以前、便が欠航になってしまった際、日本語のﾒｰﾙで丁寧に対応してくださりとても頼もしかったです。部屋も広く快適でした。残念だったのは、観光地へのアクセスが便利な場所にあるのに、親切に教えていただけなかったこと、またチェックアウトの際に、スタッフが2名しかおらず、ともに電話応対をしており、大分待たされたこと、その後割り込みした別の方から対応をしたこと、空港までの送迎をお願いしていたのに、おいていかれたこと（こちらは全く遅刻していない）、また送迎がこないことに対して、こちらからアプローチするまで何の説明もしていただけなかったことです。

2013年1月26日（土）Copley Symphony Hallで行われるJackson Browneのライブを見るためにサンディエゴを訪れました。 空港とのシャトルバスがあるとの事でしたがタクシーを利用。 チップも含めて20㌦以内で着ける近さでした。 ライブ会場まで歩いても全く苦にならない距離。 ガスランプもホートンプラザ、サンタ・フェ駅、ミッドウエイも徒歩圏内。 正直アメニティは最低のレベルでしたが、部屋は快適。 １階にあるバーもとってもフレンドリーで、近くに何件も7-11がありとても便利です。「４．５」以上は間違いないです。

仕事で初めてサンディエゴにきました。ホテルの窓から見える風景が美しく、とてもリラックスできました。海の見えるお部屋をお薦めします。路面電車と長距離鉄の道駅に近く交通は便利です。飛行場から自動車で10分くらいでした。中心的繁華街はガスランプ地域と言われている場所で少し離れていますが、こちらも路面電車を使えば数分でした。ホテルから歩いても行けるリトルイタリア地域はイタリアレストラン街で、こちらでの食事も楽しく、美味しかったです。ホテル内の売店は、お土産品に加えコンビニ店的な商品も置いてありました。

この一月に２度利用することになったが、２度目に入った部屋は、前回とは建物の裏手で通りとは反対側で、通りの雑音も無縁のものになった。部屋や朝食のサービスは相変わらず最高で、この料金にして、ビジネス用途として十分な環境が得られた。部屋の一角には、ビジネス用の机が配置され、今回の部屋には電子レンジまで装備されていた。時差ボケで時間の調整の難しい旅行者にも、ルームサービスは柔軟な対応をしてくれ、とても落ち着く宿である。

This is a very well maintained resort/hotel with nice pools. It sits next to one of the many Park/Beaches on Mission Bay and was fun to watch all the Bonfires light up the Parks in the evening. It was also cool to see groups of people doing Yoga in the Park in the morning. Working out in small groups in parks or on the beach seems to be very popular […] in San Diego and La Jolla. Both the Firefly and Blue Pearl restauraunts were great. The Steak Sandwhich at the Firefly and the Fried Chicken at Blue Pearl were my favorite. Close to mission and pacific beaches (we biked there), short cab ride to downtown San Diego, and immediately next to Sea World. Our stay was as expected, however we did not spend much time in the room. The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great, except for the seemingly snooty undertones. Only stayed one night but I was very impressed by their service. We had just gotten engaged the night before and they had accidentally reserved us a room with two beds. I was pleased with this hotel. We did stay in the larger suite type room and they are very pleasant with a nice view of Mission Bay. The staff was outstanding and our rooms were cleaned nicely everyday. Nice pool, loved Firefly the restaurant and we really liked the outdoor seating in the evening with heat lamps. The staff was great at this hotel, but thats it. The overall feeling here was that of a 50's movie star. It was trying to be glamorous but it wasnt happening. The AC in our room broke.
