This motel was old and next to a amusement park that has go karts that race until after 11pm and it sits about 40 yards from I 40 so it's pretty loud. The price would have been more acceptable were it quieter. I would look harder next time for a better placve at a comparable price.

We had rented these rooms for employees. Our regular group seemded satisfied - have stayed there numerous times. Our subcontracts, however, said there were bed bugs! YIKES! Not a good comment.

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights to attend a college graduation. I didn't have a lot of money to spend on a hotel and the price here is very reasonable. It aslo comes with a full size kitchenette, which was great. Not a 4 star place but clean room and a good deal for the money.

For the price, location and the short length of stay the room was sufficient and met our needs. There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. However, the staff was very courteous. The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean. Linens a little shabby. They were pressure washing outside my room for two days so after arriving late it was not very conducive to any sleep during the day. One concern I had was that when running water in the tub the water was brownish tinged.

I was very disappointed with the overall room. I actually had to go to the store and buy pillows because they were flat and uncomfortable. There was no dish detergent in the room which was another thumbs down, and the hotel is behind a fun center with a go cart track were the noise was loud. i would not recommend this hotel

The bed was hard. Everything else was what I would expect for the money. Please note; Toilet paper rolls over the front.

For my business in Greensboro, this hotel had everything I needed at a very reasonable rate. I felt very comfortable staying there. I met the manager, and he was very courteous and helpful. I will be staying there again next week, and I am looking forward to it.

This hotel was enough out of the way of noise but close to the airport. Cute little unit with frig, micro, etc., but the mattress was hard as a rock.

Extended Stay America - Wendover Avenue is located conveniently next to I-40 in Greensboro. It should be noted that this part of Wendover Ave near the interstate becomes extremely congested with traffic, especially on Friday nights. The […] rooms itself (single queen, non-smoking) was pretty small and not entirely clean. The recliner in the corner of the room had a very offensive odor. There were holes and cracks in the drywall around the front door and around the shower. The walls are very thin allowing sound to bleed over easily from neighboring rooms. On the positive side, the room was extremely inexpensive, and the staff in the office were wonderfully polite. Very professional employees. The room was more than I expected and had everything I needed. The kitchen was stocked, but there was some leftover food in the fridge from some one who stayed before me. Other than that, the stay was great (and cheap!)

While the sheets may have been clean, it was obvious that the comforter and the pillows had not been washed in a while. They felt oily, and smelled terrible! When I complained, they switched me to another room that wasn't much better. I'm so glad I was only there for one night...

We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator and right across from the stairs so it was loud all night.

RATES WERE GREAT, AREA IS GREAT AND CLOSE TO ALL EATING PLACES AND KIDS ENTERTAINMENT.

The first thing to know is that the hotel is located next to a go-kart track. The go-karting goes on late into the evening so, if you're a light sleeper, good luck. Room looked like a kid who straightened up his room, not a national hotel chain that was professionally cleaned. There was food left in my refrigerator from the previous guest, a very pugnent odor of fried food throughout the room, no ventilation, therefore if you stay there then your clothes and belongings will smell like you just got off of work at […] a fish fry. Found a roach in the refrigerator. Room smelled awful. Many people milling around outside at 1am which made the area seem unsafe for a singe female. Next time I would pay slightly more to stay somewhere that I felt more comfortable.

I booked this room for a friend who came for a visit, and was perfectly humiliated. No shower curtain on the shower; no toilet paper; ladies of the evening conducting business at all hours of the night, and the room was just generally very dirty and unkempt. Stay away, very, very far away.

I would definet.y stay here again.

This is for long stay contractors that need a place to stay for weeks at a time. It is not for business people on the road for 3 days. Free internet was a plus.

This hotel charges $4.99/day for wifi acces. In the rooms with 2 beds - the beds are twin beds and they are small and very comfortable.

This place is nice especially for the price. I would recommend it for a easy quick weekend!

I've stayed here each summer for the past 3 years to attend a summer conference. Your rates were very reasonable, but I did not expect the balcony to be in that shape. Trash cans were constantly full of trash (2day trash), Exit light fixtures were broken, and balcony was just filty. It was fairly clean,but could use some updating. There were alot of people outside after midnight. They ran up and down the stairs all night and slammed dorrs all night. Music was a big issue also. They had cars in the parking lot playing loud music. There needs to be more security. It was not a good stay.

There was a large Go-Cart track 50 ft. from the hotel, that was very loud. When I was going up to my room there was a trail, of what looked like puke, all the way up the stairs and past my room. The thing that made me leave 2 hours after I got there was the dirty sheets. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

So, I'm pretty sure there were several strippers and "women of the night" shall we say, living at this hotel. In addition to that, there was a half eaten salad in the fridge and about a 2 week old milkshake in the freezer. It was a place to stay that wasn't expensive and nobody bothered me, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is in a nice location and well worth the money I spent. the beds are stiff and uncormfortable but I made it through the night. Also the levels of noise come through the walls very easilty-so if you need silence while sleeping it will be hard for you. Overall I was satisfied with the stay for the money I spent.

First and foremost. When I make a reservation for a particular room, I expect to get that room or be told that I will not be getting that room. I went back to my […] room and noticed the coffee wrapper in the garbage, i then check the coffee pot to find a used coffee filter in it. Then i noticed pillow cases folded on the dining table, to which i noticed No pillows. Then I attempted to turn on the television, no such luck, no remote. I can handle not having a remote but I could not turn on the set manually . So i when to the front desk again and was told that a signiture studio with two beds rather than one, she allowed me to look it over, two micely made beds and a television worked. So I accepted. I went to dinner and came back relaxed in the room to notice several things wrong. One, first off stickers from someone's clothing stuck to the air conditioner. two, the dresser drawers are broken. Then i continued looking the room over. Mystery spots on the kitchen floor, obvious leak spots on the bathroom floor under the sink and toliet. Massive dust on the photo frames, top of light fixtures and around tub. Not to mention Cobwebs on the lights by the bed. Then I noticed the curtain blowing in the breeze, a half inch gap under the door allowing rain and air to stumble in. Then I looked deeper in the kitchen. A apparently 4' light bulb lays ontop of the cabinets either needed to be replaced as only one light is lighted or thrown out. The range is heavly stained, the refridgerator has standing water in it and the bottom and gasket is very dirty. Listen, folks, this is an extended stay. It is designed for people who are going to have an "extended stay", duh! Therefore the guest tend to feel more comfortable and the rooms get treated more like peoples homes then temporary lodging. However, it is worth the lil money I paid! If u r looking for a decent room for a few nights which is reasonably priced and close to shopping, this is perfect! I actually grew up in this town and when i come home to visit this is where i stay when family gets on my nerves! If u r looking for a 5star room then stop looking for cheap rooms. The hotel roomo had a stale/old odor. The bathroom was dirty with hair and insects in the tub. The water did not get hot. The carpet was dirty. The heater/air conditioning unit did not work. The walls were very thin, as I could hear what was going on in the rooms above and beside mine.

The only thing that we did not like was taking our towels to the front desk, but everything else was great.

The room was very nice. It had a lot of wonderful things, like a refridgerator, microwave, and stove. The only problem I had was there was no towels in my room when I arrived, and the lobby assistent never told me about how to get housekeeping done. So I ended up taking out my own garbage. The hotel did not have any toilet paper when we checked in...not the room, but the hotel. The dishes were dirty and there was no dishwashing liquid in the hotel...not the room, but the hotel. Even the housekeepers didn't have any. The bed was not comfortable at all. My husband had to get up earlier than he would have liked to because his back was hurting. […] There were no sheets or blankets for the pull-out sofa so as we carry our sleeping 5 year old and 1 year old in the room we could not put them to bed because we had to call housekeeping to get sheets and blankets. They brought sheets but when we called back for a blanket, the was continuously busy. The staff was nice but the hotel experience was awful.
