Decent motel for the price. several eating places within walking distance.

Great place! Quite impressed, especially for the price. Looking forward to staying there again on my next trip south. My room was ready, clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. I slept like a baby. Stay here, you won't be disappointed. One block off interstate 86.

Really happy with the modest room and its cleanliness. The price can't be beat. It is located close to the highway and various breakfast places. It was convenient even though it doesn't offer breakfast.

We were traveling to Atlanta for a conference on a shoestring budget (we're nonprofit!) and found this to be an amazing deal. My coworkers were a little skeptical when they found how little we paid but it was very clean, comfortable, and the staff very helpful, attentive and friendly. Bathrooms sparkled, room pleasantly aired and clean, wireless internet […] worked easily, microwave, fridge etc.. If you are used to luxury hotels, go pay the price and stay in one, but otherwise if you are counting your pennies, this beat several more expensive chains we have stayed in over the years. The room was in a great location for an excellent price. Staff very friendly. Having the microwave and fridge in the room were a perk!

I've seen the ratings on the hotel for some time since I travel to Norcross every month but haven't stayed here until now. It's a bit longer drive to my work than my usual hotel but worth it. The rooms are clean, good TV with large channel selection.

My girlfriend found this room && i loved it! The price of the room was AWESOME for my pocket and overall i was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room! I will be back to this wonderful place again when i do decide to visit! By the way the people at the front desk was WONDERFUL so that made my stay pleasant :>)

I was moderately impressed with the accommodations provided by GuestHouse Atlanta Norcross....especially for the rate. Initially, I thought the rate was too good to be true and concluded that the area had to be extremely bad. We gave it a good review in the Fall and took our own advice and returned. It's still as good although it would be even better with a decent breakfast! Seriously, even a supplement would be acceptable as we don't really want to be bothered searching the area for a meal having just rolled out of bed!

I love to stay there when I am in GA.

You had to "know the trick" to get room card keys to work. Major road resurfacing was about to begin across the street and the hotel management had no idea. I also went late into the night. They did gets us into a second sets of rooms but one smelled like the fist set. Smokey smell I think but no being a smoker not sure if that was it. Once that door […] stopped working they moved us to a third room that smelled alot better. We checked out early losing one night we had already paid for. Pool was not open even though we specified one when we booked. Hotels.com should know when pools are open. Manager said it would be at least another month. Allthough the staff were friendly the hotel did not quite live up to our expectations. The pool was out of order and we werent even allowed to sit by it. The computers in the lobby are vintage and the screen froze while we used it. Whe we tried to print something the ink was empty. We did however get our money back for this. You can not beat the price for this hotel and it is very clean and a very nice staff.

If you are on a budget, this is it, nothing more or less...

We stayed here on a long weekend trip to Atlanta. The hotel was very affordable and the staff was so nice. The rooms were small but extremely clean and comfy. One of the few places ive stayed where it smells clean when u walk in and the bathroom smells like bleach. For the price this place is great. The hotel is a little older, but it is kept clean. The surrounding area is nice, but if you need to travel around rush hour then stay somewhere else. I didn't need to travel around rush hour so it was no traffic problems. I loved the fridge and microwave. It was great for me and my daughter.

Only spent one night but felt good about it, will return again.

Stayed Friday & Saturday night at Guest House for purpose of going to GA Aquarium on Saturday. Quick trip (less than 30 min.) into downtown Atlanta. Room was very clean. Husband thew a wash cloth over the shower pipe then said oh no thinking it would come down filthy as is often the case. Not so, even the top of the shower pipe was clean. Beds are just […] doubles, not queens, which we knew going in. Staff was very friendly, however, if they recommend the buffet across the street, I'd skip it. Wish we had. Provided coffee and small bagged pastry as a morning starter. Rooms have fridge, microwave, coffee maker, & hair dryer provided. Got thier late late. The wouldnt work for first room after two trys of trying to reset it the lady at front desk give us another room which was probaly better than the first room we would have had. Room was cleaner than most hotels ive stayed at , and front desk was very nice and always asked did i need anything. Would reccomend to anyone.

I was meeting a friend coming from south Carolina. The hotel was very close to the interstate. The room was clean and acceptable especially for the price. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Will stay again next trip.

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!!!

I really thought from the reviews that this hotel was really going to impress but to me it was not that great. The decor looks like it hasn't been updated since the seventies. Two of the lamps in our room didn't even work. It reminded me of some hotel a highschool band would rent. There was nothing about our stay that I was impressed with.

I had a long stay and it was definitely the best choice hotel for the price. I would recommend it to anyone staying on a tight budget, better than other 3 star hotels.

This hotel remains my number one in this area. It's nice, clean and ideally located. The people respond to your queries or needs in one blink of an eye.

The hotel was absolutely great! The location was not far from the interstate and we were surrounded by restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and we had no disturbances.

The room needed updated but otherwise it was clean and comfortable ... The only problem that I had was that a group of people came in early morning hours and were very loud and that lasted about 1 hour. I would stay there again easy location and there were plenty of resturants around to eat.

Quiet, clean place. Friendly front desk service.
