清潔で、スタッフの方も親切でした。 ワインも美味しかったです。 ただ、坂の上なので、荷物が多いと大変かもしれません。

Nike Women's Marathonの前に2泊、マラソン当日に1泊し、Napaに2泊して日本に帰国前に同じホテルにもう1泊しました。 前回の隣の部屋は、キングサイズのベッド2つは同じで、若干せまく、前回はバスルームに窓があったのですが、今回はありませんでした。 今回もお部屋に文句あり。 ・TVがつかない ・前回なかったバスローブが１つだけあった。本当はあるものなのか、ないものなのか？ ・ティッシュが2枚つかったらもう空でした。スペアはない。 お土産を買うには便利な立地で、あとは帰るだけなのでホテル側には何もいいませんでしたが、部屋にはちょこちょこと難ありのホテルでしょう。

Nike Women's Marathonに参加するため、スタート地点であるUnion Squareにできるだけ近い立地を選びました。女性2名、お互い買い物も好きなので立地は最高でした。 ケーブルカーにもすぐ乗れるので、フィッシャーマンズワーフまでも簡単に行けますし、2ブロック下ればUnion Squareで、下る途中にファッション、食事、コンビニなどの店などあり便利です。 部屋は、他の方のコメントを読んでレギュラーサイズのベッドの部屋の場合は狭そうだったので、キングサイズのベッド2つの部屋を選びました。スーツケースは２つ余裕でおける広さ。クローゼットは若干狭め。バスタブは浅いですが付いています。 ワイングラス2個、コーヒーメーカーとコーヒーセットが付いています。水は有料なので近くのコンビ […] ニで買ってくればいいでしょう。 問題だったのは、ワイン好きな私たちはホテルに置いてあったワイングラスとは形状や大きさがまったく異なるテイスティンググラスを２個持っていって使ったのですが、朝でかけて夕方もどるとなくなっていました。受付に言えば、担当が違うといい、掃除担当に言えば、上の人に聞いてくると言って答えはなく、かなり無責任。持ってきたグラスをスーツケースに入れるなりして管理すべきだったと目をつぶることにしました。 ティッシュやトイレットペーパーが少なくなっていても補充用は置いていない、タオルは濡れていたものをほしておけば、そのままだったり。部屋の清掃やメンテナンスは日本の感覚で評価したらだめでしょう。 ただ、電話すれば新しいタオルやティッシュなどすぐに持ってきてくれますので、それを手間と考えなければよいと思います。 あとはセキュリティーボックスはありませんので、貴重品は預けることになります。 朝は、ロビーでコーヒーは飲み放題。 夕方は、赤ワイン、白ワインが飲み放題。そんなに美味しいワインではないですが、ロビーでちょっとくつろぐにはいいでしょう。 またホテルの建屋と同じところにあるMASA'Sは高級レストラン。最終日に行きましたが、非常にリッチでおいしいフレンチがいただけます。一流で量も日本と変わりません。当然とても高いです。 総合すれば、立地のわりにはお手頃な価格で、そこそこ良いレベルのホテルでしょう。 もっと読む

サンフランシスコでの仕事と観光のために５泊しました。 サンフランシスコ国際空港からのアクセスは、ＢＡＲＴで最寄りもパウエル駅まで４０分程度と悪くありません。しかし、駅からホテルまでは、地図で見ると近いのですが、上り坂です。平均的な体力なら全く問題無いのですが、地図からはわからない情報としてレビューしておきます。 ホテルの部屋は広く、クィーンサイズのベッドも快適でした。小さいですが机と椅子もあるので、書き物やノートパソコンでの作業に便利だと思います。無線ＬＡＮは、何故か５回に１回程度しかログインに成功できませんでした。ただしこれは私のパソコンの問題かもしれませんので評価対象にはしません。 ２００ｍほどの所に２４時間営業の店があるので、水や軽食の調達には困らないと思います。 従業員の対応も悪くな […] かったので、価格を考えると十分におすすめできると思います。 もっと読む

Hotel staff are pricks. Rooms are disasterous. Only thing good is the location. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE. IT WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION. The BAD service and rooms are a letdown. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT. SO DISSAPOINTED.

We enjoyed location, service, staff. We did not like how fixtures were rusting, paint was peeling, and overall feel was old and not well maintained. The price was a bit high for what we would expect. We stayed at a Hampton following three nights here and could not believe the difference. Would not recommend other than for it's nice location.

This hotel was not worth it. The bed was terrible and the hot water was broken in the morning. No offer of anything for the trouble. Don't stay here, plenty of other hotels in this great location in San Fran. Don't let the Lobby fool you!!

This was our second stay at this property and we'll definitely be returning - Location is not far from anything - cable car at the corner, shopping restaurants and sightseeing all within a short walk. And the wine reception is awesome!

Stayed 3 days, got two rooms- Briefly, it was clean, service by hotel staff was great, hotel good value for location (we had minor snafu on valet-but appropiate). This hotel is right near the trolley for both areas of the wharf, and a short walk to the embarcadero - this is an excellent location for visiting frisco.

Good location relatively Bart connection, Moscone Convention Center, and San Francisco attractions. Friendly personnel. Stayed one night here. Everyone seemed nice when I checked in and checked out, plus the room was larger than expected and had a great, wide window seat. There's even a wine happy hour in the afternoon and free coffee in the lobby in the morning. The only complaint was that the room had a strange smell to it. The hotel itself was old and quaint. The downside was the bathroom. It badly needs an update. The bathroom counter is really outdated but you can see they are trying to put some nice touches in the room. It's a nice hotel but a bit noisy. There is a lot of noise outside from the streets and we could hear people above us walking around in their room. Parking is a bit of a hassle.

The staff was wonderful and the staff was great. We stayed all week and it was very convenient to downtown as well as the tourist areas. I would recommend staying here.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the parking was easier, and the location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Amazing hotel, comfortable bed, great room, and I will definitely stay there again! Thank you :)

Ughhh! Never again will I stay at this hotel. The room was huge but OLD and creepy. It smelled of mold, the hotel TV was an old tube TV will all of 7 movie options and NO room service. When I got home and unpacked, even my clothes smelled of mold residue. Very creepy! I would not ever recommend this place and I certainly will never go back.

We've stayed at the Executive Hotel Vintage Court a few times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are not large, but they are comfortable and well designed. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you have to love the afternoon wine happy hour. The staff was nice, but I cannot say anything else good about this place. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom was tiny, and it was very noisy, both from the hall and the street. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. On my second night, I was locked out. The person behind the desk said it was my fault because I put my key […] in my wallet. When I responded back that I never put my key in my wallet, she scolded me and told me that I should not put my key in my wallet. If you want to watch ABC or CBS or other channels, forget about it. ABC and other channels had no sound. On CBS, there are two sources of sound: one from the actors and another one describing what is on the screen, which is a service for the deaf. When I asked the front desk, they said that they could move me to another room (which I did not ask for), but the sounds (or lack thereof) are the same on all their TVs. もっと読む

Was very close to my work off mission. Neighborhood wasnt too bad. I never felt unsafe. Ive actually stayed twice. Once on the 5th floor and once on the 7th. we got there late and the girl at the coutner was honestly not very helpful. BUT room was clean - hotel great and the day staff was wonderful! maybe she was having an off night?! we would absolutely stay here again!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, excellent location. I tried a few different rooms so as to avoid the loud traffic noise from the front of the hotel (rooms adjacent to the courtyard are much quieter). We stayed 1 night and it has been awful. Under the beds, we found a receipt dating 2 weeks before, an empty bottle, dust...seems never cleaned under beds. When flushing toilets, brown water runing on the floor.... and the price is high

I was looking for a moderately priced Hotel near Union Square, I had stayed there years ago for business. The lobby is updated, my room was not. It served my purpose for the price. Staff was very nice and let me check in early which I really needed to do.

Nice. Good location but over priced! Becoming dated. Chipped paint, mark walls, old fittings. Still comfortable though.

What a welcome change after staying many years at crowded Chinatown Hilton for the Chinese NY Parade. This hotel was clean, personable, and centrally located. Most employee's were friendly and helpful, especially door men. The beds/sheets/pillows were of good quality. We stayed in back of hotel which was quiet. We also had opportunity to see 2 other […] rooms which were also nice. My two complaints would be that our room had no bathtub and no dresser to up pack... had to live out of suitcase. Our friends did have a tub and dresser in their rooms so request if desired. The lobby was cozy with nice fireplace. Would have been nice to have simple breakfast items in lobby for breakfast along with vending machines in hotel. Did have morning coffee and quality wine tasting in early evening. We also found this hotel to be kid friendly. Overall, we loved this hotel and would stay at Executive Vintage Court again. Botique hotel recently remodeled. Had read mixed reviews on this hotel, but I found it to be clean, superb staff very willing to help, and quiet room on the 8th floor. The location is great for union square shopping, close to starbucks for an early morning tea or coffee. Rates were competitive for area hotels. Each room is named after a napa valley […] wine, and decorated with that theme in mind. Coffee free in the morning and wine function around 5ish. This is not a hotel boutique like others. The maid didn't clean our room correctly. She dind'nt gave us shampoo, soap, lotion dialy. The used towls stayed in the bathrrom after she cleaned it.

Good location. Older hotel with poor plumbing but other than that, well worth it. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay there again when we return to beautiful San francisco!!!

Both me and my girlfriend liked staying here. I understand this is not for everyone. For e.g., if you need a parking spot, don't stay here. Parking anywhere downtown SF is very expensive, around $30/night. Good service. My girlfriend asked for an extra pillow and they brought it up in about 5min. Clean room, nothing super fancy. "You get what you pay for" -- but it is cheap! It even charges for travel size toothpaste/toothbrush combo (given gree at any dental office) on the mimi-bar! Never again unless I'm totally desperate or broke!

The Executive Hotel was comfortable, in a good location for public transportation and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Convenient to Union Square, Nob Hill, Chinatown. Room is basic. Older building like most SF boutique hotels. Great place if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep. We asked for and got a quiet room with no street noise.

The hotel and its staff were fine. The single queen room is small, but it's cozy. It will fit a couple fine. The hotel is situated very close to major modes of public transportations including the BART, and MUNI systems. You're 2 or 3 blocks away from the Grant Street - Chinatown (as opposed to the Inner Richmond, "new Chinatown"). My problem with […] the hotel is that at least for Room 816 and I assume all rooms in the same area of the hotel, every day or every other day, you will hear the garbage truck come at 5:00 in the morning. The room was nice and parking was convient but you do have to pay 35-40 dollars. We only stayed one night and got back to the hotel late but the room suited us well. The only thing was our room was against the street so you could hear traffic, but not that big of a deal.

This is an older hotel but in very good shape. Room was clean and in good repair. Staff was excelent. Very helpful with directions and places to dine and site see. Close to street car service and downtown area with a shoet taxi ride. Will stay at this hotel the next time i am in San Francisco on businees or pleasure.
