トリプルで予約したが、支払い済みの金額に、エキストラベッドを別途、チャージされた。キングサイズ ベッド一個の二人用の部屋で、トリプルの予約を受けるべきではない。詰め込みである。他の人に勧めるかとの設問は、二人用以下ならとの条件付きでイエスである。

このホテルを選んだ理由の一つは、コンチネンタル・ブレックファーストのようなものが無料で用意されていることでしたが、コーヒー、紅茶、ミルクとクロワッサン、菓子パンが提供されているだけでした。これで満足できない人はやはり不満をもつでしょう。その他の点では、全く問題なく、おすすめのホテルです。

初めてこのホテルに泊まったのですが、タイムズスクエアには徒歩で簡単に行けるし、地下鉄へのアクセスもしやすく、立地的にはすごく動きやすいところにあります。 宿泊客は欧米の方が中心で、スタッフの方はみなさんすごく親切で快適に滞在出来ました＾＾ 朝食付きのプランではありませんでしたが、滞在中は1階のラウンジでコーヒーや紅茶、マフィンやスコーンが無料で食べられます。 頼めばカプチーノやラテも作ってもらえるし、テイクアウト用のカップもあります＾＾ また私事にはなりますが、滞在期間のうち一日をワシントンで過ごしたので前後で部屋のグレードが違ったのですが、Hotels.comの備考欄にその旨を伝えると、滞在期間が長い方をいいグレードの部屋にしてくださいました。 また、一泊にはいらない大きい荷物（スーツケ […] ース）も快く預かってもらえます。 次回またNYCに泊まるならこのホテルを選びます＾＾ もっと読む

　オールスイートとなっていたのですが、一部屋にリビングとベットルームがありちょっとがっかりでしたが価格と比較すると充分満足できました。 子供２人大人２人で一部屋を利用しましたが充分な大きさだと思います。なによりタイムズスクエアに近く、夜遅くブロードウェイに行っても明るい道だけで帰れるのが一番でした。 朝食はコーヒーとパンの簡単な物でした。

ホテルの位置は、ブロードウェイに近く、また、地下鉄駅も近くに数本ありとても便利です。食べるところやデリもたくさんあり、困ることはないです。ホテルも清潔で心地よく過ごせました。若干の問題としては、25度以上に設定できず、クーラーが効きすぎて寒かったことと、コンセントの具合がよくなかった。見てもらうと、小さなスイッチがあり、これが原因とその時はわかったが、その後も通電したり、しなかったりで、コンセントのところをガチャガチャと動かさないと通電しないなど、一部接触不良かなと思う場面があった。従業員の方々はとても親切で、不慣れな英語でしゃべっているにもかかわらず、対応していただいた。華美な感じはあまりなかったが、清潔で美しいホテルだと思う。部屋の大きさも十分あった。大きすぎるホテルはちょっと苦手、とい […] う方にはいいと思う。宿泊客は白人系の人がほとんどでした。 もっと読む

This hotel was great - the room was oversized and comfortable, the bed was great, the people at the front desk were warm and helpful, the location was perfect. My overall experience at the hotel was really fantastic and added to the enjoyment of my weekend in NYC.

The hotel staff was superb as were the rooms. An overall exceptional experience!!!

When we first went into our room, the first thing I noticed was the damp smell, then I saw the brick wall straight outside the window, making the room feel claustrophobic, it felt as though it was in a basement.. My husband and I stayed one night in this hotel. The service was excellent, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. We highly recommend the Michaelangelo for a romantic weekend in the city.

One ha only to step inside this wonderful hotel to feel the quiet elegance it maintains from morning to night. The staff is friendly and helpful and always says a friendly "hello" when you pass. This hotel is a treasure that I will share with those who really place a premium on such an environment.

This is a great hotel, the rooms are very big, especially for New York. The location is great and the staff is excellent.

This was my first stay. The lobby was a bit dated looking, but the room was great. There is no coffee in the room, but room service came in 10 minutes. The continental breakfast was huge and tasty. The bar was quite nice, with excellent service. Hotel location is perfect for theater.

While the hotel was very nice, I was not overly impressed. I would likely try something different in the future, just to get a comparison (it was my first time in NY). Con(s): (1) While most of the staff members were very nice, a few were rude. My first talk (on the phone) with a member of the hotel staff was very disappointing (I found him to be […] very rude and unhelpful). (2) I noticed a number of other reviewers praised the size of the bathtub. Unfortunately for us, there was hair in the bathtub when we arrived -- which left us feeling uneasy about using anything other than the shower. (3) Price tags on various items in the room created a somewhat unwelcoming feel. I understand placing price tags on the mini-bar, but placing a price tag on the robes in the bathroom was a little excessive. (4) Not a very good view. Pro(s): (1) Big room (2) Little street noise for us (we were on one of the higher floors). Again, I'm not saying our stay was horrible -- just not remarkable for the amount we spent. Located a block from Rockefeller center, easy access to subway lines. Boutique feel to the hotel, everything was perfect: clean, well decorated rooms, pleasant and helpful service and great meal in the lobby restaurant. Highly recommend it!

the Michelanglo is a greathotel - it is very comfortable and quite yet right in the middle of NYC. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a superb luxury boutique hotel on 51St. The location is great, just round the corner and it's within walking distance to Times Square, the Subway stations and some of the theatres. I stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights before moving to Michelangelo and I much prefer Michelangelo. Very close to theaters, times square and not too far from central park. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was comfortable and large with a large bathroom and tub. Super comfy bed. Best thing was that you are close to all the action but the hotel itself and room was beautiful, quiet and cozy. Only complaint is that plumbing could be quite loud […] at times. I booked this hotel based on the reviews on Hotel.com and I have to agree that it is a great find. I've stayed at many hotels in NYC, including the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton and I have to say that the quality of the room was comparable (other than the bathroom). What a "find"! The ambience, and cordial service, as well as the refined decor makes for a perfect overnight stay in NYC!

We had another lovely stay at the Michelangelo. Our room was spacious, the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for the theatre , fine dining, and interesting shopping. This is definitely our favorite place to stay.

My husband and I visit NYC at least a couple of times a year to see a show, have a nice dinner and an overnight stay. Recently, we stayed at the Michaelangelo Hotel. It was wonderful. This is the second time I've stayed and both times it has been great. You can not beat the location.....turn right to Rock Center and left for Times Square!

The room was decorated in opulent bordello style, offered no sky view (just an air shaft) and, worst of all, was incredibly hot and stuffy. There seemed to be no way to cool it down or introduce clean, fresh air. Love the Michaelangelo - always stay there when in NYC. Really miss the continental breakfast in the lobby. Basement accomodations more like a dungeon-definitely a downgrade in service. Otherwise still a great hotel in perfect neighborhood

The staff are very willing to help with all requests and treat you fabulously. This was our second stay and is a perfect place to stay for theater and MOMA.
