Everything I would have ever needed in a hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. All facilities clean and operable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone on the road

Really enjoyed our stay. The front desk clerk, Adrienne, was so nice. Spacious rooms -- I'd definitely stay again.

My stay was very comfortable despite waiting at the front desk 15 mins waiting for the clerk to come so i can check in..

The price is good and hotel building is new. However, room maintenance was not good. A bug creeked onto my neck while sleeping.

Check in was flawless, the room was very clean and comfortable. Everything that would be needed to operate out of a hotel room as base of operations was provided. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only suggestion would have been to add some juice to the morning breakfast bar. My experience with this hotel was horrible from the beginning. I needed to change the number of people staying in the room from 4 to 3. After calling multiple times and being told to leave my number for the manager Nicole, who never called me back, even while her voicemail stated "customer service was of her uttermost importance", the experience was […] no better once I got there. My smoking-free floor wreaked of smoke from the trash room where employees took their breaks, plus no one manned the front desk after 11pm. This hotel was actually more that what I expected. With the new renovations it was well worth the money that was paid.

Hotel room was very spacious. Full kitchen and living room area made it convenient to dine in and cook in order to save money. Room came equiped with flat screen tv and dvd player. For the conference we were attending, WiFi was one reason we chose the hotel. They did not have that service available included in the room price. They had changed their policy and we had to pay per day for internet. Everything else what fine.

This hotel was pretty good, nice room and all. The only thing is that if you want fresh towels or anything like that, you have to ask for them - not done daily.
