This hotel is a convenient place to stay if you are planning to stay in and around Irving area. Close to many good restaurants. Hotel management is very polite and professional. The hotel is convenient, rooms clean, and staff friendly. However, the back entrance to the hotel was broken, meaning anyone could enter the hotel from the back parking lot and street. The key card always took at least 10 swipes to work, and the noise from the other rooms was loud. I typically turn on the air conditioner fan to run continuously and […] drown out the noise, but the continuous fan did not work. So every morning between 1 and 2:30 am, I got to be startled awake by drunk guests slamming their doors. We loved staying in the hotel. The bathroom vanity height was perfect. I love the Neutrogena bath supplies. One thing that needs improvement is the breakfast; it could use some variety.

The hotel is kinda new and thus is every thing in it. The showers could have used a bit more water pressure. I plan on staying there many more times in the future.

I stayed for 3 nights before flying home. Hotel very close to rental car return. The staff were pleasant and professional. The breakfast included hot eggs, sausages, waffles and gravy. The suite was very nice and comfortable. It had all the accomodations needed for a relaxing time away from home. In fact if I had chosen your hotel first, I would have spent the entire holiday there!

there was slight evidence of mold in the shower.

The hotel is very nice although they didn't have the best painter for the beautiful decor in the room but hey, it was very clean and the bed was cushy and comfy. The only thing other than the painting job was that the klenex box in the bath was empty (frequently the case with hotels), the paint on the back of the bathroom door was peeling and a poor […] job of caulking around the tub. We had to stay in this hotel for one night. It was a decent hotel. The bathroom was outdated, demading some minor repairs. The room was comfortable. The best part is its location, it is very close to the airport. They also provide shuttle to the airport.

My wife and I were in the Dallas area for Thanksgiving to both attend the Cowboys football game and to get some Christmas shopping done. From the time I checked in to the time of check out it was nothing short of greatness. I woul recommend you guys to all of my friends and family when ever they are in your city as a must stay place. I can't say it enough thank you for making my stay so warm and welcomed.

The location surrounding the hotel was very nice. The hotel itself was okay. The beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were clean, but the bathtub looked old, which made it look dirty. When we first arrived at the hotel, the staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Nice clean hotel in a good location with free hot breakfast. I recommend this hotel if you are in the area and want an affordable place to stay. I didn't use it but they also have an airport shuttle.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms are very large, up-to-date and very comfortable. The breakfast was good, front desk personnel was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

This hotel was much nicer in person than the picture show. Very well maintained and the area isn't terrible.

I have stayed at this location 2-3 times already and always have a great experience. No complaints.

I typically stay at Wingate so I'm partial a bit - but this one was the best i've stayed at. Free appetizers and drinks in early evening, clean room, convenient workout gym, and good location central to the metroplex. Great stay I recommend to anyone.

Very nice place to stay. No pool but close to anywhere in the DFW Metro area. Easy access to major roads and to the airport. Will stay here again.

This hotel was nice. We were on a family trip with our 3 little ones. The room we had was not very big. After a long day in the sun we were sad that this hotel did not have a pool. The evening complimentary snacks were stale, but the complimentary breakfast was awesome!

Air condition is not working properly .house keeping didn't came.

Good hotel for business travelers. I had the typical Wingate experience with a good location, clean room (nice bed and bathroom), flat screen with loads of cable channels.
