It was surprising how nice it was. The breakfast was delicious, too! The bedroom decorations were spotless.

Our stay was very pleasant. We had driven from Orlando and were pretty tired as well as hungry. The proximity of a Ponderosa Restaurant next door was welcomed as we needed only to walk across the parking area to have a hot supper and a glass of wine. Stayed For a quick overnight on our way home from Florida. Newly renovated, very clean, comfy beds and they even had a pack and play for my son to sleep in. Definitely worth it!

great price for easy location, clean room, nice staff and quick breakfast

We arrived late, but the staff was there to greet us with a smile. There was a little mix up on our room, but the staff accommodated us quickly by giving us a rolling bed for our teenage son. Great staff... My only gripe is the tiny pillows... And if that's the only thing I could find wrong about the place.. Then life is good...

Other than the shower door not having a very tight seal the room was clean and comfortable.

i stayed there for one night enroute to FLorida. Excellent in all ways.

Overall, not impressed. Staff were pleasant, but hotel was less than expected. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling in room, bathroom floor was so slimy my shoes left prints. Very thin towels. The Sleep Inn was just what we needed for one night. The room was spacious and decorated nicely. We did not hear any of the neighbors, and the breakfast the next morning was definitely sufficient before getting back on the road. Overall we were very pleased.

We stayed one night. It's not a fancy hotel but the interior is newer than the exterior. Staff were great, very friendly. It was daylight savings morning the night we were there and they had the coffee ready an hour early for all of us who hadn't switched ... normally they have coffee at 6 am, but that morning it was hot and ready at 5 am. This hotel was such a pleasant experience, except for one detail--the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything happening in the neighbors room, and even hear people walking around upstairs. Clean rooms and good price, close to Frederickburg downtown where we are working.

We( 8 golfers ) stayed one night on our way south and found this hotel to be quite satisfactory . The rooms are relatively small but quite sufficient . I was very impressed with this hotel and room, the cost was one of the lowest I seen avaliable for that day, and the ratings were just as good as some of the more exspensive ones, so I took a chance and stayed....I would surely stay again.

The room was clean, the staff nice and the hotel was convient to food and the main highway. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel room was very clean and nicely decorated. only issue was parking lot was being repaved during our stay, but wasn't that big of a deal. Slight external noise could be heard from outside the room (car doors, etc) but overall nice hotel, polite staff, great continental breakfast....I would stay again!

The first impression of the hotel was positive. The lobby was pretty clean and decent looking. The room was attractive and appeared to have been recently redecorated. The cleanliness was not up to the standards I would have liked, but it wasn't awful. The free breakfast was limited, but sufficient.

We have stayed here before, because it is convenient to 95 and very reasonable. Looks like the room was updated. The room looks attractive but the pillows were uncomfortable. We had a room onthe second floor and the traffic was loud. Ask for a room on the first floor on the north side I think that would be quieter. It's a good value for one night.

This hotel doesn't look like much on the outside but the rooms have been redone on the inside and are very clean. You will not go wrong for this price at all. The only disappointment for me is having the sink in the bedroom instead of the bathroom but that's not a big deal.

The hotel was very clean and presentable. The free breakfast was very good with lots of selections. Would suggest an exercise room.

Nice little hotel, small bed for two people, but the room was suitable. Afterall, it's just a place to sleep. The housekeeping was very polite as well as the staff. The continental breakfast was just that, but there was a make your own waffles station! That was nice!

Needed an easy place to stay off of I95 since I was traveling alone with my son. Nicely surprised by the inside condition of the room. Very clean and comfortable. The outside is a little run down but well worth the price.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn for one night while visiting a friend in Fredericksburg. The hotel was VERY nice. It was clean, comfortable, and quite. I will definitely stay there again in the near future. 5 stars!

It was a little small for two people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room, the AC wasn't working but we were moved immediately. The next room's shower light kept blinking on and off. For the price and location (close to the expressway) it was ok. After a bad experience at another Sleep Inn location I was somewhat surprised with this one. On the day I arrived, there was no internet or TV service. The woman at the front desk said that this was being worked on and it would be restored as soon as possible. When it was restored, it was "spotty" at best. It wasn't until much later that everything […] worked properly. Since there were serious storms in the area, I am sure that this was something that they had no control over (a tornado touched down about 8 miles away). The room was relatively clean, but the bed was not very comfortable. The room also seemed very dark even with all of the lights on. The breakfast was the average continental selection. Room was adequate for a reasonable rate. Room was warm although cool outside. Two pouches of coffee in room. Continental style breakfast in the lobby would suit most people, cereals, muffins, danish, fruit etc. Checkout was easy and quick.
