましたが、とてもよいホテルでおすすめです。

家族旅行で1泊しました、宿泊予算を低めに設定していたため、あまり期待はしていませんでしたが、なかなかのホテルでした。ロビーはきれいで、朝食をとるスペースもかなりありました。部屋もかなり広く、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫などそろっていました。近くにお店があったので、食料を買ったり、食事をしたりできます。朝食もおいしくいただきました。ボストンへの旅行で利用したのですが、ボストン市内まで40分（渋滞でしたが）で行けました。

Room was outdated and gross. Mold on the bed skirt. The hallways to the rooms were dark with exposed piping in the ceiling --- didn't feel like a hotel at all. "This Holiday Inn was outstanding"

I had a wedding to get ready for and had planned to check in, get changed and leave the hotel by 6:45.
