Great location in Miroflores. Easy walk to the coast and Larcomar where there is lots of shops and restaurants. Very nice restaurant on the top floor with a great view of the city.

Excellent floor 21, ocean view, very relaxing...

Great location at Benavides&Larco for shopping, restaurants, 10mins walk to Larcomar, noise was not a problem as mentioned elsewhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to our next visit.

Very nice upscale hotel. Large comfortable room. Service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Shopping in the area and restaurants were very satisfactory.

Great location very close to Miraflores Shopping center. Staff were very helpful, restaurant food was excellent and catered for my vegetarian needs.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay overall. The pool, however, was under construction. Breakfast on the 21st floor was great, but it was always hard to find a seat. Miraflores was such an amazing neighborhood to stay in and we loved that the hotel was right in the heart of it.

Good location, breakfast and service. Room was good and clean. No minibar, although minifridge was there (unplugged). Some update for room colors and surfaces would be needed to match the overall quality of the hotel. WiFi was working well. Maybe the fastest elevator ever :)

An unpleasant surprise on arrival at the hotel at 10.30am from the airport to find that no booking in before 3pm! This should be highlighted! This was not clear anywhere when booking and was very frustrating and inconvenient. The hotel deserves its 4 star rating. Only minor complaints: there was no wi-fi signal in my room and I couldn't connect with a cable either. I had to go to the lobby bar to use the internet. Also, the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the next room. When you check in, you are asked to authorize a pre-payment on your credit card, […] which I did. In retrospect, it was pointless and I would not do it again. I'm waiting to make sure they processed everything correctly. Miraflores is a generally nice/safe relatively modern and clean section of Lima. You can find anything you need within walking distance, but any significant cultural attractions require a cab or bus ride. If you are new to Peru, take some time to educate yourself about how taxis work here. There no meters, the fare for every ride is negotiated in advance. Public transportation (minibuses) are super cheap, but they are an adventure I chose not to experience. I recommend guidance from someone local, if possible. もっと読む

It was fantastic!! Clean, and safe and in a great location!! The service is out of this world and the hotel is stunning! We loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it!!

Even thou the room is a little on the small size in relation to US Hotels, I would recommend it to families and business travelers.

This hotel is very comfortable. We stayed here en route from Cusco before heading back home to the US. We got very little sleep in Cusco due to our hotel matress being so hard, but this hotel's bed was definitely comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located for tourist guests, but is not very well prepared for receiving BUSINESS clients. Staff are very automatic, and don't seem to have an empathy nor common sense in handling business clients requests. My business is college training, especially technical support and managerial staff in hospitality management, and I felt there […] is a need for the staff to be given refresher training in how to deal with clients. The bathroom in my room could do with some upgrading, including painting, mold removal from ceiling, and lighting in tab for safety of the guest. Finally, in 40 years of travel, it was the first time that a hotel refused to issue a receipt at the end of my stay, with the front desk officer explanation that it is a privacy issue since the reservation was done directly with Hotels.com. I have booked hotels through a number of other websites, and the hotels all over the world have always provided a receipt showing all the cost breakdown, room, restaurant, laundry, communications, etc. etc. Especially as this is needed by business travelers for claims from their organizations. We were very pleased with the Thunderbird Hotel Principal. The beds were SOOO comfy. A wonderful surprise after camping for 4 days in central Peru. My only complaint is that the bathroom wasn't clean. There was mold in the shower, which is really so disappointing. Clean is key.

O hotel é bastante próximo do centro, no melhor bairro de Lima. A cama da suite é FANTÁSTICA! Você afunda na cama e nos travesseiros! Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, con unas habitaciones comodas y un desayuno excelente, lo unico que no me gustaron fueron sus cortinas, las cuales estaban muy sucias y que la Piscina no estuvo disponible a fin de año.

Hotel vecchio da ristrutturare completamente. Standard buoni x un 3 steelle. Piscina impresentabile e fitness ridicolo

Excelente en general. Hace falta un minibar en las habitaciones, pero la excepcional amabilidad de todo su personal lo convierten en una opción altamente recomendable. Mi familia y yo nos sentiremos encantados de volver.

No hay extractor en el baño.. Tampoco frigobar y eso que decía cuatro estrellas. Pero esta bien ubicado para llegar a larcomar.

El hotel no debería de tener la clasificación de 4 estrellas, por fuera se ve bien y los restaurantes están cómodos, sin embargo las habitaciones son muy viejas, huelen a humedad, la alfombra está asquerosa, el frigobar no enfría sino calienta, las almohadas están altisimas y además es caro para lo que es.

Mi viaje fue por negocios y tiene todas las comodidades para este tipo de viaje, incluyendo salas de reuniòn. El desayuno muy bueno, excelente ubicaciòn cerca del sector financiero y Centro Comercial Larcomar y Parque Miraflores muy cerca. Excelente !!!!

Megustó mucho, la comida muy rica, las camas comodísimas, muy limpio y muy amables, me encantó!!!

El hotel esta muy mal decorado, es muy ruidoso, el gym no tiene aire acondicionado y es un horno. La cama que nos toco tenia como pelotas en el Cubre colchon, muy desagradable. No teneia extractor de aire en el bano. El personal es atento y esta muy bien ubicado.

clean, good localization

Hotel com atendimento excepcional. Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos. Os apartamentos são amplos e confortáveis. As toalhas de banho e a roupa de cama são extremamente limpas e sem o mau cheiro comum a outros hotéis.
