Hotelは快適で清潔、部屋もきれいでした。ただ、Cherokee自体はすごく小さな町で夕食を食べるレストランが少なく苦労しました。DQ, KFC, Wendy's とBuffet typeのレストランが2~3件ある程度です。

部屋は、設備やﾃｰﾌﾞﾙ、クローゼットなど全てが綺麗で、清潔に保たれていました。バスルームも掃除が行き届いていました。朝食は、生フルーツ・ヨーグルト類がなかったのが残念でしたが、おいしかったです。スタッフの人はとても親切でした。このクラスのホテルとしては、十分満足できる滞在でした。ただ一つ気になったのが、室内プールの水があまり綺麗でなかったことです。立地も良く、周りにレストランやお店があって、とても便利でした。ｸﾞﾚｰﾄｽﾓｰｷｰﾏｳﾝﾃﾝにも近かったです。

Hotel was great. One of the best free breakfasts of any hotel I have stayed. Rooms were clean. Great location. Was within walking distance of downtown attractions and at the entrance to the Smoky Mountains park. Cleaning staff left hotel towels in the shape of animals for our children which were a big hit. "Great hotel with one minor problem"
This is a very nice hotel. Perfect location close to the park yet walking distance to most attractions in Gatlinburg. Most of the employees were nice and professional. The hot breakfast was great but one of the servers was a little grumpy speaking to the guests in a negative tone. I know the servers were passing on the hotel policy of once through the […] food line and limiting us to 2 sausages when asked for 3, a little ridiculous, but it was the manner in which he did so. As a retired Customer Service Rep I can see the need of a little more training for these people. Customers can really be difficult at times but an employee must treat each one with respect and recognize the customer is actually paying their wages.
