旅行の最終日に泊まりました。次の日の朝早く出ると伝えたら 朝食の時間より早い時間にもかかわらず用意してくれてました。旅の最後に暖かい気持ちになりました。

"Stay here. Great hotel."

"lobby quality doesn't match the rooms...disappoint"
The hotel looks at the highway but is a very round about why of getting to it, so it's easy to get lost. It is an industrial park type area, not a tourist area. The lobby was updated and very modern so I was initially excited. But when I got to my room, it had outdated fixtures, bathroom, and lighting. It was a disappointment. "Would stay again"
The hotel was easy to find and in a nice section of Dallas/Irving. The associates at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. We didn't get to partake in the restaurant or Starbucks offered (only there to sleep!) but the hotel was beautiful inside and out. The only slight downfall (and I say very slight) […] was that because of the ability to go between rooms (doors between rooms), we could hear our neighbor talking on the phone. But I don't think she realized we could hear her and have a feeling she was right next to the door while talking. Other than that, absolutely no complaints! We really enjoyed this hotel. Very close to the airport and to the location of our training at another hotel. It was a joy to return to the room at the end of the day, nice lobby with a bistro which we did not eat at. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was ok, but nothing overly special. I thought it was rather small. That being said, it was very clean and comfortable. The food was good. the hotel had clearly been renovated and was all in all very nice, the reason i wouldnt recommend however is mainly two things. The main reason is there is no complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for everything, with a hotel so close to the airport you would think that would be a unspoken need. "Nice hotel for the price"
The staff were very friendly. Loved that they had a cafe in the lobby, which made good lattes. Also loved the ability to print out bording passes the morning of our flight. Hotel in very good shape. Not the fanciest hotel in the world but it was still pretty good. The only thing I didnt like about it was that it was a little out of the way from anything […] like restraunts and bars or movie theaters. It was in an area that had a bunch of corporate offices but thats it. You need a car if you plan on doing anything else.
