was surprised because of the reviews I read. It was clean, only thing could not get in back door after dark and it was not late.

Comforter was stained. Bathroom floor was dirty. Front desk attendant was not very friendly. This was a last minute trip, most other hotels were full. Didn’t expect much from comfort suites. I will not stay at this hotel again

Dirty carpet and bed cover. Dirty hallways and lobby. Location very close to highway but not to any convenient food or entertainment place.

Our GPS had a hard time routing us to this place. For some reason, it takes a lot of twists and turns to get to the one-way street it is located on. This hotel is located in a questionable neighborhood--we had to drive through it because of the unclear location.

The hotel is showing it's age. It needs some freshening up with paint, wallpaper, new furniture and tile. The pool is small and the chair I sat in was broken. The "couch" in our room had holes in the upholstery and the curtains in the room did not close completely. I had to use some of our personal items to hold the curtains closed at the window edges. […] The breakfast was decent and better than I'd thought it would be based on the room. Oh My Gosh------ Hotel locks their doors at 10pm and you need to ring a bell for service. Room was very uncomfortable - the Sofa bed had so many springs missing and another sprung overnight. Very dissatisfied with our room... the area was scary... breakfast was poor... Will never stay at a comfort suites again!!!!!!!

Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, staff was friendly. However, the hotel is on a one way street and not easy to get to without a map. The internet didn't work. The TV didn't work. The driveway into the hotel is steep, the parking is tight, the neighbourhood...questionable. The breakfast was very basic, bread and cereals.
