The bed was amazing. So darn comfortable. Thank goodness I only needed it one night, or I'd be totally spoiled. We ordered room service Saturday morning, and it came right on time and was fantastic. The hotel was great, the staff was beyond helpful. they gave us 20% coupons for the hotels restaurant, which was great. Hotel has everything. Will stay again!

The front desk staff was very friendly, the swimming pool was nice. Our bathroom seemed very dirty. Hair on the shower and the bathroom lighting seemed very dim. I liked the outside, very nice. Overall I gave this hotel a fair rating. Priced good, but I believed bathroom was dirty and that's not good. Thank you

A very nice hotel and very well priced

Nothing like the great Northeast of Philadelphia...unless of course you need a hotel. Unfortunately you either need to go downtown, to Jersey, or Trevose to find a clean, safe place to stay. This hotel has been around for a long time and still feels fresh, clean, and safe. The sleepnumber beds were a nice attraction as well.

We needed a hotel room for an overnight on our way to Washington DC. The rate was low, it had an indoor pool and had received good reviews from others. My family and I stayed at this hotel before for the "I Love Dance Competition" and loved it! The indoor pool is nice, room service was great and the hotel restaurant was awesome. So we decided to go back during the winter recess Dec 26 - Jan 2. But this time it wasn't the same. I like to tip the housekeeper at the end of my stay but they changed everyday […] and sometimes I had to call the front desk to let them know that know one has cleaned up our room. The staff was not friendly at all, except for one named Gerome. They walked passed you without saying Good Morning or Good Evening or even Happy New Year. I even rode in the elevator with one and we both hadn't said one word. I didn't feel welcomed this time around. I was also disappointed that they didn't do anything for the guests for New Years Eve. Excellent Hotel to stay. Very modern and exceptionally Clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Other guests were very nice as well. Close to lots of shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Felt comfortable there and would highly recommend this hotel.

I come here every year for girl's weekend christmas shopping. The hotel is close to everything. The casino, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. We enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly. They even have a list of restaurants in the neighborhood if you can't decide where to go for dinner. There's also a restaurant/bar in the hotel. If you want a snack […] in the middle of the night, there's a 24/7 Diner around the corner. The only thing I wish is that they would have coffee in the lobby. All the years we've been going, I've seen cups, but no coffee. Maybe the coffee is for the weekday customers and not weekends. Don't know... but having a cup of coffee in the morning or afternoon would be great. The coffee in the room is not the same. But overall, its a very good hotel. I would recommend to anyone. もっと読む

My wife & I traveled to celebrate the arrival of our newest grandchild. During our 6 day stay..the Radison staff was extremely courteous and met or exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff maintained it in that condition. We selected the "Sleep Number" bed which we found to be less than comfortable but that was our […] choice. Next time we will opt for a "regular" bed. I travel quite a bit and when I come to visit Philadelphia often for business or pleasure I stay at the Radisson. I enjoy my stay always, but this is the first time that I noticed that I did not have access to many television channels. My first stay at this hotel was somewhat nice and since its convenient to my work, I decided on a second stay. Throughout my 1 week stay, my room smelled like cigarret smoke and received no followup on my complaint. It was horrible!

Was promised a king suite but was provided with a double room. Bathroom space is very tight. Hotel is showing it's age.

Television didn't work so they changed our room and gave us free breakfast for our trouble. Room was clean and people were accomodating. The only negative was that breakfast was cold

I was a little disappointed with the buffet dinner provided along with our tickets to the Elvis Tribute. Other than that I thought the hotel was clean and comfy.

Friendly staff & super clean amenities. Manager held a champagne reception in the evening & the front desk assisted with booking my cab since their shuttle (to the NE Philly airport) didn't go in the direction I was heading. Comfy SleepNumber bed & the room had a refrigerator; a WaWa convenience store is in walking distance, so I was able to stock up […] on food items as needed. The location is great if you're in that area of Philly for business; however, it seems like a stressful drive to get to the heart of downtown considering traffic. If you're comfortable with city driving & don't mind being 30-60min out from downtown, then this is a great place to stay during a vacation. I did learn that most cabbies from the 30th & Market Amtrak station don't head in this direction, but the cabbie I got was super nice & even picked me up to return me to the train station the next day. The visit was fine. My kids really enjoyed the pool--especially the indoor, heated one when it was chilly. The distance from Sesame Place was short and not a problem at all for us. The bathroom was small and there was no refrigerator in the room (but I probably shouldn't have assumed there would be). Perfectly nice place to stay.

Visit ok overall, alot of resturants near by, shopping ect. Primary visit was to the Zoo, and Seame Place, drive easy to both. When we 1st cked in there was load noise outside the room. We called the desk, and were told it was the laurdry, located 2 doors down from our room. They turned it off, and the nouse stopped. We were on the 3rd floor, out side […] all we could see was the roof filled with air conditioners. Also the ice / soda machines andthe laundry right outside. Pleasant surprise after a long day at sesame place. Although the hotel was 6 miles away, we found the room very large and clean. The select comfort king size bed was a plus, as well as the 12pm checkout. Just wished it was a bit closer to Seaame Place.

We asked for adjoining rooms for myself my Daughter and her two small children. Were told they had none and could not even provide doors side by side. 1 of the 1st two rooms provided was dirty and had plumbing issues. it was an average hotel. This one in phillidephia had a sweat like smell when inside . The hallways and elevator smelled like wet carpet..

I found a pair of used boxer briefs in the corner of my room. Almost the same color as the carpet, which is why it was missed by the cleaning folks. The room was just fine. The hotel is in a good, but not great location if your goal is to visit Sesame Place Park. It is a fair distance from downtown Philly, so you really aren't gaining much by choosing to go there. We didn't eat at the restaurant and can't comment on that. But overall, our impression was that it was a run-down hotel that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. […] It took until our third day before they put shampoo in our room (although it always had conditioner). The glasses we used were not cleaned or replaced. They simply put them back and put caps back on the top even though they still had juice/milk in them. This leads one to question how often they really ever get cleaned. Likewise, the carpets had not been cleaned in a very long time. Although the room was designated as non-smoking, there was a distinct smoke smell when we got there. We made complaints but they were only taken care of half-heartedly. I would avoid staying there again even if it was the cheapest option. On the whole, the experience soured me on Radisson hotels in general. I was highly disappointed when I got the hotel and found out my reservation for 1 King bed was replaced with 2 double beds. This did NOT work for our family. There were dried stains on the comforter and bed skirt - use your imagination! The bathroom sink was not cleaned and the shower walls were all cracked.
