The REZ restuarant near by was GREAT! Parking for the hotel was not convenient. Hotel staff was very good!

Try your best not to stay in the West tower, one of the elevators is being renovated and it gives the whole building a run-down feel. I was also surprised to see that the room I got was not the room I had booked online. I booked the King with a pullout bed, but when I got to my room it was just a king. This hotel is wonderful...the service, the cleanliness, pool area, landscaping, etc. I have stayed here on a couple occassions and both times it was great! nice and friendly staff, healthy breakfast choices, free newspaper

Despite asking and reserving a non-smoking room, I was given a room on the 7th floor which reeked of smoke! Luckily they quickly corrected that problem but neither room had air conditioining. Umm this is Arizona and it was 90 degrees outside. The housekeeping woman who helped me (and was super nice) told me the air conditioning wasn't "hooked up yet." […] whatever that means. So she offered me a fan which worked for me. One of only two elevators was out of service for my entire stay. The gym is not actually part of the hilton but a neighboring small health club which was not bad. Free parking across the street and front staff was generally nice. the beds had a giant sink hole in the middle.we would just roll into the middle... we had no sleep for two nights. we asked for a different room and they tolds us they were full up.

We were in town for one nitght for a birthday party, the hotel had no propblem allowing us a late check in. The staff was very helpful and courtious. The room was very well maintained and clean.

Nice, spacey room. Excellent fitness room, Friendly staff.

The hotel was very pretty inside and they have this neat feature that lets you adjust your bed from firm to soft which helps a lot. There is not a lot of places around the hotel to eat and breakfast is not provided but you can buy it there. The area around the hotel is a little scary. great location, the only issue was the bed wasn't comfortable. Not sure if they just need to update mattresses.

Highly recommend this hotel. The price was great. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The restroom was clean and large. I believe I found a diamond in the rough with this hotel. I would stay here again and recommend others to visit this hotel.

I enjoyed 3 days at the Hilton Gardens Inn for biz and rejuvenation and both were successfully acquired. Thank you to the front desk staff for being kind but attentative to surroundings. Ms. McGuire

I had been on a cross country marathon in the car and I was really tired. Had a little trouble finding it, but called and the front desk guided me back to the hotel. The only down part was the shutter on the window in my room would not stay closed. Luckily I moved a chair in front and it was fine. Great hotel and staff.

The Hilton is a little dated and " Watch out for that elevator" the door slams closed towards the end and it's a rough stop! But, we had a great time none the less. The staff was friendly and accomodating, we got shuttled to and from the Lakers/Suns game which was great because it gave us a chance to enjoy downtown PHX and have a few drinks.There is […] also a very good mexican restaurant across the street from the hotel. もっと読む

Should of stayed at motel six, poor shower water presure, no room service.

This hotel is well located with many restaurant choices with in walking/short driving distance. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. No bell staff and no covered parking. Was perfect for my quick business visit to Phoenix.

Great price with advance reservation, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel itself is in great condition and the staff was very friendly. I will stay here again, hopefully at the same rate I got on this trip.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the outdoor pool area. The hotel location was fine for our purposes, but would not be conducive to pedestrian tourism; the hotel is near the light rail system, and does offer a shuttle anywhere in a 5 mile radius (Try "America's Taco Shop" for lunch, if you […] can - it's a drive, but well worth it!) I stayed over Thanksgiving 2011 while visiting family nearby. Other than the hair clog in the drain causing the bathtub to drain slowly, the place was near perfect. I saw that there were guests in the next room once, but NEVER heard them!! The staff were all competent and friendly, willing to go out of their way to assist. Loved the rates the pool is awesome, the kids loved it!!

I was less than impressed with the hotel. They didn't even have anyone to help with my luggage and trying to navigate the large cart in a too small elevator was really hard.

Accomidations service and staff were excelent... The parking was a little inconveniant. Breakfast was good... internet access was better than most... Overall a good rating....

Pros: Big room. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed. Room is in great condition. Close enough to downtown to make the trip easily. Public transport makes this an easy trip. Go a few blocks north to Lux and have an amazing cup of coffee. Cons: Long walk to elevators to rooms - in the heat of Phoenix this grows wearisome. Outside parking, around the corner […] from check-in. Again heat!! Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Neither of these were terrible. Booked room with hotel .com. Paid a little extra for a refundable rate which was supposed to have breakfast included. Called Hotels.com to let them know that 2 people would be staying. I'd made a mistake and only booked for 1. Customer service called and made the changes. She then argued with me about the rate not being refundable and said I'd have […] to pay an additional $5 for the room to come with 2 breakfasts. I paid, got charged for it and then when we were checking out the person at the front desk told me that breakfast was not included with our stay. I wont be booking with hotels.com again!. もっと読む

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable..The front desk was awsome. The gentleman working was very courtious and helpful. He went way out of his way to help us find our destination..Went as far as printing a map to help us find our destination..I would dtay here again ..

The gentlemen at front desk were extrmely helpful and had great customer service. I was moving from CA to IL and my car was full of all my belongings. I explained this upon checkin in and the man explained that the parking lots were safe, however if I wanted to park right in front of the hotel (check in area) he would make sure that it was watched throughout […] the night!
