フォックスシアターが斜め向かいにあり、地下鉄の駅も歩いて５分、ダウンタウンは地下鉄で２駅と利便性にすぐれています。他のレビューにもありましたが、部屋に冷蔵庫がないので、快適さは４ポイントにしましたが、居心地は抜群に良いです。 １階のレストランがなかなか秀逸。和や中近東の要素を取り入れたアメリカンフュージョンを楽しめる、穴場的なお店でした。お値段もそれなりにしますが、店員さんたちはカジュアルで、肩肘張らずに、おいしい食事を楽しむことができました。

The room suite was fabulous with a beautifully appointed living area and separate kitchen. The staff was very helpful, friendly and eager. One BIG PLUS...you can park your own car, going in and out, very conveniently without using valet.

Classic hotel, great location, excellent restaurant and staff. We were updraded to a 2 bedroom suite; however, the bed mattress was old and sagging in the center of the bed. For the price a 4 out of 5.

There was a wedding going on during my stay and a couple of prom night parties. The hotel staff was completely overwhelmed. All calls to concierge kept going to voice mail and only one elevator was working! We ordered breakfast one morning and had to call an hour and a half later inquiring about it. Disappointing stay to say the least.

For the past few years, I've gone to Atlanta for a visit to my favorite city in the US, and this is perfectly located in midtown. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are really great. Trust me, pay a little more and make your Atlanta stay better at the Georgian Terrace.

Very pleased with our stay. The hotel was beautiful, and the beds were luxurious - the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. I was sad to have to get up to leave the comfort of the bed the next morning. I would stay here again.

The only problem we had on our stay was the elevators were out so we had to use the service elevator. Other than that the hotel was wonderful. We stayed there for the UofL championship games and the hotel was really nice, especially because it was on the street right where everything was going on. Nice location...

Made the reservation in the afternoon. Went to the Braves game and then to the hotel. I couldn't get into the parking area. There was something going on and waited to park for 30 minutes in the middle of the road. Decided to drive the 3 hours home rather than wait any longer.

We stayed at the Georgian Terrace prior to attending a play at the Fox Theater which is right across the street. Great hotel, very clean, enjoyed the stay. Amenities are excellent and the Livingston Restaurant is the place to eat!

We rented one of their one bedroom suites and found a clean large suite. The staff was very accommodating and prompt. We will stay again the next time we are in Atlanta. We felt the accommodations were well worth the price.

The hotel was represented as an updated classic and it is anything but. I talked with staffs at the front desk regarding their mistakes (double-charging my parking fare). But the staffs were really unprofessional, even including the manager. The manager corrected the parking fare and he told me "OK?". And I asked him back "How do you think?" Actually, the amount of money was still incorrect. He was just rolling his eyes […] not trying to find what's wrong - I just saw a previous review in the below (manager rolling his eyes), which is really a good presentation (If you talked with him, you would feel this presentation). The mis-calculation of parking fare happend three times! I had to explain the same three times!. But the manager never smiled or never tried to make the guests feel comfortable. At the final mis-calculation, I heard him say "Sorry"(in a very dry tone), which was the first and the last during my stay. Due to many business travelling, I stays in hotels more than a month for a year. This hotel was the worst hotel in my lifetime in terms of staffs at the front desk!!! Especially, the manager at the front desk was really unprofessional and rude! I am not so picky. Actually, I saw lots of guests angry with the staffs at the front desk during my stay. Very beautiful, comfortable and prestigious hotel!! Location is nice as it is near a subway station and in front of FOX theatre. Also, staffs are so kind. Totally, great!! If required to say negative info, there are the following three points; (i) a few reasonable restaurants nearby, (ii) no frige in my room, and (iii) no shops in hotel.

The Georgian Terrace Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotel in downtown Atlanta. This was my first stay but I can said it was a pleasant stay, the staff, the comfort of the room, dinning area and the complete facility is awesome. This Hotel is across from the fox theathre and walking distance to many restaurant. My next stay will be must longer.

I have stayed here before and return because of the location and room rates. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are helpful and pleasant. This trip I did not get the room type that I reserved. The hotel said it was an upgrade, but instead of a one bedroom suite I had what seemed a standard room although very large.

This hotel was recommended by friends. Upon arrival the bell man who brought our luggage to the room was throwing the bags around and ripped the handle off of my Louis Vuitton carry on bag. He pointed it out and told me Louis Vuitton would I'm it for free. He didn't apologize or offer to have it fixed. We call down to room service and they say we are out of the wine you ordered so that's why it didn't come. They never called to offer us a different wine or let us know it wasn't coming.
