We stayed 3 nights at the HIE and we were thoroughly pleased with the hotel overall. Our room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The mattresses were the best I've ever slept on at a hotel. There were 2 sports teams staying the same time we were there, but we would have never known it, because the hall noise was barely noticeable in the room. […] The lobby was a great place to relax at nite. We would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very nice and clean. The friendliness of the staff was great and the location was perfect!

You couldn't ask for employees to be more nice, these employees were super, couldn't do enough for me. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The room was very clean and large. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I would certainly recommend this hotel to other travelers-business or vacation.

Great location for resturants,shopping etc. The people at the desk were exceptional ! They were very friendly,efficient and helpful when needed.The air conditioner could not be adjusted and should be seen about. However, the young man at the desk came immediately to try and fix it. This is the first time we've stayed in a "Holiday Inn Express" Hotel. It was wonderful! Everything was excellent. Clean, -the staff was so friendly, the Hotel was quiet at night, the food was wonderful. We will certainly stay with you again.

The hotel in Murfreesboro, TN is just off I-24 at Franklin Road and is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the historic downtown square. Free breakfast selections are very good for either a healthy and/or full breakfast. I paid more to stay here because I could get a King/Smoking room with a fridge, microwave, and breakfast. There were no curtains, so you WILL be waking up when the sun come blazing through the window. The breakfast was sausage, bisquits, and cinnamon rolls. Too bad I only got 3 hours sleep. I'll never stay there again.

I stayed on the 3rd floor; smoking is allowed on the 2nd floor. My room smelled like cigarettes. The "Free-Internet" did not work. The signal was only "one-bar" strong. FYI:... this was also the case in my friends room down the hall. However Tyler at the front desk was most accommodating & pleasant!

This Motel was booked not knowing exactly where it was but it couldn't have been better. It was just off the Interstate 24, in a nice area of Murfreesboro, basically in the center of everything. We booked 4 nights initially and then went and registered for one more night. We really enjoyed our stay at this Motel.

The staff was friendly, place was clean and the food fresh. The gym could have been a little better, but the small amount of equipment provided was in working order.

The room was very neat and clean. Everyone was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. It is located right off the highway which made it easy to find and it was very close to tons of shopping. It looked as if it had been recently remodeled and they did a nice job. Nice hotel! Missed out on breakfast (heard it was good)- Comfortable bed, Great service at the front desk!!!!!!

The service was very friendly from each employee we encountered. The facilities were very clean and neat. My ONLY complaint was there was no hot water for showers in the morning. Luckily 2 of us took our showers at night. Otherwise everything and everyone was excellent.

We stayed night before Bonnaroo. The front desk staff was a little short with us when we checked in and found out we were a priority club member. The hotel itself was great and we had no problem. Very clean
