It is an okay hotel. It does need a little updated. The problems are the costs. Although the price via this site was nice, you could get more from your money at another hotel. We had left Biloxi, Miss earlier that day.We made a last minute decision to visit the Gerogia Acquarium, thus we decided to try to book a room through your site. We found the hotel with limited trouble. When we checked in we were given a room with no problem. The hotel was very crowed that night with 3 buses of kids. When we got to our room with all […] our luggage we found the room that they gave us was occupied (5th floor) when I used the hallway phone the wormen at the front desk asked us to come back down. dragging our luggage to only be given a new room on the same floor (5th) 2 doors down from our first room. The hotel was nice. Staff was not friendly at all. Easter Sunday AM the alarm went off and we were not notified when to return to the hotel. We stood outside for about 30 minutes. One of our group went in the determine what was wrong/ We were told by the clerk that it was a false alarm and No One told us, rediculous.

My room was a non-smoking room, but you would never know it because it smelled aweful. When I stay at a Hilton hotel, I expect the very best and this particular hotel fell short. It's an old hotel that they've tried to keep current. Not impressed and I do not recommend.

We stayed here three nights. Three adults and two kids in a family suite. Plenty of room. It is very quiet and you can walk to several restuarants, a grocery and a drug store. The only drawback is that instead of the coffee service available in the lobby (which was excellent.) there is now a koisk for starbuck. We had a fantastic time at our stay on this hotel. It was close to every where from shopping centers to entertainment such as movies and museums etc.. Will definitely recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!

This was our first time staying at this property and we would stay again. Check in was quick and easy as was check out. Our room was quiet and comfortable. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Having stayed at other Hilton chains before, I expected the same friendly service, however I received the exact opposite. The lady who checked me in was extremely rude. Not friendly at all. When I asked her if there was any good restaurants in the area she never said a word to me just handed me a piece […] of paper with a list of restaurants on it & went back to doing what she was going. As far as my room, my air would not work and my neighbors were very loud both nights until well after midnight. Under different circumstances this would not have bothered me but since I was traveling on business & had to be up early it was an issue. Just a little noisy

I enjoy staying at Hilton Hotels overall. The only downside at this particular Hilton was the furniture which was outdated and uncomfortable. In addition, the room had a rather old and moldy smell.However, a can of air freshener helped! That aside, the suite layout was nice. The hotel staff were nice and friendly.

My wife and I were in awe when we entered our room. I told her this is the best hotel I have stayed at since the Beverly Wilshire in LA. I booked through Hotels.com and got a severe discount. I had a king suite and loved it! My children thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. I had my room for privacy and the children had the living area. The room was well kept, cozy, and very comfortable. The kids would've been happy staying in the room our whole trip. The pool and hot tub were their favorite parts.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. When left fir the day the room was clean when we came back.

Friendly staff, clean room, free parking. Great place if you don't have to be downtown.

The real problem I had was with hotels.com. They told me my wifi was free, but that was only in the receiving area of the hotel. I had to pay $10 a night for the wifi service. The 1st room had a flood, I woke up to a wet floor in the sink area and on my side of the bed. It soaked through my shoes. Wet, nasty carpet is not what I want to enjoy. They […] did offer a night free and took off 1 night of wifi service. They also gave me a coupon for free breakfast. The food was great. I needed a mental getaway and overall, thats what I got. I would just say make sure there are no leaks, you offer free wifi in the rooms, and dust some more! Also, clean the carpet. We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and it was a great choice. The jacuzzi suite was well laid out, clean and a perfect way to relax after seeing the sights of Atlanta. We would loved to go back for another visit soon.

Great location for shopping and Buckhead business. Mattress uncomfortable. Sitting room furniture uncomfortable. Not one comfortable chair for lounging/watching TV. Bathroom well laid out and roomy. USA Today delivered to door everyday.

Our trip was for our 10th anniversary. We arrived at midnight tired from the drive. As we entered, we realized the hotel was renovating. This was not mentioned upon booking. We found the front desk and a young man helped us check in. Barely spoke two words but did his job. Went to the elevator and had to stick my hand through a temp wall to push the […] button. After the lobby, everything was smooth. The hotel was clean, room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the towel rack was pulled away from the wall. We have stayed at this same hotel for 6 years straight now and this past weekend the lobby was being renovated which was somewhat of an inconvenience but I would complain if it was outdated so we deal with it. Motor went out on the heater in the hall outside of our room at 3:30 in the morning waking us up but that is not the hotels fault either. The […] staff was very friendly as usual but what did tick me off was breakfast. We ate downstairs for convenience on our last day and to sum it up the food was horrible. French toast that HAD to be cut with a knife because it was so tough. Eggs were cold, and the grits were one step shy of cement. Then I get the bill and the breakfast buffet was $15.95 per person. I was very disappointed with the room they gave us a handicap accessible room and it was terrible no closet space an the shower pressure was terrible. They gave us another room an it was great. They had renovations going on and only one door to go in and not enough parking spaces

Just spent one night at the Hilton before catching a plane back to AZ. It was a little far from the airport, but it was a great room and close to an awesome variety of dining choices. Staff was kind and helpful. Everything met my standards and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Did not tell us they were under construction. Bed was not comfortable. No chair on porch. They know four were staying and only three towels. Breakfast was cold on last day, they serve til 10am and at 10 til 10 everything was cold. I think they should have informed us they were under construction, would have looked to stay somewhere else.

The HIlton staff is the best... from the front desk to the Chef . I enjoyed my room , my roomservice and the upbeat atmosphere. You rock Hilton Atlanta.

My recent stay was not as pleasent as it could have been due to the unwillingness of the desk clerks desire to keep me as a client of Hilton. I had wanted to stay in my room for another day and was told I could not ....the room was availible but the price was going to change drastically....almost double for a second day because I had received the offer […] online. So I had to pack up and moved to another hotel that only cost me a few dollars more. The hotel could have been more updated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was adequate. My fiance and I had no problems checking in and used quick check out on our depature. We stayed at the hotel fort two days and the bed was made but no clean towels were left. I paid extra for a jacuzzi tub but I did not get one and the bathtub […] and stand alone shower are tiny. we had a very nice time at the hilton suites. the location was great, the price was right, and the room was exactly what we were expecting. the service was friendly and prompt as well. 2 issues though. 1- no body wash, just facial cleanser (dries out skin- very much), 2- thin walls. walking down the hall we heard tvs etc. In our room we were disturbed […] by our neigbors late night activities, keeping us up. when we complained we recieved a voucher for 2 free nights. overall we had a very nice stay and were happy with the hotel, and plan to go back (using our 2 free nights :) ) もっと読む

The Hilton Suites Atlanta Perimeter is close to the Marta station which makes the hotel a good choice for those who need to travel to downtown Atlanta or other areas of the city. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the Marta station which is a great service but oo often the wait for the shuttle, especially on the return trip, was much too long. […] Standing out in the cold at the Marta station for 30+ minutes is unacceptable. The shuttle service should be much quicker for it to be as beneficial as it could be. I will definitely consider this factor for any future bookings at this hotel. The shuttle service to the station in the mornings seemed to be much better! The shuttle service to the Marta on the morning of our flight was super. The driver arrived earlier than normal to accommodate those of us with early flights! This was greatly appreciated. Our room had a sofa sleeper and a king bed. The bed was fine but the sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. It could be made better with a foam mattress on top. This foam mattress addition could be kept in the closet to use if needed. The sofa bed is useless as it is. Although this hotel was not in Downtown Atlanta, it was only about 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was very convenient.
